For the word of God is living and effective and sharper than any double-edged sword, penetrating as far as the separation of soul and spirit, joints and marrow. It is able to judge the ideas and thoughts of the heart.

Let the message about the Messiah dwell richly among you, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, and singing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, with gratitude in your hearts to God.
How happy is the man who does not follow the advice of the wicked or take the path of sinners or join a group of mockers!Instead, his delight is in the Lord’s instruction, and he meditates on it day and night.
Like newborn infants, desire the pure spiritual milk, so that you may grow by it for your salvation,
Don’t be deceived: God is not mocked. For whatever a man sows he will also reap,because the one who sows to his flesh will reap corruption from the flesh, but the one who sows to the Spirit will reap eternal life from the Spirit.
But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things will be provided for you.
For whatever was written in the past was written for our instruction, so that we may have hope through endurance and through the encouragement from the Scriptures.
because wisdom is protection as money is protection, and the advantage of knowledge is that wisdom preserves the life of its owner.

I am sure of this, that He who started a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.

Help me understand Your instruction, and I will obey it and follow it with all my heart.
For this very reason, make every effort to supplement your faith with goodness, goodness with knowledge,knowledge with self-control, self-control with endurance, endurance with godliness,godliness with brotherly affection, and brotherly affection with love.For if these qualities are yours and are increasing, they will keep you from being useless or unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

So faith comes from what is heard, and what is heard comes through the message about Christ.
“Stop your fighting — and know that I am God, exalted among the nations, exalted on the earth.”
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith,gentleness, self-control. Against such things there is no law.
So if you have been raised with the Messiah, seek what is above, where the Messiah is, seated at the right hand of God.and have put on the new self. You are being renewed in knowledge according to the image of your Creator.In Christ there is not Greek and Jew, circumcision and uncircumcision, barbarian, Scythian, slave and free; but Christ is all and in all.Therefore, God’s chosen ones, holy and loved, put on heartfelt compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience,accepting one another and forgiving one another if anyone has a complaint against another. Just as the Lord has forgiven you, so you must also forgive.Above all, put on love — the perfect bond of unity.And let the peace of the Messiah, to which you were also called in one body, control your hearts. When all has been heard, the conclusion of the matter is: fear God and keep His commands, because this is for all humanity.For God will bring every act to judgment, including every hidden thing, whether good or evil.
Therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, I urge you to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and pleasing to God; this is your spiritual worship.Show family affection to one another with brotherly love. Outdo one another in showing honor.Do not lack diligence; be fervent in spirit; serve the Lord.Rejoice in hope; be patient in affliction; be persistent in prayer.Share with the saints in their needs; pursue hospitality.Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse.Rejoice with those who rejoice; weep with those who weep.Be in agreement with one another. Don’t you know that the runners in a stadium all race, but only one receives the prize? Run in such a way to win the prize.Now everyone who competes exercises self-control in everything. However, they do it to receive a crown that will fade away, but we a crown that will never fade away.Therefore I do not run like one who runs aimlessly or box like one beating the air.Instead, I discipline my body and bring it under strict control, so that after preaching to others, I myself will not be disqualified.
“Come to Me, all of you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.All of you, take up My yoke and learn from Me, because I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for yourselves.and asked Him, “Are You the One who is to come, or should we expect someone else? ”For My yoke is easy and My burden is light.”
Finally, be strengthened by the Lord and by His vast strength.Put on the full armor of God so that you can stand against the tactics of the Devil.
“The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding.
We know that all things work together for the good of those who love God: those who are called according to His purpose.
but honor the Messiah as Lord in your hearts. Always be ready to give a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you.
Search me, God, and know my heart; test me and know my concerns.See if there is any offensive way in me; lead me in the everlasting way.
so that you may be blameless and pure, children of God who are faultless in a crooked and perverted generation, among whom you shine like stars in the world.Hold firmly to the message of life. Then I can boast in the day of Christ that I didn’t run or labor for nothing.
In the same way, let your light shine before men, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father in heaven.
and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.
And do not offer any parts of it to sin as weapons for unrighteousness. But as those who are alive from the dead, offer yourselves to God, and all the parts of yourselves to God as weapons for righteousness.
But if we walk in the light as He Himself is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin.
Your decrees are wonderful; therefore I obey them.With my lips I proclaim all the judgments from Your mouth.The revelation of Your words brings light and gives understanding to the inexperienced.
but those who trust in the Lord will renew their strength; they will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary; they will walk and not faint.

