VERSES EVERYTHING HAS ITS TIME

You know, something I've really come to understand is that God's timing is perfect. Everything you've prayed for will happen when it's meant to. We often rush through life, burdened and worried about things happening quickly, but God makes it clear in His Word that there's a season for everything. So, take a deep breath and rest in the hands of your Heavenly Father. Everything comes at the right time, in the right place.

We need to remember that our time isn't the same as God's. His time is often referred to as kairos – that opportune, appointed moment. It's that perfect, heaven-sent timing that unfolds here on earth to bless us. God is never late. Trust in Him and wait for what you long for.

When you rest in God, you're showing your faith and the confidence you have in His promises.

Wait for the Lord; be strong and courageous. Wait for the Lord.

I waited patiently for the Lord, and He turned to me and heard my cry for help.

knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance.But endurance must do its complete work, so that you may be mature and complete, lacking nothing.

For the vision is yet for the appointed time; it testifies about the end and will not lie. Though it delays, wait for it, since it will certainly come and not be late.

Therefore the Lord is waiting to show you mercy, and is rising up to show you compassion, for the Lord is a just God. All who wait patiently for Him are happy.

Don’t worry about anything, but in everything, through prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.And the peace of God, which surpasses every thought, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

I wait for Yahweh; I wait and put my hope in His word.

And not only that, but we also rejoice in our afflictions, because we know that affliction produces endurance,endurance produces proven character, and proven character produces hope.

Patience is better than power, and controlling one’s temper, than capturing a city.

Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not rely on your own understanding;think about Him in all your ways, and He will guide you on the right paths.

For you need endurance, so that after you have done God’s will, you may receive what was promised.

We wait for Yahweh; He is our help and shield.

but those who trust in the Lord will renew their strength; they will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary; they will walk and not faint.

Rejoice in hope; be patient in affliction; be persistent in prayer.

Be silent before the Lord and wait expectantly for Him; do not be agitated by one who prospers in his way, by the man who carries out evil plans.

The Lord is good to those who wait for Him, to the person who seeks Him.It is good to wait quietly for deliverance from the Lord.

Therefore, brothers, be patient until the Lord’s coming. See how the farmer waits for the precious fruit of the earth and is patient with it until it receives the early and the late rains.You also must be patient. Strengthen your hearts, because the Lord’s coming is near.

Rest in God alone, my soul, for my hope comes from Him.

But if we hope for what we do not see, we eagerly wait for it with patience.

So we must not get tired of doing good, for we will reap at the proper time if we don’t give up.

Your life should be free from the love of money. Be satisfied with what you have, for He Himself has said, I will never leave you or forsake you.Therefore, we may boldly say: The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can man do to me?

Commit your way to the Lord; trust in Him, and He will act,

A person’s insight gives him patience, and his virtue is to overlook an offense.

He did not waver in unbelief at God’s promise but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God,

See, we count as blessed those who have endured. You have heard of Job’s endurance and have seen the outcome from the Lord. The Lord is very compassionate and merciful.

The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a refuge in times of trouble.

For I know the plans I have for you” — this is the Lord’s declaration — “plans for your welfare, not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.

Therefore encourage one another and build each other up as you are already doing.

You rejoice in this, though now for a short time you have had to struggle in various trials

Kings will be your foster fathers, and their queens your nursing mothers. They will bow down to you with their faces to the ground, and lick the dust at your feet. Then you will know that I am Yahweh; those who put their hope in Me will not be put to shame.

Now faith is the reality of what is hoped for, the proof of what is not seen.

For the Lord God, the Holy One of Israel, has said: “You will be delivered by returning and resting; your strength will lie in quiet confidence. But you are not willing.”

Yet He knows the way I have taken; when He has tested me, I will emerge as pure gold.

Like a servant’s eyes on his master’s hand, like a servant girl’s eyes on her mistress’s hand, so our eyes are on the Lord our God until He shows us favor.

The Lord’s slave must not quarrel, but must be gentle to everyone, able to teach, and patient,

Indeed, God is my salvation; I will trust Him and not be afraid, for Yah, the Lord, is my strength and my song. He has become my salvation.”

Trust in the Lord and do what is good; dwell in the land and live securely.The mouth of the righteous utters wisdom; his tongue speaks what is just.The instruction of his God is in his heart; his steps do not falter.The wicked one lies in wait for the righteous and seeks to kill him;the Lord will not leave him in the power of the wicked one or allow him to be condemned when he is judged.Wait for the Lord and keep His way, and He will exalt you to inherit the land. You will watch when the wicked are destroyed.I have seen a wicked, violent man well-rooted like a flourishing native tree.Then I passed by and noticed he was gone; I searched for him, but he could not be found.Watch the blameless and observe the upright, for the man of peace will have a future.But transgressors will all be eliminated; the future of the wicked will be destroyed.The salvation of the righteous is from the Lord, their refuge in a time of distress.Take delight in the Lord, and He will give you your heart’s desires.

“Come to Me, all of you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.

I don’t say this out of need, for I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances I am.I know both how to have a little, and I know how to have a lot. In any and all circumstances I have learned the secret of being content — whether well fed or hungry, whether in abundance or in need.

