Think about giving – it's truly beautiful in God's eyes. When you're preparing your offering, remember it should be your best, given with a sincere heart. It should be a joyful act, knowing how much God has already blessed us with, even when we don't deserve it. He's been incredibly generous, hasn't He?
If you only give what's leftover, well, life might just mirror that back to you. Think about it – give as if you're giving to yourself. Don't do it out of obligation or because you expect something in return. True giving comes from the heart.
Don't make a big show of it either. It's not about getting praised or patted on the back. Let your giving be a quiet act between you and God. He sees what's in your heart, and He loves a cheerful giver. Remember what it says in 2 Corinthians 9:7: "Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver."
Giving is an act of worship, a way to give back a portion of what God has already given us. And when God gives, He gives abundantly. When you offer from the heart, you're opening the door for even more blessings. The more you give, the more you receive. It's a beautiful cycle.
“I shall set My rainbow in the cloud, and it shall be for the sign of the covenant between Me and the earth.“And it shall be, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the rainbow shall be seen in the cloud, and I shall remember My covenant which is between Me and you and every living being of all flesh, and never again let the waters become a flood to destroy all flesh.
On the same day יהוה made a covenant with Aḇram, saying, “I have given this land to your seed, from the river of Mitsrayim to the great river, the River Euphrates,
“And I shall establish My covenant between Me and you and your seed after you in their generations, for an everlasting covenant, to be Elohim to you and your seed after you.“And I shall give to you and your seed after you the land of your sojournings, all the land of Kena‛an, as an everlasting possession. And I shall be their Elohim.”
‘And now, if you diligently obey My voice, and shall guard My covenant, then you shall be My treasured possession above all the peoples – for all the earth is Mine –‘and you shall be to Me a reign of priests and a set-apart nation.’ Those are the words which you are to speak to the children of Yisra’ĕl.”
And he took the Book of the Covenant and read in the hearing of the people. And they said, “All that יהוה has spoken we shall do, and obey.”And Mosheh took the blood and sprinkled it on the people, and said, “See, the blood of the covenant which יהוה has made with you concerning all these Words.”
And you shall know that יהוה your Elohim, He is Elohim, the trustworthy Ěl guarding covenant and loving-commitment for a thousand generations with those who love Him, and those who guard His commands,”
“It is not because of your righteousness or the uprightness of your heart that you go in to possess their land, but because of the wrong of these nations that יהוה your Elohim drives them out from before you, in order to establish the word which יהוה swore to your fathers, to Aḇraham, to Yitsḥaq, and to Ya‛aqoḇ.
“Therefore you shall guard the words of this covenant, and do them, so that you prosper in all that you do.
See, I have set before you today life and good, and death and evil,”in that I am commanding you today to love יהוה your Elohim, to walk in His ways, and to guard His commands, and His laws, and His right-rulings. And you shall live and increase, and יהוה your Elohim shall bless you in the land which you go to possess.
“For though the mountains be removed and the hills be shaken, My loving-commitment is not removed from you, nor is My covenant of peace shaken,” said יהוה, who has compassion on you.
“For I, יהוה, love right-ruling; I hate robbery for ascending offering. And I shall give their reward in truth, and make an everlasting covenant with them.
“See, the days are coming,” declares יהוה, “when I shall make a renewed covenant with the house of Yisra’ĕl and with the house of Yehuḏah,not like the covenant I made with their fathers in the day when I strengthened their hand to bring them out of the land of Mitsrayim, My covenant which they broke, though I was a husband to them,” declares יהוה.“For this is the covenant I shall make with the house of Yisra’ĕl after those days, declares יהוה: I shall put My Torah in their inward parts, and write it on their hearts. And I shall be their Elohim, and they shall be My people.“And no longer shall they teach, each one his neighbour, and each one his brother, saying, ‘Know יהוה,’ for they shall all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them,” declares יהוה. “For I shall forgive their crookedness, and remember their sin no more.”
