Hey friend, have you ever noticed how bitterness can just weigh you down? It's like looking at the world through dark glasses – everything seems bleak and heavy. But when you refuse to let those negative feelings take over, you start to see the amazing things life has to offer. You begin to appreciate God's blessings, big and small.
Bitterness really clouds your vision. It steals your joy and peace, making it hard to truly enjoy anything. Living without that bitterness? That's the sweet spot. Bitterness just leads to frustration and keeps you stuck.
I want to encourage you to talk to God. Pour out your heart to Him. Tell Him what's bothering you, ask for healing, and seek His will for your life. He's got amazing plans for you, you know?
It's like Hebrews 12:15 says, "See to it that no one falls short of the grace of God and that no bitter root grows up to cause trouble and defile many." Just something to think about.
looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled;
Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:
forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye.
Therefore I will not refrain my mouth; I will speak in the anguish of my spirit; I will complain in the bitterness of my soul.
Thus my heart was grieved, And I was pricked in my reins.So foolish was I, and ignorant: I was as a beast before thee.
Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice:and be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.
For mine iniquities are gone over mine head: As an heavy burden they are too heavy for me.
And David was greatly distressed; for the people spake of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters: but David encouraged himself in the LORD his God.
He teareth himself in his anger: Shall the earth be forsaken for thee? And shall the rock be removed out of his place?
And when Esau heard the words of his father, he cried with a great and exceeding bitter cry, and said unto his father, Bless me, even me also, O my father.

If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Neither murmur ye, as some of them also murmured, and were destroyed of the destroyer.
For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people.
For his anger endureth but a moment; in his favour is life: Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

The merciful man doeth good to his own soul: But he that is cruel troubleth his own flesh.

Hear my voice, O God, in my prayer: Preserve my life from fear of the enemy.Hide me from the secret counsel of the wicked; From the insurrection of the workers of iniquity:Who whet their tongue like a sword, And bend their bows to shoot their arrows, even bitter words:
who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son:in whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins:

Bless the LORD, O my soul, And forget not all his benefits:Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; Who healeth all thy diseases;Who redeemeth thy life from destruction; Who crowneth thee with lovingkindness and tender mercies;

But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:
Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: He shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.
There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love.
Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,
