Think about Proverbs 16:33 – it really hits home that even what we call "random" is totally in God's hands. We don't need to chase riches or stress about what we have, but instead, trust in His plan. He's got this.
"We may throw the dice, but the Lord determines how they fall." Isn't that powerful? Leaning on God's will instead of going your own way is where real success lies – knowing His purpose for you.
Don't let the enemy mess with your head or pull you off track. Following those tempting paths only leads to heartbreak. Give your plans over to God, let Him lead, and don't rely on your own understanding. He knows what He's doing.
Turn away from sin and be wise with what God has blessed you with. That's how you'll truly thrive. He's the one who gives you victory, leading you from one win to the next, from one amazing moment to an even greater one.
The one who loves money will never be satisfied with money, he who loves wealth will never be satisfied with his income. This also is futile.

Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is worthy of respect, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if something is excellent or praiseworthy, think about these things.
Your conduct must be free from the love of money and you must be content with what you have, for he has said, “I will never leave you and I will never abandon you.”
Those who long to be rich, however, stumble into temptation and a trap and many senseless and harmful desires that plunge people into ruin and destruction.
Instead, put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh to arouse its desires.
The plans of the diligent lead only to plenty, but everyone who is hasty comes only to poverty.
