Think about giving – it's truly beautiful in God's eyes. When you're preparing your offering, remember it should be your best, given with a sincere heart. It should be a joyful act, knowing how much God has already blessed us with, even when we don't deserve it. He's been incredibly generous, hasn't He?
If you only give what's leftover, well, life might just mirror that back to you. Think about it – give as if you're giving to yourself. Don't do it out of obligation or because you expect something in return. True giving comes from the heart.
Don't make a big show of it either. It's not about getting praised or patted on the back. Let your giving be a quiet act between you and God. He sees what's in your heart, and He loves a cheerful giver. Remember what it says in 2 Corinthians 9:7: "Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver."
Giving is an act of worship, a way to give back a portion of what God has already given us. And when God gives, He gives abundantly. When you offer from the heart, you're opening the door for even more blessings. The more you give, the more you receive. It's a beautiful cycle.
I set my rainbow in the cloud. And it shall be a token of a covenant between Me and the earth.And it shall be, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the rainbow shall be seen in the cloud.And I will remember My covenant which is between Me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh.
In the same day Jehovah made a covenant with Abram, saying, I have given this land to your seed, from the river of Egypt to the great river, the river Euphrates,
And I will establish My covenant between Me and you and your seed after you in their generations for an everlasting covenant, to be a God to you and to your seed after you.And I will give the land to you in which you are a stranger, and to your seed after you, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession. And I will be their God.
And now if you will obey My voice indeed, and keep My covenant, then you shall be a peculiar treasure to Me above all the nations; for all the earth is Mine.And you shall be to Me a kingdom of priests and a holy nation. These are the words which you shall speak to the sons of Israel.
And he took the book of the covenant, and read in the ears of the people. And they said, All that Jehovah has said we will do, and be obedient.And Moses took the blood and sprinkled it on the people, and said, Behold the blood of the covenant, which Jehovah has made with you concerning all these words.
For I will have respect to you, and make you fruitful, and multiply you, and establish My covenant with you.And you shall eat of the old provision, and clear away the old because of the new.And I will set My tabernacle among you. And My soul shall not abhor you.And I will walk among you and will be your God, and you shall be My people.
Therefore, know that Jehovah your God, He is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and mercy with them that love Him and keep His commandments, to a thousand generations.
Not for your righteousness, or for the uprightness of your heart, do you go to possess their land. But for the wickedness of these nations Jehovah your God drives them out from before you, so that He may perform the Word which Jehovah swore to your fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.
Therefore, keep the words of this covenant and do them, so that you may act wisely in all that you do.
Behold! I have set before you today life and good, and death and evil,in that I command you today to love Jehovah your God, to walk in His ways, and to keep His commandments and His statutes and His judgments, so that you may live and multiply. And Jehovah your God shall bless you in the land where you go to possess it.
He has remembered His covenant forever, the Word which He commanded to a thousand generations;the covenant which He made with Abraham, and His oath to Isaac;and He confirmed it to Jacob for a Law, and to Israel for an everlasting covenant,
For the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed; but My kindness shall not depart from you, nor shall the covenant of My peace be removed, says Jehovah who has mercy on you.
For I Jehovah love judgment, I hate robbery for burnt offering; and I will direct their work in truth, and I will make an everlasting covenant with them.
Behold, the days come, says Jehovah, that I will cut a new covenant with the house of Israel, and with the house of Judah,not according to the covenant that I cut with their fathers in the day I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt; which covenant of Mine they broke, although I was a husband to them, says Jehovah;but this shall be the covenant that I will cut with the house of Israel: After those days, says Jehovah, I will put My Law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.And they shall no more teach each man his neighbor and each man his brother, saying, Know Jehovah; for they shall all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them, says Jehovah. For I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sins no more.
And I will make a covenant of peace with them, and will send the evil beasts out of the land. And they shall dwell safely in the wilderness and sleep in the woods.
And I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. And I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh.And I will put My Spirit within you and cause you to walk in My statutes, and you shall keep My judgments and do them.
My covenant with him was life and peace, and I gave them to him for fear; and he feared Me, and he is awed before My name.
For this is My blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sins.
In the same way He took the cup, after having dined, saying, This cup is the new covenant in My blood, which is being poured out for you.
But now He has obtained a more excellent ministry, by so much He is also the Mediator of a better covenant, which was built upon better promises.For if that first covenant had been without fault, then no place would have been sought for the second.