Why am I so depressed? Why this turmoil within me? Put your hope in God, for I will still praise Him, my Savior and my God.

Lord, I hope for Your salvation and carry out Your commands.

But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be provided for you.

All eyes look to You, and You give them their food at the proper time.

Now without faith it is impossible to please God, for the one who draws near to Him must believe that He exists and rewards those who seek Him.

Now in this hope we were saved, yet hope that is seen is not hope, because who hopes for what he sees?

And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself just as He is pure.

Let us hold on to the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.

“I am the vine; you are the branches. The one who remains in Me and I in him produces much fruit, because you can do nothing without Me.

If you do nothing in a difficult time, your strength is limited.

with all humility and gentleness, with patience, accepting one another in love,

I have asked one thing from the Lord; it is what I desire: to dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, gazing on the beauty of the Lord and seeking Him in His temple.

Therefore, God’s chosen ones, holy and loved, put on heartfelt compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience,

Yes, Yahweh, we wait for You in the path of Your judgments. Our desire is for Your name and renown.

My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart, my portion forever.

He then told them a parable on the need for them to pray always and not become discouraged:

Make Your ways known to me, Lord; teach me Your paths.Guide me in Your truth and teach me, for You are the God of my salvation; I wait for You all day long.

Therefore let us approach the throne of grace with boldness, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us at the proper time.

Be alert, stand firm in the faith, act like a man, be strong.

But as for you, be strong; don’t be discouraged, for your work has a reward.”

I am certain that I will see the Lord’s goodness in the land of the living.

“For as heaven is higher than earth, so My ways are higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts.

“Stop your fighting — and know that I am God, exalted among the nations, exalted on the earth.”

For it brings favor if, mindful of God’s will, someone endures grief from suffering unjustly.Like newborn infants, desire the pure spiritual milk, so that you may grow by it for your salvation,For what credit is there if you sin and are punished, and you endure it? But when you do what is good and suffer, if you endure it, this brings favor with God.

Show family affection to one another with brotherly love. Outdo one another in showing honor.

Love is patient, love is kind. Love does not envy, is not boastful, is not conceited,

You are my shelter and my shield; I put my hope in Your word.

On that day it will be said, “Look, this is our God; we have waited for Him, and He has saved us. This is the Lord; we have waited for Him. Let us rejoice and be glad in His salvation.”

Therefore, since we also have such a large cloud of witnesses surrounding us, let us lay aside every weight and the sin that so easily ensnares us. Let us run with endurance the race that lies before us,

I put my hope in You, Lord; You will answer, Lord my God.

For through the Spirit, by faith, we eagerly wait for the hope of righteousness.

From ancient times no one has heard, no one has listened, no eye has seen any God except You, who acts on behalf of the one who waits for Him.

The Lord does not delay His promise, as some understand delay, but is patient with you, not wanting any to perish but all to come to repentance.

Wait for the Lord and keep His way, and He will exalt you to inherit the land. You will watch when the wicked are destroyed.

Now may the God who gives endurance and encouragement allow you to live in harmony with one another, according to the command of Christ Jesus,

My dearly loved brothers, understand this: Everyone must be quick to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger,

No one who waits for You will be disgraced; those who act treacherously without cause will be disgraced.

so that you won’t become lazy but will be imitators of those who inherit the promises through faith and perseverance.

And we exhort you, brothers: warn those who are irresponsible, comfort the discouraged, help the weak, be patient with everyone.

Now the God of all grace, who called you to His eternal glory in Christ Jesus, will personally restore, establish, strengthen, and support you after you have suffered a little.

I say: The Lord is my portion, therefore I will put my hope in Him.

For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is going to be revealed to us.

Therefore we do not give up. Even though our outer person is being destroyed, our inner person is being renewed day by day.For our momentary light affliction is producing for us an absolutely incomparable eternal weight of glory.So we do not focus on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal.

We know that all things work together for the good of those who love God: those who are called according to His purpose.

May you be strengthened with all power, according to His glorious might, for all endurance and patience, with joy

I am able to do all things through Him who strengthens me.

Be strong and courageous, all you who put your hope in the Lord.

Don’t say, “I will avenge this evil! ” Wait on the Lord, and He will rescue you.

Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you believe in Him so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.

The end of a matter is better than its beginning; a patient spirit is better than a proud spirit.

Now, Lord, what do I wait for? My hope is in You.

He gives strength to the weary and strengthens the powerless.

And our hope for you is firm, because we know that as you share in the sufferings, so you will share in the comfort.

I wait for the Lord more than watchmen for the morning — more than watchmen for the morning.

By your endurance gain your lives.

And so, after waiting patiently, Abraham obtained the promise.

Therefore, wait for Me — this is the Lord’s declaration — until the day I rise up for plunder. For My decision is to gather nations, to assemble kingdoms, in order to pour out My indignation on them, all My burning anger; for the whole earth will be consumed by the fire of My jealousy.

May the Lord direct your hearts to God’s love and Christ’s endurance.

At daybreak, Lord, You hear my voice; at daybreak I plead my case to You and watch expectantly.

But I will look to the Lord; I will wait for the God of my salvation. My God will hear me.
