7 For gith shall not be thrashed with saws, neither shall the cart wheel turn about upon cummin: but gith shall be beaten out with a rod, and cummin with a staff.

3 Thy eyes are too pure to behold evil, and thou canst not look on iniquity. Why lookest thou upon them that do unjust things, and holdest thy peace when the wicked devoureth the man that is more just than himself?


4 And take heed to yourselves, lest perhaps your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting and drunkenness, and the cares of this life, and that day come upon you suddenly.


9 And the word of the Lord was published throughout the whole country.


5 And Samuel slept till morning, and opened the doors of the house of the Lord. And Samuel feared to tell the vision to Hell.


5 Now Heli was ninety and eight years old, and his eyes were dim, and he could not see.