“And I shall make a covenant of peace with them, and make evil beasts cease from the land. And they shall dwell safely in the wilderness and sleep in the forest.
“And I shall give you a new heart and put a new spirit within you. And I shall take the heart of stone out of your flesh, and I shall give you a heart of flesh, and put My Spirit within you. And I shall cause you to walk in My laws and guard My right-rulings and shall do them.
“My covenant with him was life and peace, and I gave them to him, to fear. And he feared Me, and stood in awe of My Name.
“For this is My blood, that of the renewed covenant, which is shed for many for the forgiveness of sins.
Likewise the cup also, after supper, saying, “This cup is the renewed covenant in My blood which is shed for you.
But now He has obtained a more excellent service, inasmuch as He is also Mediator of a better covenant, which was constituted on better promises. For if that first covenant had been faultless, then no place would have been sought for a second.
And because of this He is the Mediator of a renewed covenant, so that, death having taken place for redemption of the transgressions under the first covenant, those who are called might receive the promise of the everlasting inheritance.
“This is the covenant that I shall make with them after those days, says יהוה, giving My laws into their hearts, and in their minds I shall write them,”and, “Their sins and their lawlessnesses I shall remember no more.”
And יהוה said to Aḇram, “Go yourself out of your land, from your relatives and from your father’s house, to a land which I show you.And a scarcity of food came to be in the land, and Aḇram went down to Mitsrayim to dwell there, for the scarcity of food was severe in the land. And it came to be, when he was close to entering Mitsrayim, that he said to Sarai his wife, “See, I know that you are a beautiful woman to look at.“And it shall be, when the Mitsrites see you, that they shall say, ‘This is his wife.’ And they shall kill me, but let you live.“Please say you are my sister, so that it shall be well with me for your sake, and my life be spared because of you.”And it came to be, when Aḇram came into Mitsrayim, that the Mitsrites saw the woman, that she was very beautiful. And Pharaoh’s officials saw her and praised her before Pharaoh, and the woman was taken to Pharaoh’s house. And he treated Aḇram well for her sake, and he had sheep, and cattle, and male donkeys, and male and female servants, and female donkeys, and camels. But יהוה plagued Pharaoh and his house with great plagues because of Sarai, Aḇram’s wife. And Pharaoh called Aḇram and said, “What is this you have done to me? Why did you not inform me that she was your wife?“Why did you say, ‘She is my sister’? And so I was going to take her for my wife. Look, here is your wife, take her and go.”“And I shall make you a great nation, and bless you and make your name great, and you shall be a blessing! And Pharaoh commanded his men concerning him, and they sent him away, with his wife and all that he had.“And I shall bless those who bless you, and curse him who curses you. And in you all the clans of the earth shall be blessed.”
And it came to be when Aḇram was ninety-nine years old, that יהוה appeared to Aḇram and said to him, “I am Ěl Shaddai – walk before Me and be perfect.“This is My covenant which you guard between Me and you, and your seed after you: Every male child among you is to be circumcised.“And you shall circumcise the flesh of your foreskin, and it shall become a sign of the covenant between Me and you.“And a son of eight days is circumcised by you, every male child in your generations, he who is born in your house or bought with silver from any foreigner who is not of your seed.“He who is born in your house, and he who is bought with your silver, has to be circumcised. So shall My covenant be in your flesh, for an everlasting covenant.“And an uncircumcised male child, who is not circumcised in the flesh of his foreskin, his life shall be cut off from his people – he has broken My covenant.”And Elohim said to Aḇraham, “As for Sarai your wife, do not call her name Sarai, for Sarah is her name.“And I shall bless her and also give you a son by her. And I shall bless her, and she shall become nations – sovereigns of peoples are to be from her.”And Aḇraham fell on his face and laughed, and said in his heart, “Is a child born to a man who is a hundred years old? Or is Sarah, who is ninety years old, to bear a child?”And Aḇraham said to Elohim, “Oh, let Yishma‛ĕl live before You!”“And Elohim said, “No, Sarah your wife is truly bearing a son to you, and you shall call his name Yitsḥaq. And I shall establish My covenant with him for an everlasting covenant, and with his seed after him.“And I give My covenant between Me and you, and shall greatly increase you.
