For I wished myself to be an anathema from Christ, for my brethren, who are my kinsmen according to the flesh,


3 It is sown in dishonour, it shall rise in glory. It is sown in weakness, it shall rise in power.


As dying, and behold we live; as chastised, and not killed;


8 Now we, brethren, as Isaac was, are the children of promise.


Which in other generations was not known to the sons of men, as it is now revealed to his holy apostles and prophets in the Spirit:


But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not so much as be named among you, as becometh saints:


4 And Adam was not seduced; but the woman being seduced, was in the transgression.


But avoid foolish and old wives' fables: and exercise thyself unto godliness.


Wherefore when he cometh into the world, he saith: Sacrifice and oblation thou wouldest not: but a body thou hast fitted to me:


But if you have respect to persons, you commit sin, being reproved by the law as transgressors.


8 And the fruit of justice is sown in peace, to them that make peace.


As Sara obeyed Abraham, calling him lord: whose daughters you are, doing well, and not fearing any disturbance.


Who shall render account to him, who is ready to judge the living and the dead.


And every spirit that dissolveth Jesus, is not of God: and this is Antichrist, of whom you have heard that he cometh, and he is now already in the world.


4 We know that we have passed from death to life, because we love the brethren. He that loveth not, abideth in death.


6 In this we have known the charity of God, because he hath laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren.


3 In this we know that we abide in him, and he in us: because he hath given us of his spirit.


And now I beseech thee, lady, not as writing a new commandment to thee, but that which we have had from the beginning, that we love one another.


Whosoever revolteth, and continueth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that continueth in the doctrine, the same hath both the Father and the Son.


3 I had many things to write unto thee: but I would not by ink and pen write to thee.
