Think about giving – it's truly beautiful in God's eyes. When you're preparing your offering, remember it should be your best, given with a sincere heart. It should be a joyful act, knowing how much God has already blessed us with, even when we don't deserve it. He's been incredibly generous, hasn't He?
If you only give what's leftover, well, life might just mirror that back to you. Think about it – give as if you're giving to yourself. Don't do it out of obligation or because you expect something in return. True giving comes from the heart.
Don't make a big show of it either. It's not about getting praised or patted on the back. Let your giving be a quiet act between you and God. He sees what's in your heart, and He loves a cheerful giver. Remember what it says in 2 Corinthians 9:7: "Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver."
Giving is an act of worship, a way to give back a portion of what God has already given us. And when God gives, He gives abundantly. When you offer from the heart, you're opening the door for even more blessings. The more you give, the more you receive. It's a beautiful cycle.
I set my bow in the clouds, and it shall be for a sign of the covenant between me and the earth.And it shall come to pass when I bring clouds over the earth, that the bow shall be seen in the cloud,and I will remember my covenant which is between me and you and every living soul of all flesh; and the waters shall not henceforth become a flood to destroy all flesh.
On the same day Jehovah made a covenant with Abram, saying, Unto thy seed I give this land, from the river of Egypt to the great river, the river Euphrates;
And I will establish my covenant between me and thee, and thy seed after thee in their generations, for an everlasting covenant, to be a God to thee, and to thy seed after thee.And I give to thee, and to thy seed after thee, the land of thy sojourning, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be a God to them.
And now, if ye will hearken to my voice indeed and keep my covenant, then shall ye be my own possession out of all the peoples — for all the earth is mine —and ye shall be to me a kingdom of priests, and a holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak to the children of Israel.
And he took the book of the covenant, and read it in the ears of the people; and they said, All that Jehovah has said will we do, and obey!And Moses took the blood, and sprinkled it on the people, and said, Behold the blood of the covenant that Jehovah has made with you concerning all these words.
And thou shalt know that Jehovah thy God he is God the faithful ·God who keepeth covenant and mercy to a thousand generations with them that love him and keep his commandments;
Not for thy righteousness, or for the uprightness of thy heart, dost thou enter in to possess their land, but for the wickedness of these nations doth Jehovah thy God dispossess them from before thee, and that he may perform the word which Jehovah swore unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.
Ye shall keep then the words of this covenant, and do them, that ye may prosper in all that ye do.
See, I have set before thee this day life and good, and death and evil,in that I command thee this day to love Jehovah thy God to walk in his ways, and to keep his commandments and his statutes and his ordinances, that thou mayest live and multiply, and that Jehovah thy God may bless thee in the land whither thou goest to possess it.
For the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed; but my loving-kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall my covenant of peace be removed, saith Jehovah, that hath mercy on thee.
For I, Jehovah, love judgment, I hate robbery with wrong; and I will give their recompence in truth, and I will make an everlasting covenant with them.
Behold, days come, saith Jehovah, that I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah:not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers, in the day of my taking them by the hand, to lead them out of the land of Egypt; which my covenant they broke, although I was a husband unto them, saith Jehovah.For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel, after those days, saith Jehovah: I will put my law in their inward parts, and will write it in their heart; and I will be their God and they shall be my people.And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know Jehovah; for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith Jehovah: for I will pardon their iniquity, and their sin will I remember no more.
And I will make with them a covenant of peace, and will cause evil beasts to cease out of the land; and they shall dwell in safety in the wilderness, and sleep in the woods.
And I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh.And I will put my Spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes and keep mine ordinances, and ye shall do them.
My covenant with him was of life and peace, and I gave them to him that he might fear; and he feared me, and trembled before my name.
For this is my blood, that of the new covenant, that shed for many for remission of sins.
In like manner also the cup, after having supped, saying, This cup is the new covenant in my blood, which is poured out for you.
But now he has got a more excellent ministry, by so much as he is mediator of a better covenant, which is established on the footing of better promises.For if that first was faultless, place had not been sought for a second.
And for this reason he is mediator of a new covenant, so that, death having taken place for redemption of the transgressions under the first covenant, the called might receive the promise of the eternal inheritance.