and said, “By Myself I have sworn, declares יהוה, because you have done this, and have not withheld your son, your only son, that I shall certainly bless you, and I shall certainly increase your seed as the stars of the heavens and as the sand which is on the seashore, and let your seed possess the gate of their enemies. And in your seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed, because you have obeyed My voice.
And יהוה said to Mosheh, “Write these Words, for according to the mouth of these Words I have made a covenant with you and with Yisra’ĕl.”And he was there with יהוה forty days and forty nights. He did not eat bread and he did not drink water. And He wrote on the tablets the Words of the covenant, the Ten Words.
“יהוה our Elohim made a covenant with us in Ḥorĕḇ.You do not bear false witness against your neighbour. You do not covet your neighbour’s wife, nor do you desire your neighbour’s house, his field, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, his ox, nor his donkey, or whatever belongs to your neighbour.’These Words יהוה spoke to all your assembly, in the mountain from the midst of the fire, of the cloud, and of the thick darkness, with a loud voice, and He added no more. And He wrote them on two tablets of stone and gave them to me.“And it came to be, when you heard the voice from the midst of the darkness, while the mountain was burning with fire, that you came near to me, all the heads of your tribes and your elders, and said, ‘See, יהוה our Elohim has shown us His esteem and His greatness, and we have heard His voice from the midst of the fire. Today we have seen that Elohim speaks with man – and he lives! And now why should we die? For this great fire is consuming us. If we hear the voice of יהוה our Elohim any more, then we shall die.For who is there of all flesh who has heard the voice of the living Elohim speaking from the midst of the fire, as we have, and does live? You go near and hear all that יהוה our Elohim says, and speak to us all that יהוה our Elohim says to you, and we shall hear and do it.’“And יהוה heard the voice of your words when you spoke to me, and יהוה said to me, ‘I have heard the voice of the words of this people which they have spoken to you. They have done well in all that they have spoken.Oh, that they had such a heart in them, to fear Me and to guard all My commands always, so that it might be well with them and with their children forever!“יהוה did not make this covenant with our fathers, but with us, those who are here today, all of us who are alive.
Gather My lovingly-committed ones together to Me, Those who have made a covenant with Me by slaughtering.
O יהוה, You are my Elohim. I exalt You, I praise Your Name, for You shall do a wonder – counsels of long ago, trustworthiness, truth.
But He was pierced for our transgressions, He was crushed for our crookednesses. The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed.
“And I shall make a covenant of peace with them – an everlasting covenant it is with them. And I shall place them and increase them, and shall place My set-apart place in their midst, forever.
Do not think that I came to destroy the Torah or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to complete. For truly, I say to you, till the heaven and the earth pass away, one yod or one tittle shall by no means pass from the Torah till all be done.
For the promise that he should be the heir of the world, was not to Aḇraham or to his seed through the Torah, but through a righteousness of belief.
Brothers, as a man I say it: a covenant, even though it is man’s, yet if it is confirmed, no one sets it aside, or adds to it.But the promises were spoken to Aḇraham, and to his Seed. He does not say, “And to seeds,” as of many, but as of one, “And to your Seed,” who is Messiah.
And if you are of Messiah, then you are seed of Aḇraham, and heirs according to promise.
But the loving-commitment of יהוה Is from everlasting to everlasting Upon those who fear Him, And His righteousness to children’s children,
For thus said יהוה, “To the eunuchs who guard My Sabbaths, and have chosen what pleases Me, and are holding onto My covenant:to them I shall give in My house and within My walls a place and a name better than that of sons and daughters – I give them an everlasting name that is not cut off.
