Think about this: God created everything. The earth, the sky, the whole world—it all belongs to Him. He made it all, just like Exodus 20:11 says: "For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it." He created it all perfectly, and He deserves all the praise for the amazing things He's done.
You know, we should really stand in awe of God and give Him glory. The time is coming when He will judge the world, so let's worship the One who made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and the springs of water.
When you're out enjoying nature – at the beach, in the mountains, or just looking at a beautiful tree – remember who made it all so beautiful and perfect. Let's give God all the glory He deserves.
A righteous man has regard for the life of his beast, but the mercy of the wicked is cruel.
Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, after our likeness; and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creeps upon the earth.”
Thou dost cause the grass to grow for the cattle, and plants for man to cultivate, that he may bring forth food from the earth,
Look at the birds of the air: they neither sow nor reap nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not of more value than they?
If you see the ass of one who hates you lying under its burden, you shall refrain from leaving him with it, you shall help him to lift it up.
Thy righteousness is like the mountains of God, thy judgments are like the great deep; man and beast thou savest, O Lord.
but the seventh day is a sabbath to the Lord your God; in it you shall not do any work, you, or your son, or your daughter, your manservant, or your maidservant, or your cattle, or the sojourner who is within your gates;
The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, the lion shall eat straw like the ox; and dust shall be the serpent's food. They shall not hurt or destroy in all my holy mountain, says the Lord.”
Go to the ant, O sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise.Without having any chief, officer or ruler,she prepares her food in summer, and gathers her sustenance in harvest.
O Lord, how manifold are thy works! In wisdom hast thou made them all; the earth is full of thy creatures.
And I will make for you a covenant on that day with the beasts of the field, the birds of the air, and the creeping things of the ground; and I will abolish the bow, the sword, and war from the land; and I will make you lie down in safety.
And should not I pity Nineveh, that great city, in which there are more than a hundred and twenty thousand persons who do not know their right hand from their left, and also much cattle?”
“If you chance to come upon a bird's nest, in any tree or on the ground, with young ones or eggs and the mother sitting upon the young or upon the eggs, you shall not take the mother with the young;you shall let the mother go, but the young you may take to yourself; that it may go well with you, and that you may live long.
“Six days you shall do your work, but on the seventh day you shall rest; that your ox and your ass may have rest, and the son of your bondmaid, and the alien, may be refreshed.

His majestic snorting is terrible.He paws in the valley, and exults in his strength; he goes out to meet the weapons.He laughs at fear, and is not dismayed; he does not turn back from the sword.Upon him rattle the quiver, the flashing spear and the javelin.With fierceness and rage he swallows the ground; he cannot stand still at the sound of the trumpet.When the trumpet sounds, he says ‘Aha!’ He smells the battle from afar, the thunder of the captains, and the shouting.
“You shall keep my statutes. You shall not let your cattle breed with a different kind; you shall not sow your field with two kinds of seed; nor shall there come upon you a garment of cloth made of two kinds of stuff.
Three things are stately in their tread; four are stately in their stride:I have not learned wisdom, nor have I knowledge of the Holy One.the lion, which is mightiest among beasts and does not turn back before any;the strutting cock, the he-goat, and a king striding before his people.
Who knows whether the spirit of man goes upward and the spirit of the beast goes down to the earth?
And God said, “Let the earth bring forth living creatures according to their kinds: cattle and creeping things and beasts of the earth according to their kinds.” And it was so.
“For the life of every creature is the blood of it; therefore I have said to the people of Israel, You shall not eat the blood of any creature, for the life of every creature is its blood; whoever eats it shall be cut off.

These have chosen their own ways, and their soul delights in their abominations;

For she leaves her eggs to the earth, and lets them be warmed on the ground,forgetting that a foot may crush them, and that the wild beast may trample them.She deals cruelly with her young, as if they were not hers; though her labor be in vain, yet she has no fear;because God has made her forget wisdom, and given her no share in understanding.When she rouses herself to flee, she laughs at the horse and his rider.
Like cattle that go down into the valley, the Spirit of the Lord gave them rest. So thou didst lead thy people, to make for thyself a glorious name.
