Think about this: God created everything. The earth, the sky, the whole world—it all belongs to Him. He made it all, just like Exodus 20:11 says: "For in six days the Lord made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore the Lord blessed the Sabbath day and hallowed it." He created it all perfectly, and He deserves all the praise for the amazing things He's done.
You know, we should really stand in awe of God and give Him glory. The time is coming when He will judge the world, so let's worship the One who made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and the springs of water.
When you're out enjoying nature – at the beach, in the mountains, or just looking at a beautiful tree – remember who made it all so beautiful and perfect. Let's give God all the glory He deserves.
A righteous man has pity for the lives of his cattle, but the bowels of the ungodly are unmerciful.
And God said, Let Us make man according to Our image and likeness, and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the flying creatures of heaven, and over the cattle and all the earth, and over all the reptiles that creep on the earth.
He makes grass to grow for the cattle, and green herbs for the service of men, to bring bread out of the earth;
But ask now the beasts, if they may speak to you, and the birds of the air, if they may declare to you.Tell the earth, if it may speak to you, and the fish of the sea shall explain to you.Who then has not known in all these things, that the hand of the Lord has made them?Seeing that the life of all living things is in His hand, and the breath of every man.
Look at the birds of the air, for they neither sow nor reap, nor do they gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Are you not worth more than they?
And if you see your enemy's donkey fallen under its burden, you shall not pass by it, but you shall help to raise it with him.
Your righteousness is as the mountains of God, Your judgments are as a great deep; O Lord, You will preserve men and beasts.
But on the seventh day is the Sabbath of the Lord your God; on it you shall do no work: you, nor your son, nor your daughter, your servant nor your maidservant, your ox, nor your donkey, nor any cattle of yours, nor the stranger that sojourns with you.
Behold, I establish My covenant with you, and with your seed after you,and with every living creature with you, of birds and of beasts, and with all the wild beasts of the earth, as many as are with you, of all that came out of the ark.
Then wolves and lambs shall feed together, and the lion shall eat straw like the ox, and earth shall be the serpent's bread. They shall not injure nor destroy on My holy mountain, says the Lord.
Go to the ant, O sluggard; and see, and emulate his ways, and become wiser than he.For whereas he has no leader, nor anyone to compel him, and is under no master,he prepares food for himself in the summer, and lays up abundant supplies in harvest. (6:8A) Or go to the bee, and learn how diligent she is, and how earnestly she is engaged in her work; (6:8B) whose labors kings and private men use for health, and she is desired and respected by all: (6:8C) though weak in body, she is advanced by honoring wisdom.
Are not five sparrows sold for two copper coins? And not one of them is forgotten before God.
How great are Your works, O Lord! In wisdom have You done them all; the earth is filled with Your creation.
And I will make for them in that day a covenant with the wild beasts of the field, and with the birds of the sky, and with the reptiles of the earth: and I will break the bow and the sword and the battle from off the earth, and will cause you to dwell safely.
and shall not I spare Nineveh, the great city, in which dwell more than twelve myriads of human beings, who do not know their right hand or their left hand; and also much cattle?
And if you should come upon a brood of birds before your face in the way or upon any tree, or upon the earth, young or eggs, and the mother is brooding on the young or the eggs, you shall not take the mother with the young ones.You shall by all means let the mother go, but you shall take the young to yourself; that it may be well with you, and that you may live long.
Six days shall you do your works, and on the seventh day there shall be rest, that your ox and your donkey may rest, and that the son of your maidservant and the stranger may be refreshed.
And the Lord God took the man whom He had formed, and placed him in the garden of Delight, to cultivate and keep it.
And the wolf shall feed with the lamb, and the leopard shall lie down with the kid; and the young calf and bull and lion shall feed together; and a little child shall lead them.
And for your cattle, and for the wild beats that are in your land, shall every fruit of it be for food.
And who has prepared food for the raven? For its young ones wander and cry to the Lord, in search of food.
But in the seventh year you shall let it rest, and leave it, and the poor of your nation shall feed; and the wild beasts of the field shall eat that which remains; thus shall you do to your vineyard and to your olive grove.
You shall eat nothing that dies of itself; it shall be given to the sojourner in your cities and he shall eat it, or you shall sell it to a stranger, because you are a holy people unto the Lord your God. You shall not boil a lamb in his mother's milk.
For all the wild beasts of the thicket are Mine, the cattle on the mountains, and oxen.I know all the birds of the sky; and the beauty of the field is Mine.