And for this cause He is the Mediator of the new covenant, so that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first covenant, those who are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.
"This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, says the Lord; I will put My Laws into their hearts, and in their minds I will write them,"also He adds, "their sins and their iniquities I will remember no more."
And Jehovah said to Abram, Go out of your country, and from your kindred, and from your father's house into a land that I will show you.And I will make you a great nation. And I will bless you and make your name great. And you shall be a blessing.And I will bless those that bless you and curse the one who curses you. And in you shall all families of the earth be blessed.
And when Abram was ninety-nine years old, Jehovah appeared to Abram and said to him, I am the Almighty God! Walk before Me and be perfect.And I will make My covenant between Me and you, and will multiply you exceedingly.
and said, I have sworn by Myself, says Jehovah; because you have done this thing, and have not withheld your son, your only one;that in blessing I will bless you, and in multiplying I will multiply your seed like the stars of the heavens, and as the sand which is upon the seashore. And your Seed shall possess the gate of His enemies.And in your Seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed, because you have obeyed My voice.
And Jehovah said to Moses, Write these words for yourself; for on the mouth of these words I have made a covenant with you and with Israel.And he was there with Jehovah forty days and forty nights. He neither ate bread, nor drank water. And He wrote upon the tablets the words of the covenant, the Ten Commandments.
Jehovah our God made a covenant with us in Horeb.Jehovah did not make this covenant with our fathers, but with us, even us, all of us here, alive today.
the covenant which He made with Abraham, and His oath to Isaac;and He confirmed it to Jacob for a Law, and to Israel for an everlasting covenant,
O Jehovah, You are my God; I will exalt You, I will praise Your name; for You have done a wonder; Counsels from afar; faithful faithfulness.
But He was wounded for our transgressions; He was bruised for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was on Him; and with His stripes we ourselves are healed.
And I will cut a covenant of peace with them. It shall be an everlasting covenant with them. And I will place them, and multiply them, and will set My sanctuary in their midst forever.
Do not think that I have come to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I have not come to destroy but to fulfill.For truly I say to you, Till the heaven and the earth pass away, not one jot or one tittle shall in any way pass from the Law until all is fulfilled.
For the promise that he should be the heir of the world was not to Abraham or to his seed through the Law, but through the righteousness of faith.
Brothers, I speak according to man, a covenant having been ratified, even among mankind, no one sets aside or adds to it.And to Abraham and to his Seed the promises were spoken. It does not say, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, "And to your Seed," which is Christ.
And if you are Christ's, then you are Abraham's seed and heirs according to the promise.
But the mercy of Jehovah is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear Him, and His righteousness is to sons of sons;
For so says Jehovah to the eunuchs who keep My Sabbath, and choose things that please Me, and take hold of My covenant;even to them will I give within My house and within My walls a hand and a name better than of sons and of daughters; I will give them an everlasting name that shall not be cut off.
And this day shall be a memorial to you. And you shall keep it as a feast to Jehovah throughout your generations. You shall keep it as a feast by a law forever.
And He said, Behold! I make a covenant. Before all your people I will do marvels such as have not been done in all the earth, nor in any nation. And all the people in whose midst you are shall see the work of Jehovah, for it is an awesome thing that I will do with you.
Take heed to yourselves, lest you forget the covenant of Jehovah your God, which He made with you, and make you a graven image, a likeness of anything which Jehovah your God has forbidden you.For Jehovah your God is a consuming fire, a jealous God.
And it shall be, because you listen to these judgments and keep and do them, Jehovah your God shall keep to you the covenant and the mercy which He swore to your fathers.And He will love you and bless you and multiply you. He will also bless the fruit of your womb, and the fruit of your land, your grain, and your wine, and your oil, the increase of your cattle, and the flocks of your sheep, in the land which He swore to your fathers to give you.
Jehovah shall establish you a holy people to Himself, as He has sworn to you, if you shall keep the commandments of Jehovah your God and walk in His ways.And all the peoples of the earth shall see that you are called by the name of Jehovah, and they shall be afraid of you.
All the paths of Jehovah are mercy and truth to those who keep His covenant and His testimonies.
So says Jehovah, in a favorable time I replied to You, and in a day of salvation I have helped You; and I will preserve You, and give You for a covenant of the people, to establish the earth, to cause them to inherit the wasted inheritances;
but this shall be the covenant that I will cut with the house of Israel: After those days, says Jehovah, I will put My Law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.
