Spending time each day reading the Word is the most effective way to memorize it. First things first, carve out some quality time where you can disconnect from all the distractions. Find a quiet spot where it's just you and the Holy Spirit. You'll be amazed at how much easier it is to focus when you do that.
Once you're settled, try this: Read aloud what you're studying. Saying it out loud a couple of times really helps it stick. Then, grab a pen and paper and write it down. That'll help you get even more familiar with the passage.
Finally, meditate on what you've read. Meditation is such an important habit for every Christian. Really let the words sink in.
It's so important to keep God's Word in your heart and learn from it. There's always a verse, a chapter, or even a whole book that's going to speak to you right where you are. And remember, memorizing Scripture is doable, as long as you're willing to put in the effort. You got this!
A wise man will hear, and will increase learning; And a man of understanding shall attain unto wise counsels:
Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: And with all thy getting get understanding.
The heart of the prudent getteth knowledge; And the ear of the wise seeketh knowledge.
For wisdom is a defence, and money is a defence: but the excellency of knowledge is, that wisdom giveth life to them that have it.
I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.
If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
Give instruction to a wise man, and he will be yet wiser: Teach a just man, and he will increase in learning.

How much better is it to get wisdom than gold! And to get understanding rather to be chosen than silver!