He shall tend His flock as a shepherd, and He shall gather the lambs with His arm, and He shall soothe them that are with young.
and You have set him over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet:sheep and all oxen - yea, and the cattle of the field;the birds of the sky, and the fish of the sea, the creatures passing through the paths of the sea.
Then He answered them, saying, "Which of you, having a son or an ox that has fallen into a pit, will not immediately pull him out on the Sabbath day?"
And will the unicorn be willing to serve you, or to lie down at your manger?And will you bind his yoke with thongs, or will he plow valleys for you in the plain?And do you trust him, because his strength is great? And will you commit your works to him?And will you believe that he will return to you your seed, and bring it in to your threshing floor?
the beasts of the field shall bless Me, the owls and young ostriches; for I have given water in the wilderness, and rivers in the dry land, to give drink to My chosen race,
And coming to him, he bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine; and putting him on his own animal, he brought him to an inn, and took care of him.
For it is written in the law of Moses, "You shall not muzzle an ox while it threshes." Is it oxen God is concerned about?
I will not reprove you on account of your sacrifices; for your whole burnt offerings are before Me continually.I will take no bulls out of your house, nor male goats out of your flocks.
Also to them is the event of the sons of men, and the event of the brute; one event befalls them. As is the death of the one, so also the death of the other; and there is one breath to all; and what has the man more than the brute? Nothing; for all is vanity.
There has the hedgehog made its nest, and the earth has safely preserved its young; there have the deer met, and seen one another's faces.
Then He said to them, "What man is there among you who shall have one sheep, and if it should fall into a ditch on the Sabbath, will not lay hold of it and lift it out?By how much then is a man worth more than a sheep! So then it is lawful to do good on the Sabbath."
Say if you know the time of the bringing forth of the wild goats of the rock, and if you have marked the calving of the hinds:
They shall give drink to all the wild beasts of the field; the wild donkeys shall take of them to quench their thirst.
who covers the heaven with clouds, who prepares rain for the earth, who causes grass to spring up on the mountains, and green herb for the service of men;
And the ox and bear shall feed together; and their young shall be together; and the lion shall eat straw like the ox.
that you may have sheep's wool for clothing; pay attention to the land, that you may have lambs.
And if anyone opens a pit, or digs a pit and does not cover it, and an ox or a donkey fall in there,the owner of the pit shall make compensation; he shall give money to their owner, and the dead shall be his own.
I will feed them in a good pasture, on a high mountain of Israel; and their folds shall be there, and they shall lie down, and there shall they rest in perfect prosperity, and they shall feed in a fat pasture on the mountains of Israel.
And God formed yet farther out of the earth all the wild beasts of the field, and all the birds of the sky, and He brought them to Adam, to see what he would call them, and whatever Adam called any living creature, that was the name of it.
Consider the ravens, for they neither sow nor reap, which have neither storeroom nor barn; and God feeds them. How much more are you worth than birds?
And God blessed them, saying, Increase and multiply, and fill the earth and subdue it, and have dominion over the fish of the seas and flying creatures of heaven, and all the cattle and all the earth, and all the reptiles that creep on the earth.
and I will quickly cast you down, and all the fish of your river. You shall fall on the face of the plain, and shall by no means be gathered, and shall not be brought together; I have given you for food to the wild beasts of the earth and to the fowls of the sky.
And they shall not be hurt, nor shall they be able to destroy anyone on My holy mountain; for the whole world is filled with the knowledge of the Lord, as much water covers the seas.
How have You multiplied Your mercy, O God! So the children of men shall trust in the shelter of Your wings.
who makes me to differ from the four-footed beasts of the earth, and from the birds of the sky?
but they that wait on God shall renew their strength; they shall put forth new feathers like eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; they shall walk, and not faint.
Yea, the sparrow has found himself a home, and the turtledove a nest for herself, where she may lay her young, even Your altars, O Lord of hosts my King, and my God.
And God remembered Noah, and all the wild beasts, and all the cattle, and all the birds, and all the reptiles that creep, as many as were with him in the ark, and God brought a wind upon the earth, and the water subsided.
And the Angel of the Lord said to him, Why have you struck your donkey this third time? And behold, I came out to withstand you, for your way is unseemly before Me. And when the donkey saw Me, she turned away from Me this third time.And if she had not turned out of the way, surely now, I would have killed you, and would have saved her alive.
(6:20) And of all cattle and of all reptiles and of all wild beasts, even of all flesh, you shall bring by pairs of all, into the ark, that you may feed them with yourself: male and female they shall be.(6:21) Of all winged birds after their kind, and of all cattle after their kind, and of all reptiles creeping upon the earth after their kind, pairs of all shall come in to you, male and female, to be fed with you.