(Those who heard it begged that not another word be spoken to them,keeping our eyes on Jesus, the source and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that lay before Him endured a cross and despised the shame and has sat down at the right hand of God’s throne.
No foul language is to come from your mouth, but only what is good for building up someone in need, so that it gives grace to those who hear.
Teach a youth about the way he should go; even when he is old he will not depart from it.
Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice!Let your graciousness be known to everyone. The Lord is near.Don’t worry about anything, but in everything, through prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.And the peace of God, which surpasses every thought, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.
Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do everything for God’s glory.

Do not fear, for I am with you; do not be afraid, for I am your God. I will strengthen you; I will help you; I will hold on to you with My righteous right hand.

My son, don’t forget my teaching, but let your heart keep my commands;then your barns will be completely filled, and your vats will overflow with new wine.Do not despise the Lord’s instruction, my son, and do not loathe His discipline;for the Lord disciplines the one He loves, just as a father, the son he delights in.Happy is a man who finds wisdom and who acquires understanding,for she is more profitable than silver, and her revenue is better than gold.She is more precious than jewels; nothing you desire compares with her.Long life is in her right hand; in her left, riches and honor.Her ways are pleasant, and all her paths, peaceful.She is a tree of life to those who embrace her, and those who hold on to her are happy.The Lord founded the earth by wisdom and established the heavens by understanding.for they will bring you many days, a full life, and well-being.
Therefore we do not give up. Even though our outer person is being destroyed, our inner person is being renewed day by day.
Just one thing: Live your life in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ. Then, whether I come and see you or am absent, I will hear about you that you are standing firm in one spirit, with one mind, working side by side for the faith that comes from the gospel,
Let us hold on to the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.
Rejoice always!Pray constantly.Give thanks in everything, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus.
“Therefore, everyone who hears these words of Mine and acts on them will be like a sensible man who built his house on the rock.The rain fell, the rivers rose, and the winds blew and pounded that house. Yet it didn’t collapse, because its foundation was on the rock.
Whatever you do, do it enthusiastically, as something done for the Lord and not for men,
So we must not get tired of doing good, for we will reap at the proper time if we don’t give up.
Therefore, with your minds ready for action, be serious and set your hope completely on the grace to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ.
But He answered, “It is written: Man must not live on bread alone but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.”
Brothers, I do not consider myself to have taken hold of it. But one thing I do: Forgetting what is behind and reaching forward to what is ahead,I pursue as my goal the prize promised by God’s heavenly call in Christ Jesus.
For by the grace given to me, I tell everyone among you not to think of himself more highly than he should think. Instead, think sensibly, as God has distributed a measure of faith to each one.
I will lift up my hands to Your commands, which I love, and will meditate on Your statutes.
Then he said to them, “Go and eat what is rich, drink what is sweet, and send portions to those who have nothing prepared, since today is holy to our Lord. Do not grieve, because the joy of the Lord is your stronghold.”
Dear friend, I pray that you may prosper in every way and be in good health physically just as you are spiritually.
May our Lord Jesus Christ Himself and God our Father, who has loved us and given us eternal encouragement and good hope by grace,encourage your hearts and strengthen you in every good work and word.
Therefore, since we have been declared righteous by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.For if, while we were enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, then how much more, having been reconciled, will we be saved by His life!And not only that, but we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ. We have now received this reconciliation through Him.Therefore, just as sin entered the world through one man, and death through sin, in this way death spread to all men, because all sinned.In fact, sin was in the world before the law, but sin is not charged to a person’s account when there is no law.Nevertheless, death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over those who did not sin in the likeness of Adam’s transgression. He is a prototype of the Coming One.But the gift is not like the trespass. For if by the one man’s trespass the many died, how much more have the grace of God and the gift overflowed to the many by the grace of the one man, Jesus Christ.And the gift is not like the one man’s sin, because from one sin came the judgment, resulting in condemnation, but from many trespasses came the gift, resulting in justification.Since by the one man’s trespass, death reigned through that one man, how much more will those who receive the overflow of grace and the gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man, Jesus Christ.So then, as through one trespass there is condemnation for everyone, so also through one righteous act there is life-giving justification for everyone.For just as through one man’s disobedience the many were made sinners, so also through the one man’s obedience the many will be made righteous.We have also obtained access through Him by faith into this grace in which we stand, and we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God.
Now these three remain: faith, hope, and love. But the greatest of these is love.
