Think about it: God has given us an army of angels fighting for us, keeping us safe. But we have to remember to call on them! Whenever you're traveling, near or far, take a moment before you leave home to pray.
Whether it's for work or a much-needed vacation, remember to give your plans over to God. Ask for protection over your coming and going, for blessings on your journey, that everything you do would honor Him, but also bring you joy.
Keep your heart focused on the Lord and don't underestimate the enemy's tricks. Stay alert and keep praying, because they're out there like a roaring lion, looking for someone to devour.
Trust your plans to God's will, and you'll see blessings in everything you do. As the scripture says, "The Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore" (Psalm 121:8).