‘And this day shall become to you a remembrance. And you shall celebrate it as a festival to יהוה throughout your generations – celebrate it as a festival, an everlasting law.
And He said, “See, I am making a covenant. Before all your people I am going to do wonders such as have not been done in all the earth, nor in any nation. And all the people among whom you are shall see the work of יהוה. For what I am doing with you is awesome.
“Guard yourselves, lest you forget the covenant of יהוה your Elohim which He made with you, and shall make for yourselves a carved image in any form, as יהוה your Elohim has commanded you.“For יהוה your Elohim is a consuming fire, a jealous Ěl.
And it shall be, because you hear these right-rulings, and shall guard and do them, that יהוה your Elohim shall guard with you the covenant and the loving-commitment which He swore to your fathers,”and shall love you and bless you and increase you, and shall bless the fruit of your womb and the fruit of your land, your grain and your new wine and your oil, the increase of your cattle and the offspring of your flock, in the land of which He swore to your fathers to give you.
Kaph All the paths of יהוה are loving-commitment and truth, To those who guard His covenant and His witnesses.
Thus said יהוה, “In a favourable time I shall answer You, and in the day of deliverance I shall help You – and I guard You and give You for a covenant of the people, to restore the earth, to cause them to inherit the ruined inheritances,
“For this is the covenant I shall make with the house of Yisra’ĕl after those days, declares יהוה: I shall put My Torah in their inward parts, and write it on their hearts. And I shall be their Elohim, and they shall be My people.
“But I shall remember My covenant with you in the days of your youth, and I shall establish an everlasting covenant with you.
I say then, has Elohim rejected His people? Let it not be! For I also am of Yisra’ĕl, of the seed of Aḇraham, of the tribe of Binyamin.let their eyes be darkened, not to see, and bow down their back always.”I say then, have they stumbled that they should fall? Let it not be! But by their fall deliverance has come to the nations, to provoke them to jealousy. And if their fall is riches for the world, and their failure riches for the nations, how much more their completeness! For I speak to you, the nations, inasmuch as I am an emissary to the nations, I esteem my service,if somehow I might provoke to jealousy those who are my flesh and save some of them. For if their casting away is the restoration to favour of the world, what is their acceptance but life from the dead? Now if the first-fruit is set-apart, the lump is also. And if the root is set-apart, so are the branches. And if some of the branches were broken off, and you, being a wild olive tree, have been grafted in among them, and came to share the root and fatness of the olive tree,do not boast against the branches. And if you boast, remember: you do not bear the root, but the root bears you!You shall say then, “The branches were broken off that I might be grafted in.”Elohim has not rejected His people whom He knew beforehand. Or do you not know what the Scripture says of Ěliyahu, how he pleads with Elohim against Yisra’ĕl, saying,
The book of the genealogy of יהושע Messiah, Son of Dawiḏ, Son of Aḇraham:And Ḥizqiyahu brought forth Menashsheh, and Menashsheh brought forth Amon, and Amon brought forth Yoshiyahu. And Yoshiyahu brought forth Yeḵonyah and his brothers at the time of the exile to Baḇel.And after the exile to Baḇel, Yeḵonyah brought forth She’alti’ĕl, and She’alti’ĕl brought forth Zerubbaḇel.And Zerubbaḇel brought forth Aḇihuḏ, and Aḇihuḏ brought forth [Aḇner and Aḇner brought forth] Elyaqim, and Elyaqim brought forth Azor. And Azor brought forth Tsaḏoq, and Tsaḏoq brought forth Aqim, and Aqim brought forth Elihuḏ.And Elihuḏ brought forth El‛azar, and El‛azar brought forth Mattan, and Mattan brought forth Ya‛aqoḇ.And Ya‛aqoḇ brought forth Yosĕph the husband of Miryam, of whom was born יהושע who is called Messiah. So all the generations from Aḇraham to Dawiḏ were fourteen generations, and from Dawiḏ until the exile to Baḇel were fourteen generations, and from the exile to Baḇel until the Messiah were fourteen generations.