But I will remember My covenant with you in the days of your youth, and I will establish to you an everlasting covenant.
I say then, Did not God put away His people? Let it not be said! For I also am an Israelite, of the seed of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin.God did not thrust out His people whom He foreknew. Or do you not know what the Scripture said in Elijah, how he pleaded with God against Israel, saying,
For finding fault with them, He said to them, "Behold, days are coming, says the Lord, and I will make an end on the house of Israel and on the house of Judah; a new covenant shall be,not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day I took hold of their hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt," because they did not continue in My covenant, and I did not regard them, says the Lord."For this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My Laws into their mind and write them in their hearts, and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.
The book of the genealogy of Jesus Christ, the son of David, the son of Abraham.Abraham fathered Isaac, and Isaac fathered Jacob, and Jacob fathered Judah and his brothers.And Judah fathered Pharez and Zarah of Tamar. And Pharez fathered Hezron, and Hezron fathered Ram,and Ram fathered Amminadab, and Amminadab fathered Nahshon, and Nahshon fathered Salmon.And Salmon fathered Boaz of Rahab, and Boaz fathered Obed of Ruth, and Obed fathered Jesse,and Jesse fathered David the king. And David the king fathered Solomon of her who had been wife of Uriah.And Solomon fathered Rehoboam, and Rehoboam fathered Abijah, and Abijah fathered Asa.And Asa fathered Jehoshaphat, and Jehoshaphat fathered Jehoram, and Jehoram fathered Uzziah.And Uzziah fathered Jotham, and Jotham fathered Ahaz, and Ahaz fathered Hezekiah.And Hezekiah fathered Manasseh, and Manasseh fathered Amon, and Amon fathered Josiah.And Josiah fathered Jehoiachin and his brothers, at the time they were carried away to Babylon.And after the carrying away to Babylon, Jehoiachin fathered Shealtiel, and Shealtiel fathered Zerubbabel.And Zerubbabel fathered Abiud, and Abiud fathered Eliakim, and Eliakim fathered Azor.And Azor fathered Sadoc, and Sadoc fathered Achim, and Achim fathered Eliud.And Eliud fathered Eleazar, and Eleazar fathered Matthan, and Matthan fathered Jacob.And Jacob fathered Joseph, the husband to be of Mary, of whom Jesus was born, who is called Christ.So all the generations from Abraham to David are fourteen generations. And from David until the carrying away into Babylon, fourteen generations. And from the carrying away into Babylon until Christ, fourteen generations.
to perform the mercy promised to our fathers, and to remember His holy covenant,the oath which He swore to our father Abraham,
You are the sons of the prophets and of the covenant which God made with our fathers, saying to Abraham, "And in your Seed shall all the kindreds of the earth be blessed."
who are Israelites; to whom belong the adoption, and the glory, and the covenants, and the giving of the Law, and the service of God, and the promises;whose are the fathers, and of whom is the Christ according to flesh, He being God over all, blessed forever. Amen.
For all the promises of God in Him are yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God by us.
For as many as are out of works of the Law, these are under a curse; for it is written, "Cursed is everyone who does not continue in all things which are written in the Book of the Law, to do them."But that no one is justified by the Law in the sight of God is clear, for, "The just shall live by faith."But the Law is not of faith; but, "The man who does these things shall live in them."Christ redeemed us from the curse of the Law, being made a curse for us (for it is written, "Cursed is everyone having been hanged on a tree");so that the blessing of Abraham might be to the nations in Jesus Christ, and that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
Then truly the first tabernacle had also ordinances of divine service and an earthly sanctuary.
the Holy Spirit signifying by this that the way into the Holiest of all was not yet made manifest while the first tabernacle was still standing.For it was a figure for the time then present, in which were offered both gifts and sacrifices that could not make him who did the service perfect as regards the conscience,
And Jehovah has taken you today to be His peculiar people, as He has promised you, and to keep all His commandments,
He shows His Word to Jacob, His Precepts and His judgments to Israel.He has not done so with any nation; and they have not known His judgments. Praise Jehovah!