You shall not see the donkey of your brother, or his calf, fallen in the way; you shall not overlook them, you shall surely help him to raise them up.
So shall you do with your calf and your sheep and your donkey; seven days shall it be under the mother, and the eighth day you shall give it unto Me.

Speak to the sons of Israel, saying, These are the beasts which you shall eat out of all beasts that are upon the earth.Every beast parting the hoof and making divisions of two claws, and chewing the cud among beasts, these you shall eat.
When you see the calf of your brother or his sheep wandering in the way, you shall not overlook them; you shall by all means turn them back to your brother, and you shall restore them to him.
And there are four very little things upon the earth, but these are wiser than the wise:the ants which are weak, and yet prepare their food in summer;
And it shall be that you shall drink water of the brook, and I will command the ravens to feed you there.
You shall take with you seven each of every clean animal, male and female, and of the unclean animals take two each, male and female.And also seven each of the clean flying creatures of the sky, male and female, and also pairs of all unclean flying creatures, male and female, to maintain seed on all the earth.
that you shall set apart every offspring opening the womb, the males to the Lord, everyone that opens the womb out of the herds or among your cattle, as many as you shall have: you shall sanctify the males to the Lord.
but on the seventh day is the Sabbath of the Lord your God: you shall do in it no work, neither you, your son, your daughter, your male servant, your female servant, your ox, your donkey, your livestock, nor the stranger that sojourns in the midst of you; that your male servant may rest, and your maid and your ox, as well as you.
And she bore her firstborn Son, and wrapped Him in swaddling cloths, and laid Him in a manger, because there was no place for them in the inn.
What is man, that You are mindful of him? Or the son of man, that You visit him?You made him a little lower than the angels, You have crowned him with glory and honor;and You have set him over the works of Your hands; You have put all things under his feet:sheep and all oxen - yea, and the cattle of the field;the birds of the sky, and the fish of the sea, the creatures passing through the paths of the sea.
And every reptile which is living shall be to you for food, I have given all things to you as the green herbs.But flesh with its lifeblood you shall not eat.
Have you invested the horse with strength, and clothed his neck with terror?And have you clad him in perfect armor, and made his breast glorious with courage?He paws exulting in the plain, and goes forth in strength into the plain.He laughs to scorn a king as he meets him, and will by no means turn back from the sword.The bow and sword resound against him, and his rage will swallow up the ground;and he will not believe until the trumpet sounds.And when the trumpet sounds, he says, Aha! And afar off, he smells the war with prancing and neighing.
You shall observe My law: you shall not let your cattle gender with one of a different kind, and you shall not sow your vineyard with diverse seed; and you shall not put upon yourself a mingled garment woven of two materials.
And there are three things which go well, and a fourth which passes along finely:A lion's whelp, stronger than all other beasts, which turns not away, nor fears any beast;and a rooster walking in boldly among the hens, and the goat leading the herd; and a king publicly speaking before a nation.
And who has seen the spirit of the sons of men, whether it goes upward? And the spirit of the beast, whether it goes downward to the earth?
And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature according to its kind, cattle and reptiles and wild beasts of the earth according to their kind, and it was so.
For the blood of all flesh is its life; and I said to the children of Israel, You shall not eat the blood of any flesh, for the life of all flesh is its blood: everyone that eats it shall be destroyed.
But the transgressor that sacrifices a calf to Me, is as he that kills a dog; and he that offers fine flour, as one that offers swine's blood; he that gives frankincense for a memorial, is as a blasphemer. Yet they have chosen their own ways, and their soul has delighted in their abominations.

He makes grass to grow for the cattle, and green herbs for the service of men, to bring bread out of the earth;and wine makes glad the heart of man, to make his face cheerful with oil; and bread strengthens man's heart.
For there shall be a new heaven and a new earth; and they shall not at all remember the former, neither shall they at all come into their mind.
The peacock has a beautiful wing: if the stork and the ostrich conceive, it is worthy of notice,for the ostrich will leave her eggs in the ground, and warm them on the dust,and has forgotten that the foot will scatter them, and the wild beasts of the field trample them.She has hardened herself against her young ones, as though she bereaved not herself: she labors in vain without fear.For God has withheld wisdom from her, and not given her a portion in understanding.In her season she will lift herself on high; she will scorn the horse and his rider.
By them shall the birds of the sky lodge; they shall utter a voice out of the midst of the rocks.
and as cattle through a plain; the Spirit came down from the Lord, and guided them; thus You led Your people, to make Yourself a glorious name.