to show compassion toward our fathers and to remember His set-apart covenant,an oath which He swore to our father Aḇraham:
“You are sons of the prophets, and of the covenant which Elohim made with our fathers, saying to Aḇraham, ‘And in your seed all the nations of the earth shall be blessed.’
who are the children of Yisra’ĕl, to whom is the adoption, and the esteem, and the covenants, and the giving of the Torah, and the worship, and the promises, whose are the fathers, and from whom is the Messiah according to the flesh, who is over all, Elohim-blessed forever. Amĕn.
For as many promises as are of Elohim, in Him they are Yes, and in Him Amĕn, to the esteem of Elohim through us.
For as many as are of works of Torah are under the curse, for it has been written, “Cursed is everyone who does not continue in all that has been written in the Book of the Torah, to do them.”And that no one is declared right by Torah before Elohim is clear, for “The righteous shall live by belief.”And the Torah is not of belief, but “The man who does them shall live by them.”Messiah redeemed us from the curse of the Torah, having become a curse for us – for it has been written, “Cursed is everyone who hangs upon a tree.” –in order that the blessing of Aḇraham might come upon the nations in Messiah יהושע, to receive the promise of the Spirit through belief.
Now the first covenant indeed had regulations of worship and the earthly set-apart place.
the Set-apart Spirit signifying this, that the way into the Most Set-apart Place was not yet made manifest while the first Tent has a standing, which was a parable for the present time in which both gifts and slaughters are offered which are unable to perfect the one serving, as to his conscience,
“And יהוה has caused you to proclaim today to be His people, a treasured possession, as He has spoken to you, and to guard all His commands,
Declaring His Word to Ya‛aqoḇ, His laws and His right-rulings to Yisra’ĕl.יהוה builds up Yerushalayim, He gathers the outcasts of Yisra’ĕl –He has not done so with any nation; And they have not known His right-rulings! Praise Yah!
And see, יהוה stood above it and said, “I am יהוה Elohim of Aḇraham your father and the Elohim of Yitsḥaq. The land on which you are lying, I give it to you and your seed.“And your seed shall be as the dust of the earth, and you shall break forth to the west and to the east, to the north and the south. And all the clans of the earth shall be blessed in you and in your seed.“And see, I am with you and shall guard you wherever you go, and shall bring you back to this land. For I am not going to leave you until I have done what I have spoken to you.”
“And Elohim said, “No, Sarah your wife is truly bearing a son to you, and you shall call his name Yitsḥaq. And I shall establish My covenant with him for an everlasting covenant, and with his seed after him.
“I have called the heavens and the earth as witnesses today against you: I have set before you life and death, the blessing and the curse. Therefore you shall choose life, so that you live, both you and your seed, and shall turn back to יהוה your Elohim and obey His voice, according to all that I command you today, with all your heart and with all your being, you and your children,“to love יהוה your Elohim, to obey His voice, and to cling to Him – for He is your life and the length of your days – to dwell in the land which יהוה swore to your fathers, to Aḇraham, to Yitsḥaq, and to Ya‛aqoḇ, to give them.
But chose the tribe of Yehuḏah, Mount Tsiyon, which He loved. And He built His set-apart place like the heights, Like the earth He founded it forever.
“As for Me, this is My covenant with them,” said יהוה: “My Spirit that is upon you, and My Words that I have put in your mouth, shall not be withdrawn from your mouth, nor from the mouth of your descendants, nor from the mouth of your descendants’ descendants,” said יהוה, “from this time and forever.”
“And I, יהוה, shall be their Elohim, and My servant Dawiḏ a prince in their midst. I, יהוה, have spoken.