This is the covenant which I will establish towards them after those days, saith the Lord: Giving my laws into their hearts, I will write them also in their understandings;and their sins and their lawlessnesses I will never remember any more.
And Jehovah had said to Abram, Go out of thy land, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, to the land that I will shew thee.And there was a famine in the land. And Abram went down to Egypt to sojourn there, for the famine was grievous in the land.And it came to pass when he was come near to enter into Egypt, that he said to Sarai his wife, Behold now, I know that thou art a woman fair to look upon.And it will come to pass when the Egyptians see thee, that they will say, She is his wife; and they will slay me, and save thee alive.Say, I pray thee, thou art my sister, that it may be well with me on thy account, and my soul may live because of thee.And it came to pass when Abram came into Egypt, that the Egyptians beheld the woman that she was very fair.And the princes of Pharaoh saw her, and praised her to Pharaoh; and the woman was taken into Pharaoh's house.And he treated Abram well on her account; and he had sheep, and oxen, and he-asses, and bondmen, and bondwomen, and she-asses, and camels.And Jehovah plagued Pharaoh and his house with great plagues because of Sarai Abram's wife.And Pharaoh called Abram, and said, What is this thou hast done to me? Why didst thou not tell me that she was thy wife?Why didst thou say, She is my sister, so that I took her as my wife. And now, behold, there is thy wife: take her, and go away.And I will make of thee a great nation, and bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing.And Pharaoh commanded his men concerning him, and they sent him away, and his wife, and all that he had.And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee; and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.
And Abram was ninety-nine years old, when Jehovah appeared to Abram, and said to him, I am the Almighty ·God walk before my face, and be perfect.This is my covenant which ye shall keep, between me and you and thy seed after thee — that every male among you be circumcised.And ye shall circumcise the flesh of your foreskin; and that shall be a sign of the covenant between me and you.And at eight days old shall every male in your generations be circumcised among you — he who is born in the house, and he who is bought with money, any stranger who is not of thy seed.He who is born in thy house, and he who is bought with thy money, must be circumcised; and my covenant shall be in your flesh for an everlasting covenant.And the uncircumcised male who hath not been circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin, that soul shall be cut off from his peoples: he hath broken my covenant.And God said to Abraham, As to Sarai thy wife, thou shalt not call her name Sarai, but Sarah shall be her name.And I will bless her, and I will give thee a son also of her; and I will bless her, and she shall become nations: kings of peoples shall be of her.And Abraham fell on his face and laughed, and said in his heart, Shall a child be born to him that is a hundred years old? and shall Sarah, who is ninety years old, bear?And Abraham said to God Oh that Ishmael might live before thee!And God said, Sarah thy wife shall indeed bear thee a son; and thou shalt call his name Isaac; and I will establish my covenant with him, for an everlasting covenant for his seed after him.And I will set my covenant between me and thee, and will very greatly multiply thee.
and said, By myself I swear, saith Jehovah, that, because thou hast done this, and hast not withheld thy son, thine only son,I will richly bless thee, and greatly multiply thy seed, as the stars of heaven, and as the sand that is on the sea-shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies;and in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth bless themselves, because thou hast hearkened to my voice.
And Jehovah said to Moses, Write thee these words; for after the tenor of these words have I made a covenant with thee and with Israel.— And he was there with Jehovah forty days and forty nights; he ate no bread, and drank no water. — And he wrote on the tables the words of the covenant, the ten words.
Jehovah our God made a covenant with us in Horeb.Neither shalt thou bear false witness against thy neighbour.Neither shalt thou desire thy neighbour's wife, neither shalt thou covet thy neighbour's house, his field, nor his bondman, nor his handmaid, his ox, nor his ass, nor anything that is thy neighbour's.These words Jehovah spoke to all your congregation on the mountain from the midst of the fire, of the cloud, and of the obscurity, with a great voice, and he added no more; and he wrote them on two tables of stone, and gave them to me.And it came to pass, when ye heard the voice from the midst of the darkness, and the mountain burned with fire, that ye came near to me, all the heads of your tribes, and your elders;and ye said, Behold, Jehovah our God has shewn us his glory and his greatness, and we have heard his voice from the midst of the fire: we have seen this day that God talks with man, and he lives.And now, why should we die? for this great fire will consume us. If we hear the voice of Jehovah our God any more, we shall die.For who is there of all flesh, that has heard the voice of the living God speaking from the midst of the fire, as we, and has lived?Come thou near, and hear all that Jehovah our God will say; and speak thou to us all that Jehovah our God will speak to thee; and we will hear it, and do it.And Jehovah heard the voice of your words, when ye spoke to me; and Jehovah said unto me, I have heard the voice of the words of this people that have spoken to thee: they have well spoken all that they have spoken.Oh that there were such a heart in them, that they would fear me, and keep all my commandments continually, that it might be well with them and with their sons for ever!Not with our fathers did Jehovah make this covenant, but with us, even us, those who are here alive all of us this day.
