and whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men;
knowing that of the Lord ye shall receive the reward of the inheritance: for ye serve the Lord Christ.
And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.
Wealth gotten by vanity shall be diminished: But he that gathereth by labour shall increase.
And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:
And let the beauty of the LORD our God be upon us: And establish thou the work of our hands upon us; Yea, the work of our hands establish thou it.
Prepare thy work without, And make it fit for thyself in the field; And afterwards build thine house.
The thoughts of the diligent tend only to plenteousness; But of every one that is hasty only to want.
For even when we were with you, this we commanded you, that if any would not work, neither should he eat.
Servants, be obedient to them that are your masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ;
not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart;
with good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men:
knowing that whatsoever good thing any man doeth, the same shall he receive of the Lord, whether he be bond or free.