“But I say to you, I shall certainly not drink of this fruit of the vine from now on till that day when I drink it anew with you in the reign of My Father.”
“Blessed be יהוה Elohim of Yisra’ĕl, for He did look upon and worked redemption for His people, and has raised up a horn of deliverance for us in the house of His servant Dawiḏ,
For the promise is to you and to your children, and to all who are far off, as many as יהוה our Elohim shall call.
Because there is no distinction between Yehuḏi and Greek, for the same Master of all is rich to all those calling upon Him.For “everyone who calls on the Name of יהוה shall be saved.”
But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a set-apart nation, a people for a possession, that you should proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvellous light,
“And I shall establish My covenant with you, and never again is all flesh cut off by the waters of the flood, and never again is there a flood to destroy the earth.”
As for Me, look, My covenant is with you, and you shall become a father of many nations.“And no longer is your name called Aḇram, but your name shall be Aḇraham, because I shall make you a father of many nations.
Maker of the heavens and earth, The sea and all that is in them, Who is guarding truth forever,
Therefore I give Him a portion among the great, and He divides the spoil with the strong, because He poured out His being unto death, and He was counted with the transgressors, and He bore the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.
“Thus said יהוה, ‘If you could break My covenant with the day and My covenant with the night, so that there be not day and night in their season, then My covenant could also be broken with Dawiḏ My servant – so that he shall not have a son to reign upon his throne – and with the Lĕwites, the priests, My attendants.
“And I shall give them one heart, and put a new spirit within you. And I shall take the stony heart out of their flesh, and give them a heart of flesh,
On account of this it is of belief, that it be according to favour, for the promise to be made certain to all the seed, not only to those who are of the Torah, but also to those who are of the belief of Aḇraham, who is father of us all –
Brothers, as a man I say it: a covenant, even though it is man’s, yet if it is confirmed, no one sets it aside, or adds to it.
But when the completion of the time came, Elohim sent forth His Son, born of a woman, born under Torah,to redeem those who were under Torah, in order to receive the adoption as sons.
Do not think that I came to destroy the Torah or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to complete.
“This is the covenant that I shall make with them after those days, says יהוה, giving My laws into their hearts, and in their minds I shall write them,”
And יהוה said to Mosheh, “Write these Words, for according to the mouth of these Words I have made a covenant with you and with Yisra’ĕl.”
And because He loved your fathers, therefore He chose their seed after them, and brought you out of Mitsrayim with His Presence, with His great power,”to drive out from before you nations greater and stronger than you, to bring you in, to give you their land as an inheritance, as it is today.
“If his sons forsake My Torah And do not walk in My right-rulings,If they profane My laws And do not guard My commands,”“Then I shall visit their transgression with the rod, And their crookedness with flogging.
Zayin Remember, O יהוה, Your compassion and Your loving-commitments, For they are from everlasting.Ḥet Do not remember the sins of my youth, and my transgressions; According to Your loving-commitment remember me, For Your goodness’ sake, O יהוה.
And so all Yisra’ĕl shall be saved, as it has been written, “The Deliverer shall come out of Tsiyon, and He shall turn away wickedness from Ya‛aqoḇ,and this is My covenant with them, when I take away their sins.”
To Him who struck Mitsrayim in their first-born, For His loving-commitment is everlasting;And brought out Yisra’ĕl from their midst, For His loving-commitment is everlasting;With a strong hand, and with an outstretched arm, For His loving-commitment is everlasting;
“See, My Servant whom I have chosen, My Beloved in whom My being did delight. I shall put My Spirit upon Him, and He shall declare right-ruling to the nations.
knowing that you were redeemed from your futile behaviour inherited from your fathers, not with what is corruptible, silver or gold, but with the precious blood of Messiah, as of a lamb unblemished and spotless,
Pĕ He sent redemption to His people, Tsadi He has commanded His covenant forever. Qoph Set-apart and awesome is His Name.
