7 In labour and painfulness, in much watchings, in hunger and thirst, in fastings often, in cold and nakedness.


2 At Damascus, the governor of the nation under Aretas the king, guarded the city of the Damascenes, to apprehend me.


3 For such false apostles are deceitful workmen, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.


0 For I fear lest perhaps when I come I shall not find you such as I would, and that I shall be found by you such as you would not. Lest perhaps contentions, envyings, animosities, dissensions, detractions, whisperings, swellings, seditions, be among you.


2 Salute one another with a holy kiss.

But now, after that you have known God, or rather are known by God: how turn you again to the weak and needy elements, which you desire to serve again?


5 Whosoever shall confess that Jesus is the Son of God, God abideth in him, and he in God.


2 He sent therefore and brought him Now he was ruddy and beautiful to behold, and of a comely face. And the Lord said: Arise, and anoint him, for this is he.
