But God's grace is much greater, and so is his free gift to so many people through the grace of the one man, Jesus Christ.And there is a difference between God's gift and the sin of one man. After the one sin, came the judgment of “Guilty”; but after so many sins, comes the undeserved gift of “Not guilty!”It is true that through the sin of one man death began to rule because of that one man. But how much greater is the result of what was done by the one man, Jesus Christ! All who receive God's abundant grace and are freely put right with him will rule in life through Christ.So then, as the one sin condemned all people, in the same way the one righteous act sets all people free and gives them life.And just as all people were made sinners as the result of the disobedience of one man, in the same way they will all be put right with God as the result of the obedience of the one man.He has brought us by faith into this experience of God's grace, in which we now live. And so we boast of the hope we have of sharing God's glory!
The king is glad, O Lord, because you gave him strength; he rejoices because you made him victorious.
But don't be glad because the evil spirits obey you; rather be glad because your names are written in heaven.”
that I may stand before the people of Jerusalem and tell them all the things for which I praise you. I will rejoice because you saved me.

And so he is able, now and always, to save those who come to God through him, because he lives forever to plead with God for them.
We are sure that we live in union with God and that he lives in union with us, because he has given us his Spirit.
What can I offer the Lord for all his goodness to me?I will bring a wine offering to the Lord, to thank him for saving me.
And you also became God's people when you heard the true message, the Good News that brought you salvation. O Lord, I will always sing of your constant love; I will proclaim your faithfulness forever.

But God has shown us how much he loves us—it was while we were still sinners that Christ died for us!
From such terrible dangers of death he saved us, and will save us; and we have placed our hope in him that he will save us again,
So then, dear friends, as you always obeyed me when I was with you, it is even more important that you obey me now while I am away from you. Keep on working with fear and trembling to complete your salvation,because God is always at work in you to make you willing and able to obey his own purpose.
Everything written in the Scriptures was written to teach us, in order that we might have hope through the patience and encouragement which the Scriptures give us.
A child is born to us! A son is given to us! And he will be our ruler. He will be called, “Wonderful Counselor,” “Mighty God,” “Eternal Father,” “Prince of Peace.”His royal power will continue to grow; his kingdom will always be at peace. He will rule as King David's successor, basing his power on right and justice, from now until the end of time. The Lord Almighty is determined to do all this.
