If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.

Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; And lean not unto thine own understanding.In all thy ways acknowledge him, And he shall direct thy paths.

For the LORD giveth wisdom: Out of his mouth cometh knowledge and understanding.

The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge: But fools despise wisdom and instruction.

I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.

A man's heart deviseth his way: But the LORD directeth his steps.

Hear counsel, and receive instruction, That thou mayest be wise in thy latter end.There are many devices in a man's heart; Nevertheless the counsel of the LORD, that shall stand.

See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise,redeeming the time, because the days are evil.Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is.

Walk in wisdom toward them that are without, redeeming the time.

Without counsel purposes are disappointed: But in the multitude of counsellors they are established.

Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought:but we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory:

Shew me thy ways, O LORD; Teach me thy paths.Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: For thou art the God of my salvation; on thee do I wait all the day.

And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

Commit thy way unto the LORD; Trust also in him; And he shall bring it to pass.

The thoughts of the diligent tend only to plenteousness; But of every one that is hasty only to want.

Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:

The wise in heart will receive commandments: But a prating fool shall fall.

Teach me good judgment and knowledge: For I have believed thy commandments.

He that is slow to wrath is of great understanding: But he that is hasty of spirit exalteth folly.

He that getteth wisdom loveth his own soul: He that keepeth understanding shall find good.

For wisdom is better than rubies; And all the things that may be desired are not to be compared to it.

Give therefore thy servant an understanding heart to judge thy people, that I may discern between good and bad: for who is able to judge this thy so great a people?

For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding;that ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;

Where no counsel is, the people fall: But in the multitude of counsellors there is safety.

So teach us to number our days, That we may apply our hearts unto wisdom.

With him is wisdom and strength, He hath counsel and understanding.

But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.

My son, let not them depart from thine eyes: Keep sound wisdom and discretion:

And God gave Solomon wisdom and understanding exceeding much, and largeness of heart, even as the sand that is on the sea shore.

And wisdom and knowledge shall be the stability of thy times, and strength of salvation: the fear of the LORD is his treasure.

Go to the ant, thou sluggard; Consider her ways, and be wise:Which having no guide, Overseer, or ruler,Provideth her meat in the summer, And gathereth her food in the harvest.

Blessed art thou, O LORD: Teach me thy statutes.

The simple believeth every word: But the prudent man looketh well to his going.

When thou goest, thy steps shall not be straitened; And when thou runnest, thou shalt not stumble.

Hear instruction, and be wise, And refuse it not.

Take fast hold of instruction; let her not go: Keep her; for she is thy life.

I understand more than the ancients, Because I keep thy precepts.

It is good for me that I have been afflicted; That I might learn thy statutes.The law of thy mouth is better unto me Than thousands of gold and silver.

My son, if thine heart be wise, My heart shall rejoice, even mine.Yea, my reins shall rejoice, When thy lips speak right things.

Ponder the path of thy feet, And let all thy ways be established.

and I will give thee the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that thou mayest know that I, the LORD, which call thee by thy name, am the God of Israel.

For God giveth to a man that is good in his sight wisdom, and knowledge, and joy: but to the sinner he giveth travail, to gather and to heap up, that he may give to him that is good before God. This also is vanity and vexation of spirit.

Wisdom hath builded her house, She hath hewn out her seven pillars:

Let thine eyes look right on, And let thine eyelids look straight before thee.Ponder the path of thy feet, And let all thy ways be established.Turn not to the right hand nor to the left: Remove thy foot from evil.