And behold! Jehovah stood above it, and said, I am Jehovah, the God of Abraham your father, and the God of Isaac! The land on which you lie I will give to you and to your seed.And your seed shall be like the dust of the earth, and you shall spread abroad to the west, and to the east, and to the north, and to the south. And in you and in your Seed shall all the families of the earth be blessed.And, behold, I am with you, and will keep you in every place where you go, and will bring you again into this land. For I will not leave you until I have done that which I have spoken of to you.
And God said, Sarah your wife shall bear you a son indeed. And you shall call his name Isaac. And I will establish My covenant with him for an everlasting covenant, and with his seed after him.
I call Heaven and earth to record today against you. I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing. Therefore, choose life, so that both you and your seed may live,so that you may love Jehovah your God, and that you may obey His voice, and that you may cling to Him. For He is your life and the length of your days, so that you may dwell in the land which Jehovah swore to your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, to give it to them.
but chose the tribe of Judah, the mount Zion which He loved.And He built His holy place like high palaces, like the earth which He has founded forever.
As for Me, this is My covenant with them, says Jehovah; My Spirit that is on you, and My Words which I have put in your mouth, shall not depart out of your mouth, nor out of the mouth of your seed, nor out of the mouth of your seed's seed, says Jehovah, from now on and forever.
And I Jehovah will be their God, and My servant David a ruler among them. I Jehovah have spoken.
But I say to you, I will not drink of this fruit of the vine from now on, until that day when I drink it new with you in My Father's kingdom.
Blessed is the Lord, the God of Israel, for He has visited and redeemed His peopleand has raised up a horn of salvation for us in the house of His servant David,
For the promise is to you and to your children, and to all those afar off, as many as the Lord our God shall call.
For there is no difference both of Jew and of Greek, for the same Lord over all is rich to all who call on Him.For everyone, "whoever shall call on the name of the Lord will be saved."
But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for possession, so that you might speak of the praises of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;
And I will establish My covenant with you. Neither shall all flesh be cut off any more by the waters of a flood. Neither shall there any more be a flood to destroy the earth.
As for Me, behold! My covenant is with you, and you shall be a father of many nations.Neither shall your name any more be called Abram, but your name shall be Abraham. For I have made you a father of many nations.
Therefore I will divide to Him with the great, and He shall divide the spoil with the strong; because He has poured out His soul to death; and He was counted among the transgressors; and He bore the sin of many, and made intercession for transgressors.
So says Jehovah: If you can break My covenant of the day and My covenant of the night, and that there should not be day and night in their season,then also may My covenant with David My servant be broken, that he should not have a son to reign on his throne, and My covenant with the Levites the priests, My ministers.
And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. And I will remove the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them a heart of flesh,
Therefore it is of faith so that it might be according to grace; for the promise to be made sure to all the seed, not only to that which is of the Law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham, who is the father of us all
Brothers, I speak according to man, a covenant having been ratified, even among mankind, no one sets aside or adds to it.
But when the fullness of the time came, God sent forth His Son, coming into being out of a woman, having come under Law,that He might redeem those under Law, so that we might receive the adoption of sons.
Do not think that I have come to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I have not come to destroy but to fulfill.
"This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, says the Lord; I will put My Laws into their hearts, and in their minds I will write them,"
And Jehovah said to Moses, Write these words for yourself; for on the mouth of these words I have made a covenant with you and with Israel.
And because He loved your fathers, therefore He chose their seed after them, and brought you out in His sight with His mighty power out of Egypt,in order to drive out from before you nations greater and mightier than you, to bring you in, to give you their land for an inheritance, as it is this day.
If his children forsake My Law, and do not walk in My judgments;if they profane My Precepts, and do not keep My Commandments;then I will visit their wickedness with the rod, and their sin with stripes.
Remember, O Jehovah, Your tender mercies and Your loving-kindnesses; for they are from eternity.Do not remember the sins of my youth, or my rebellings; according to Your mercy remember me for Your goodness' sake, O Jehovah.
And so all Israel shall be saved; as it is written, "There shall come out of Zion the Deliverer, and He will turn away ungodliness from Jacob.For this is My covenant with them, when I have taken away their sins."
A Song of degrees; of David. Behold, how good and how pleasant it is for brothers to dwell together in unity!
To Him who struck Egypt in their first-born; for His mercy endures forever;and brought Israel out from among them, for His mercy endures forever;with a strong hand, and a stretched out arm; for His mercy endures forever;
"Behold My Child whom I have chosen; My Beloved, in whom My soul is well pleased. I will put My Spirit on Him, and He shall declare judgment to the nations.
knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, silver or gold, from your vain manner of life handed down from your fathers,but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot;
He sent redemption to His people; He has commanded His covenant forever; holy and awesome is His name.