Jehovah, thou art my God I will exalt thee; I will celebrate thy name, for thou hast done wonderful things; counsels of old which are faithfulness and truth.

And I will make a covenant of peace with them: it shall be an everlasting covenant with them; and I will place them, and multiply them, and will set my sanctuary in the midst of them for ever.
Think not that I am come to make void the law or the prophets; I am not come to make void, but to fulfil.For verily I say unto you, Until the heaven and the earth pass away, one iota or one tittle shall in no wise pass from the law till all come to pass.
For it was not by law that the promise was to Abraham, or to his seed, that he should be heir of the world, but by righteousness of faith.
Brethren, (I speak according to man,) even man's confirmed covenant no one sets aside, or adds other dispositions to.But to Abraham were the promises addressed, and to his seed: he does not say, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed; which is Christ.
But the loving-kindness of Jehovah is from everlasting and to everlasting, upon them that fear him, and his righteousness unto children's children,
for thus saith Jehovah: Unto the eunuchs that keep my sabbaths, and choose the things that please me, and hold fast to my covenant,even unto them will I give in my house and within my walls a place and a name better than of sons and daughters; I will give them an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off.
And this day shall be unto you for a memorial; and ye shall celebrate it as a feast to Jehovah; throughout your generations as an ordinance for ever shall ye celebrate it.
And he said, Behold, I make a covenant: before all thy people I will do marvels that have not been done in all the earth, nor in any nation; and all the people in the midst of which thou art shall see the work of Jehovah; for a terrible thing it shall be that I will do with thee.
Take heed to yourselves lest ye forget the covenant of Jehovah your God which he made with you, and make yourselves a graven image, the form of anything which Jehovah thy God hath forbidden thee.For Jehovah thy God is a consuming fire, a jealous ·God
And it shall come to pass, if ye hearken to these ordinances, and keep and do them, that Jehovah thy God will keep with thee the covenant and the mercy which he swore unto thy fathers;and he will love thee, and bless thee, and multiply thee, and will bless the fruit of thy womb, and the fruit of thy ground, thy corn and thy new wine, and thine oil, the offspring of thy kine, and the increase of thy sheep, in the land which he swore unto thy fathers to give thee.
All the paths of Jehovah are loving-kindness and truth for such as keep his covenant and his testimonies.
Thus saith Jehovah: In a time of acceptance have I answered thee, and in the day of salvation have I helped thee; and I will preserve thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, to establish the land, to cause to inherit the desolate heritages;

I say then, Has God cast away his people? Far be the thought. For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin.let their eyes be darkened not to see, and bow down their back alway.I say then, Have they stumbled in order that they might fall? Far be the thought: but by their fall there is salvation to the nations to provoke them to jealousy.But if their fall be the world's wealth, and their loss the wealth of the nations, how much rather their fulness?For I speak to you, the nations, inasmuch as I am apostle of nations, I glorify my ministry;if by any means I shall provoke to jealousy them which are my flesh, and shall save some from among them.For if their casting away be the world's reconciliation, what their reception but life from among the dead?Now if the first-fruit be holy, the lump also; and if the root be holy, the branches also.Now if some of the branches have been broken out, and thou, being a wild olive tree, hast been grafted in amongst them, and hast become a fellow-partaker of the root and of the fatness of the olive tree,boast not against the branches; but if thou boast, it is not thou bearest the root, but the root thee.Thou wilt say then, The branches have been broken out in order that I might be grafted in.God has not cast away his people whom he foreknew. Know ye not what the scripture says in the history of Elias, how he pleads with God against Israel?
