“Be still, and know that I am God. I am exalted among the nations, I am exalted in the earth!”
Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me; for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.and said to him, “Are you he who is to come, or shall we look for another?”For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”
Have no anxiety about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.And the peace of God, which passes all understanding, will keep your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not want;he makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters; he restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
Thou dost keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee, because he trusts in thee.
In peace I will both lie down and sleep; for thou alone, O Lord, makest me dwell in safety.
He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High, who abides in the shadow of the Almighty,no evil shall befall you, no scourge come near your tent.For he will give his angels charge of you to guard you in all your ways.On their hands they will bear you up, lest you dash your foot against a stone.You will tread on the lion and the adder, the young lion and the serpent you will trample under foot.Because he cleaves to me in love, I will deliver him; I will protect him, because he knows my name.When he calls to me, I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, I will rescue him and honor him.With long life I will satisfy him, and show him my salvation.will say to the Lord, “My refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.”
And the effect of righteousness will be peace, and the result of righteousness, quietness and trust for ever.My people will abide in a peaceful habitation, in secure dwellings, and in quiet resting places.
Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.
Be still before the Lord, and wait patiently for him; fret not yourself over him who prospers in his way, over the man who carries out evil devices!
Cast your burden on the Lord, and he will sustain you; he will never permit the righteous to be moved.
but they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary, they shall walk and not faint.
“Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Let the day's own trouble be sufficient for the day.
For God alone my soul waits in silence; from him comes my salvation.Put no confidence in extortion, set no vain hopes on robbery; if riches increase, set not your heart on them.Once God has spoken; twice have I heard this: that power belongs to God;and that to thee, O Lord, belongs steadfast love. For thou dost requite a man according to his work.He only is my rock and my salvation, my fortress; I shall not be greatly moved.
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not rely on your own insight.In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.
For thus said the Lord God, the Holy One of Israel, “In returning and rest you shall be saved; in quietness and in trust shall be your strength.” And you would not,

I have said this to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”
Now may the Lord of peace himself give you peace at all times in all ways. The Lord be with you all.
Why are you cast down, O my soul, and why are you disquieted within me? Hope in God; for I shall again praise him, my help
O God, thou art my God, I seek thee, my soul thirsts for thee; my flesh faints for thee, as in a dry and weary land where no water is.
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.
“For you shall go out in joy, and be led forth in peace; the mountains and the hills before you shall break forth into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.
Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits,Bless the Lord, O you his angels, you mighty ones who do his word, hearkening to the voice of his word!Bless the Lord, all his hosts, his ministers that do his will!Bless the Lord, all his works, in all places of his dominion. Bless the Lord, O my soul!who forgives all your iniquity, who heals all your diseases,who redeems your life from the Pit, who crowns you with steadfast love and mercy,who satisfies you with good as long as you live so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's.
Those who trust in the Lord are like Mount Zion, which cannot be moved, but abides for ever.
And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in the one body. And be thankful.
May the God of peace himself sanctify you wholly; and may your spirit and soul and body be kept sound and blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Hear my cry, O God, listen to my prayer;from the end of the earth I call to thee, when my heart is faint. Lead thou me to the rock that is higher than I;
I lie down and sleep; I wake again, for the Lord sustains me.I am not afraid of ten thousands of people who have set themselves against me round about.
There is no fear in love, but perfect love casts out fear. For fear has to do with punishment, and he who fears is not perfected in love.
My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me;and I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish, and no one shall snatch them out of my hand.
Search me, O God, and know my heart! Try me and know my thoughts!And see if there be any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting!
When I am afraid, I put my trust in thee.In God, whose word I praise, in God I trust without a fear. What can flesh do to me?

For the Lord God helps me; therefore I have not been confounded; therefore I have set my face like a flint, and I know that I shall not be put to shame;
“Therefore I tell you, do not be anxious about your life, what you shall eat or what you shall drink, nor about your body, what you shall put on. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothing?Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?And which of you by being anxious can add one cubit to his span of life?
How precious is thy steadfast love, O God! The children of men take refuge in the shadow of thy wings.They feast on the abundance of thy house, and thou givest them drink from the river of thy delights.

Strive for peace with all men, and for the holiness without which no one will see the Lord.
For the kingdom of God is not food and drink but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit;
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort,who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.

The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me to bring good tidings to the afflicted; he has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound; I will greatly rejoice in the Lord, my soul shall exult in my God; for he has clothed me with the garments of salvation, he has covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself with a garland, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.For as the earth brings forth its shoots, and as a garden causes what is sown in it to spring up, so the Lord God will cause righteousness and praise to spring forth before all the nations.to proclaim the year of the Lord's favor, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all who mourn;to grant to those who mourn in Zion— to give them a garland instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, the mantle of praise instead of a faint spirit; that they may be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he may be glorified.
For he will hide me in his shelter in the day of trouble; he will conceal me under the cover of his tent, he will set me high upon a rock.

Trust in him at all times, O people; pour out your heart before him; God is a refuge for us. Selah