Yet it pleased Jehovah to crush Him; to grieve Him; that He should put forth His soul as a guilt-offering. He shall see His seed, He shall prolong His days, and the will of Jehovah shall prosper in His hand.He shall see the fruit of the travail of His soul. He shall be fully satisfied. By His knowledge shall My righteous Servant justify for many; and He shall bear their iniquities.
But go and learn what this is, I will have mercy and not sacrifice. For I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.
All the ends of the world shall remember and turn to Jehovah; and all the families of the nations shall worship before You.
Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.Through Him we also have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice on the hope of the glory of God.
He has remembered His covenant forever, the Word which He commanded to a thousand generations;
But You, O God, are God full of pity, and gracious, long-suffering, and rich in mercy and truth.
Let not mercy and truth forsake you; tie them around your neck; write them upon the tablet of your heart;and you shall find favor and good understanding in the sight of God and man.
So says Jehovah, in a favorable time I replied to You, and in a day of salvation I have helped You; and I will preserve You, and give You for a covenant of the people, to establish the earth, to cause them to inherit the wasted inheritances;that You may say to the prisoners, Go out! To those who are in darkness, Show yourselves! They shall feed in the ways, and their pastures shall be in all high places.
And you shall dwell in the land that I gave to your fathers. And you shall be My people, and I will be your God.
But we should not lose heart in well-doing, for in due season we shall reap, if we do not faint.
For I will pour water on him who is thirsty, and floods on the dry ground. I will pour My spirit on your seed, and My blessing on your offspring;
For His anger is only a moment; in His favor is life. Weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.
Ask and it shall be given to you; seek and you shall find; knock and it shall be opened to you.For each one who asks receives; and he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, it shall be opened.
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ, for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.For in it the righteousness of God is revealed from faith to faith, as it is written, "The just shall live by faith."
For so says the high and lofty One who inhabits eternity; whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, even with the contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.
The Law of Jehovah is perfect, converting the soul; the testimony of Jehovah is sure, making the simple wise.The Precepts of Jehovah are right, rejoicing the heart; the Commandments of Jehovah are pure, giving light to the eyes.The fear of Jehovah is clean, enduring forever; the judgments of Jehovah are true and righteous altogether,more to be desired than gold, even much fine gold; sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.
But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness; and all these things shall be added to you.
Now may the God of peace (who brought again our Lord Jesus from the dead, that great Shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant)make you perfect in every good work to do His will, working in you that which is well pleasing in His sight through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.
And I will delight myself in Your Commandments, which I have loved.And I will lift up my hands to Your Commandments which I have loved; and I will think on Your Precepts.
I will worship toward Your holy temple, and praise Your name for Your loving-kindness and for Your truth's sake; for You have magnified Your Word above all Your name.
Do not fear; for I am with you; be not dismayed; for I am your God. I will make you strong; yes, I will help you; yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of My righteousness.
And as Jesus passed on from there, He saw a man named Matthew sitting at the tax-office. And He said to him, Follow Me! And he arose and followed Him.And it happened as Jesus reclined in the house, behold, many tax-collectors and sinners came and were reclining with Him and His disciples.
I will not break My covenant, nor change the thing that has gone out of My lips.Once I have sworn by My holiness that I will not lie to David.
You are My witnesses, says Jehovah, and My servant whom I have chosen; that you may know and believe Me, and understand that I am He. Before Me no God was formed, nor shall there be after Me.
and He remembered His covenant for them, and was moved to pity, according to the multitude of His mercies.
He did not stagger at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strong in faith, giving glory to God,
Jehovah will perfect His work in me; Your mercy, O Jehovah, endures forever; do not forsake the work of Your own hands.
Bless Jehovah, O my soul. O Jehovah my God, You are very great; You have put on honor and majesty,covering Yourself with light as with a robe; and stretching out the heavens like a curtain;He lays the beams of His upper rooms in the waters. He sets the clouds as His chariots; He walks on the wings of the wind;He makes His angels spirits, His ministers a flaming fire.He laid the earth on its foundations; it shall not be shaken forever.
But the fruit of the Spirit is: love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faith,meekness, self-control; against such things there is no law.