My loving-kindness will I keep for him for evermore, and my covenant shall stand fast with him;
Book of the generation of Jesus Christ, Son of David, Son of Abraham.and Ezekias begat Manasses, and Manasses begat Amon, and Amon begat Josias,and Josias begat Jechonias and his brethren, at the time of the carrying away of Babylon.And after the carrying away of Babylon, Jechonias begat Salathiel, and Salathiel begat Zorobabel,and Zorobabel begat Abiud, and Abiud begat Eliakim, and Eliakim begat Azor,and Azor begat Sadoc, and Sadoc begat Achim, and Achim begat Eliud,and Eliud begat Eliazar, and Eliazar begat Matthan, and Matthan begat Jacob,and Jacob begat Joseph, the husband of Mary, of whom was born Jesus, who is called Christ.All the generations, therefore, from Abraham to David were fourteen generations; and from David until the carrying away of Babylon, fourteen generations; and from the carrying away of Babylon unto the Christ, fourteen generations.

For whatever promises of God there are, in him is the yea, and in him the amen, for glory to God by us.
For as many as are on the principle of works of law are under curse. For it is written, Cursed is every one who does not continue in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them;but that by law no one is justified with God is evident, because The just shall live on the principle of faith;but the law is not on the principle of faith; but, He that shall have done these things shall live by them.Christ has redeemed us out of the curse of the law, having become a curse for us, (for it is written, Cursed is every one hanged upon a tree,)that the blessing of Abraham might come to the nations in Christ Jesus, that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
The first therefore also indeed had ordinances of service, and the sanctuary, a worldly one.

And behold, Jehovah stood above it. And he said, I am Jehovah, the God of Abraham, thy father, and the God of Isaac: the land on which thou liest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed.And thy seed shall be as the dust of the earth, and thou shalt spread abroad to the west, and to the east, and to the north, and to the south; and in thee and in thy seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed.And behold, I am with thee, and will keep thee in all places to which thou goest, and will bring thee again into this land; for I will not leave thee until I have done what I have spoken to thee of.
And God said, Sarah thy wife shall indeed bear thee a son; and thou shalt call his name Isaac; and I will establish my covenant with him, for an everlasting covenant for his seed after him.
I call heaven and earth to witness this day against you: life and death have I set before you, blessing and cursing: choose then life, that thou mayest live, thou and thy seed,and shalt return to Jehovah thy God and shalt hearken to his voice according to all that I command thee this day, thou and thy sons, with all thy heart and with all thy soul;in loving Jehovah thy God in hearkening to his voice, and in cleaving to him — for this is thy life and the length of thy days — that thou mayest dwell in the land which Jehovah swore unto thy fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give them.
But chose the tribe of Judah, the mount Zion which he loved;And he built his sanctuary like the heights, like the earth which he hath founded for ever.
And as for me, this is my covenant with them, saith Jehovah: My spirit that is upon thee, and my words which I have put in thy mouth, shall not depart out of thy mouth, nor out of the mouth of thy seed, nor out of the mouth of thy seed's seed, saith Jehovah, from henceforth and for ever.

This is the covenant which I will establish towards them after those days, saith the Lord: Giving my laws into their hearts, I will write them also in their understandings;
And Jehovah said to Moses, Write thee these words; for after the tenor of these words have I made a covenant with thee and with Israel.

But go and learn what that is — I will have mercy and not sacrifice; for I have not come to call righteous men but sinners.
All the ends of the earth shall remember and turn unto Jehovah, and all the families of the nations shall worship before thee:
Therefore having been justified on the principle of faith, we have peace towards God through our Lord Jesus Christ;For if, being enemies, we have been reconciled to God through the death of his Son, much rather, having been reconciled, we shall be saved in the power of his life.And not only that, but we are making our boast in God, through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom now we have received the reconciliation.For this cause, even as by one man sin entered into the world, and by sin death; and thus death passed upon all men, for that all have sinned:(for until law sin was in the world; but sin is not put to account when there is no law;but death reigned from Adam until Moses, even upon those who had not sinned in the likeness of Adam's transgression, who is the figure of him to come.But shall not the act of favour be as the offence? For if by the offence of one the many have died, much rather has the grace of God, and the free gift in grace, which isby the one man Jesus Christ, abounded unto the many.And shall not as by one that has sinned be the gift? For the judgment was of one to condemnation, but the act of favour, of many offences unto justification.For if by the offence of the one death reigned by the one, much rather shall those who receive the abundance of grace, and of the free gift of righteousness, reign in life by the one Jesus Christ:)so then as it was by one offence towards all men to condemnation, so by one righteousness towards all men for justification of life.For as indeed by the disobedience of the one man the many have been constituted sinners, so also by the obedience of the one the many will be constituted righteous.by whom we have also access by faith into this favour in which we stand, and we boast in hope of the glory of God.