But יהוה was pleased to crush Him, He laid sickness on Him, that when He made Himself an offering for guilt, He would see a seed, He would prolong His days and the pleasure of יהוה prosper in His hand.He would see the result of the suffering of His life and be satisfied. Through His knowledge My righteous Servant makes many righteous, and He bears their crookednesses.
But go and learn what this means, ‘I desire compassion and not offering.’ For I did not come to call the righteous to repentance, but sinners.
Let all the ends of the earth Remember and turn to יהוה, And all clans of the nations Bow themselves before You.
Therefore, having been declared right by belief, we have peace with Elohim through our Master יהושע Messiah,For if, being enemies, we were restored to favour with Elohim through the death of His Son, much more, having been restored to favour, we shall be saved by His life. And not only this, but we also exult in Elohim through our Master יהושע Messiah, through whom we have now received the restoration to favour. For this reason, even as through one man sin did enter into the world, and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men, because all sinned –for until the Torah, sin was in the world, but sin is not reckoned when there is no Torah. But death reigned from Aḏam until Mosheh, even over those who had not sinned according to the likeness of the transgression of Aḏam, who is a type of Him who was to come. But the favourable gift is not like the trespass. For if by the one man’s trespass many died, much more the favour of Elohim, and the gift in favour of the one Man, יהושע Messiah, overflowed to many. And the favourable gift is not as by one having sinned. For indeed the judgment was of one to condemnation, but the favourable gift is of many trespasses unto righteousness. For if by the trespass of the one, death did reign through the one, much more those who receive the overflowing favour and the gift of righteousness shall reign in life through the One, יהושע Messiah. So then, as through one trespass there resulted condemnation to all men, so also through one righteous act there resulted righteous-declaring of life to all men.For as through the disobedience of one man many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the One many shall be made righteous.through whom also we have access by belief into this favour in which we stand, and we exult in the expectation of the esteem of Elohim.
He has remembered His covenant forever, The Word He commanded, for a thousand generations,
But You, O יהוה, Are a compassionate Ěl and showing favour, Patient and great in loving-commitment and truth.
Let not loving-commitment and truth forsake you – Bind them around your neck, Write them on the tablet of your heart,Do not strive with a man without cause, If he has done you no evil.Do not envy a cruel man, And choose none of his ways; For the perverse one is an abomination to יהוה, And His secret counsel is with the straight. The curse of יהוה is on the house of the wrong, But He blesses the home of the righteous. He certainly scoffs the scoffers, But gives favour to the humble. The wise do inherit esteem, But fools are bearing away shame! Thus finding favour and good insight In the eyes of Elohim and man.
Thus said יהוה, “In a favourable time I shall answer You, and in the day of deliverance I shall help You – and I guard You and give You for a covenant of the people, to restore the earth, to cause them to inherit the ruined inheritances,to say to the prisoners, ‘Go out,’ to those who are in darkness, ‘Show yourselves.’ Let them feed on the ways, and let their pasture be on all bare hills.
“And you shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers. And you shall be My people, and I shall be your Elohim.
For יהוה is good; His loving-commitment is everlasting, And His truth, to all generations.
And let us not lose heart in doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not grow weary.
Zayin He has made His wonders to be remembered; Ḥet יהוה shows favour and is compassionate.
For I pour water on the thirsty, and floods on the dry ground. I pour My Spirit on your seed, and My blessing on your offspring,
For His displeasure is for a moment, His delight is for life; Weeping might last for the night, But joy comes in the morning.
“Ask and it shall be given to you, seek and you shall find, knock and it shall be opened to you.“For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it shall be opened.
For I am not ashamed of the Good News of Messiah, for it is the power of Elohim for deliverance to everyone who believes, to the Yehuḏi first and also to the Greek. For in it the righteousness of Elohim is revealed from belief to belief, as it has been written, “But the righteous shall live by belief.”