He is ever mindful of his covenant, — the word which he commanded to a thousand generations, —
But thou, Lord, art a ·God merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and abundant in goodness and truth.
Let not loving-kindness and truth forsake thee; bind them about thy neck, write them upon the tablet of thy heart:Strive not with a man without cause, if he have done thee no harm.Envy not the man of violence, and choose none of his ways.For the perverse is an abomination to Jehovah; but his secret is with the upright.The curse of Jehovah is in the house of the wicked; but he blesseth the habitation of the righteous.He indeed scorneth the scorners; but he giveth grace unto the lowly.The wise shall inherit glory; but shame shall be the promotion of the foolish.and thou shalt find favour and good understanding in the sight of God and man.
Thus saith Jehovah: In a time of acceptance have I answered thee, and in the day of salvation have I helped thee; and I will preserve thee, and give thee for a covenant of the people, to establish the land, to cause to inherit the desolate heritages;saying to the prisoners, Go forth; to them that are in darkness, Shew yourselves. Jehovah will perfect what concerneth me: thy loving-kindness, O Jehovah, endureth for ever; forsake not the works of thine own hands.
Bless Jehovah, O my soul! Jehovah my God thou art very great; thou art clothed with majesty and splendour;He sendeth the springs into the valleys: they run among the mountains;They give drink to every beast of the field; the wild asses quench their thirst.The birds of heaven dwell by them; they give forth their voice from among the branches.He watereth the mountains from his upper-chambers: the earth is satisfied with the fruit of thy works.He maketh the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man; bringing forth bread out of the earth,And wine which gladdeneth the heart of man; making his face shine with oil; and with bread he strengtheneth man's heart.The trees of Jehovah are satisfied, the cedars of Lebanon, which he hath planted,Where the birds make their nests; as for the stork, the fir trees are her house.The high mountains are for the wild goats; the cliffs, a refuge for the rock-badgers.He made the moon for seasons: the sun knoweth its going down.Covering thyself with light as with a garment, stretching out the heavens like a tent-curtain; —Thou makest darkness, and it is night, wherein all the beasts of the forest creep forth:The young lions roar after the prey, and to seek their food from ·GodThe sun ariseth, they retreat, and lay them down in their dens.Man goeth forth unto his work, and to his labour until the evening.How manifold are thy works, O Jehovah! in wisdom hast thou made them all: the earth is full of thy riches.Yonder is the great and wide sea: therein are moving things innumerable, living creatures small and great.There go the ships; there that leviathan, which thou hast formed to play therein.These all look unto thee, that thou mayest give their food in its season:That thou givest unto them, they gather; thou openest thy hand, they are filled with good.Thou hidest thy face, they are troubled; thou takest away their breath, they expire and return to their dust.Who layeth the beams of his upper chambers in the waters, who maketh clouds his chariot, who walketh upon the wings of the wind;Thou sendest forth thy spirit, they are created, and thou renewest the face of the earth.The glory of Jehovah will endure for ever; Jehovah will rejoice in his works.He looketh on the earth, and it trembleth; he toucheth the mountains, and they smoke.I will sing unto Jehovah as long as I live; I will sing psalms to my God while I have my being.My meditation shall be pleasant unto him; I will rejoice in Jehovah.Sinners shall be consumed out of the earth, and the wicked shall be no more. Bless Jehovah, O my soul. Hallelujah!Who maketh his angels spirits; his ministers a flame of fire.He laid the earth upon its foundations: it shall not be removed for ever.
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, fidelity,meekness, self-control: against such things there is no law.