For thus declares the high and exalted One who dwells forever, whose Name is set-apart, “I dwell in the high and set-apart place, with him who has a bruised and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of bruised ones.
But seek first the reign of Elohim, and His righteousness, and all these shall be added to you.
And the Elohim of peace who brought up our Master יהושע from the dead, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, make you perfect in every good work to do His desire, working in you what is pleasing in His sight, through יהושע Messiah, to whom be esteem forever and ever. Amĕn.
That I might delight myself in Your commands, Which I have loved; That I might lift up my hands to Your commands, Which I have loved; While I meditate on Your laws.
I bow myself toward Your set-apart Hĕḵal, And give thanks to Your Name For Your loving-commitment and for Your truth; For You have made great Your Word, Your Name, above all.
Do not fear, for I am with you. Do not look around, for I am your Elohim. I shall fortify you, I shall also help you, I shall also uphold you with the right hand of My righteousness.’
“I shall not profane My covenant, Neither would I change what has gone out from My lips.Once I have sworn by My set-apartness, I do not lie to Dawiḏ:"
However, it is not as though the word of Elohim has failed. For they are not all Yisra’ĕl who are of Yisra’ĕl,
“You are My witnesses,” declares יהוה, “And My servant whom I have chosen, so that you know and believe Me, and understand that I am He. Before Me there was no Ěl formed, nor after Me there is none.
And remember His covenant for their sake, And relent according to the greatness of His loving-commitment.
he did not hesitate about the promise of Elohim through unbelief, but was strengthened in belief, giving esteem to Elohim,
יהוה does perfect for me. O יהוה, Your loving-commitment is everlasting. Do not forsake the works of Your hands.
Bless יהוה, O my being! O יהוה my Elohim, You have been very great: You have put on excellency and splendour,Who is sending the springs into the valleys, They flow among the hills. They give drink to every beast of the field; Wild donkeys break their thirst. The birds of the heavens dwell beside them; They sing from between the branches.Watering the hills from His upper rooms; The earth is satisfied with the fruit of Your works.Causing the grass to grow for the cattle, And plants for the service of mankind, To bring forth food from the earth,And wine that makes glad the heart of man, Oil to make the face shine, And bread which sustains man’s heart. The trees of יהוה are satisfied, The cedars of Leḇanon which He planted,Where the birds do make nests; The stork has her home in the fir trees. The high hills are for wild goats; Rocks a refuge for rock badgers. He made the moon for appointed times; The sun knows its going down.Covering Yourself with light as with a garment, Stretching out the heavens like a curtain,You put darkness, and it is night, In it all the beasts of the forest creep. The young lions are roaring for prey, And seeking their food from Ěl.The sun arises – they withdraw And lie down in their dens.Man goes out to his work, And to his labour, till evening.O יהוה, how many have been Your works! You have made all of them in wisdom. The earth is filled with Your possessions. There is the sea, great and wide, In which are innumerable swarms, Living creatures, small with great. There do ships go; That Liwiathan which You made, to play there. All of them wait for You, To give their food in due season. You give to them, they gather in; You open Your hand, they are satisfied with good. You hide Your face, they are alarmed; You take away their breath, they die and return to their dust;Who is laying the beams of His upper rooms in the waters, Who is making thick clouds His chariot, Who is walking on the wings of the wind,You send forth Your Spirit, they are created; And You renew the face of the earth. The esteem of יהוה is forever, יהוה rejoices in His works,Who looks on the earth, and it trembles; He touches the mountains, and they smoke.I sing to יהוה as long as I live, I sing praise to my Elohim while I exist. My meditation on Him is sweet; I rejoice in יהוה.Let sinners be consumed from the earth, And let the wrong be no more. Bless יהוה, O my being! Praise Yah!Making His messengers the winds, His servants a flame of fire.He established the earth on its foundations, So that it would not totter forever,
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, trustworthiness, gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no Torah.
