"Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust, and will not be afraid; for the LORD GOD[2] is my strength and my song, and he has become my salvation."With joy you[3] will draw water from the wells of salvation.
Though you have not seen him, you love him. Though you do not now see him, you believe in him and rejoice with joy that is inexpressible and filled with glory,obtaining the outcome of your faith, the salvation of your souls.
May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.
I will greatly rejoice in the LORD; my soul shall exult in my God, for he has clothed me with the garments of salvation; he has covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decks himself like a priest with a beautiful headdress, and as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.
Therefore, since we have been justified by faith, we[1] have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.Through him we have also obtained access by faith[2] into this grace in which we stand, and we[3] rejoice[4] in hope of the glory of God.
These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be full.
Nevertheless, do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven."
that I may recount all your praises, that in the gates of the daughter of Zion I may rejoice in your salvation.
It will be said on that day, "Behold, this is our God; we have waited for him, that he might save us. This is the LORD; we have waited for him; let us be glad and rejoice in his salvation."
The LORD is my strength and my song; he has become my salvation.Glad songs of salvation are in the tents of the righteous: "The right hand of the LORD does valiantly,
Sing to the LORD, all the earth! Tell of his salvation from day to day.Declare his glory among the nations, his marvelous works among all the peoples!
Sing, O heavens, for the LORD has done it; shout, O depths of the earth; break forth into singing, O mountains, O forest, and every tree in it! For the LORD has redeemed Jacob, and will be glorified[2] in Israel.
For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Rejoice always,pray without ceasing,give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
Then our mouth was filled with laughter, and our tongue with shouts of joy; then they said among the nations, "The LORD has done great things for them."The LORD has done great things for us; we are glad.
Be glad in the LORD, and rejoice, O righteous, and shout for joy, all you upright in heart!
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,
Finally, my brothers,[1] rejoice in the Lord. To write the same things to you is no trouble to me and is safe for you.
Until now you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full.
Then he said to them, "Go your way. Eat the fat and drink sweet wine and send portions to anyone who has nothing ready, for this day is holy to our Lord. And do not be grieved, for the joy of the LORD is your strength."
And you became imitators of us and of the Lord, for you received the word in much affliction, with the joy of the Holy Spirit,
May all who seek you rejoice and be glad in you! May those who love your salvation say evermore, "God is great!"
And the ransomed of the LORD shall return and come to Zion with singing; everlasting joy shall be upon their heads; they shall obtain gladness and joy, and sorrow and sighing shall flee away.
You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; you have loosed my sackcloth and clothed me with gladness,that my glory may sing your praise and not be silent. O LORD my God, I will give thanks to you forever!
More than that, we also rejoice in God through our Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we have now received reconciliation.
What then? Only that in every way, whether in pretense or in truth, Christ is proclaimed, and in that I rejoice. Yes, and I will rejoice,
You have made known to me the paths of life; you will make me full of gladness with your presence.'
Just so, I tell you, there will be more joy in heaven over one sinner who repents than over ninety-nine righteous persons who need no repentance.
Let the righteous one rejoice in the LORD and take refuge in him! Let all the upright in heart exult!
But let all who take refuge in you rejoice; let them ever sing for joy, and spread your protection over them, that those who love your name may exult in you.
Sing for joy, O heavens, and exult, O earth; break forth, O mountains, into singing! for the LORD has comforted his people and will have compassion on his afflicted.
Rejoice and be glad, for your reward is great in heaven, for so they persecuted the prophets who were before you.
But the righteous shall be glad; they shall exult before God; they shall be jubilant with joy!
The LORD your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing.
You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore.

How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings good news, who publishes peace, who brings good news of happiness, who publishes salvation, who says to Zion, "Your God reigns."The voice of your watchmen -- they lift up their voice; together they sing for joy; for eye to eye they see the return of the LORD to Zion.Break forth together into singing, you waste places of Jerusalem, for the LORD has comforted his people; he has redeemed Jerusalem.
And Hannah prayed and said, "My heart exults in the LORD; my strength is exalted in the LORD. My mouth derides my enemies, because I rejoice in your salvation.
My lips will shout for joy, when I sing praises to you; my soul also, which you have redeemed.
Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.
For you, O LORD, have made me glad by your work; at the works of your hands I sing for joy.
Finally, brothers,[1] rejoice. Aim for restoration, comfort one another,[2] agree with one another, live in peace; and the God of love and peace will be with you.
"For God so loved the world,[7] that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.
Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."
but they who wait for the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.
looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.
to grant to those who mourn in Zion -- to give them a beautiful headdress instead of ashes, the oil of gladness instead of mourning, the garment of praise instead of a faint spirit; that they may be called oaks of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he may be glorified.[3]
Blessed be the Lord, who daily bears us up; God is our salvation. SelahOur God is a God of salvation, and to GOD, the Lord, belong deliverances from death.
because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.
For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God,not a result of works, so that no one may boast.
We have this as a sure and steadfast anchor of the soul, a hope that enters into the inner place behind the curtain,
For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers,nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.
Gracious is the LORD, and righteous; our God is merciful.The LORD preserves the simple; when I was brought low, he saved me.Return, O my soul, to your rest; for the LORD has dealt bountifully with you.
The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.
And this is the testimony, that God gave us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life.
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation.[2] The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.
You keep him in perfect peace whose mind is stayed on you, because he trusts in you.Trust in the LORD forever, for the LORD GOD is an everlasting rock.
I give thanks to you, O Lord my God, with my whole heart, and I will glorify your name forever.For great is your steadfast love toward me; you have delivered my soul from the depths of Sheol.
He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God. Many will see and fear, and put their trust in the LORD.
I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
For God alone my soul waits in silence; from him comes my salvation.He only is my rock and my salvation, my fortress; I shall not be greatly shaken.
And you will say in that day: "Give thanks to the LORD, call upon his name, make known his deeds among the peoples, proclaim that his name is exalted."Sing praises to the LORD, for he has done gloriously; let this be made known[4] in all the earth.
And let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, to which indeed you were called in one body. And be thankful.
Therefore, brothers,[3] since we have confidence to enter the holy places by the blood of Jesus,by the new and living way that he opened for us through the curtain, that is, through his flesh,
I will bless the LORD at all times; his praise shall continually be in my mouth.My soul makes its boast in the LORD; let the humble hear and be glad.Oh, magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt his name together!
"Turn to me and be saved, all the ends of the earth! For I am God, and there is no other.
Then he brought them up into his house and set food before them. And he rejoiced along with his entire household that he had believed in God.
If, because of one man's trespass, death reigned through that one man, much more will those who receive the abundance of grace and the free gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man Jesus Christ.
Truly, truly, I say to you, whoever hears my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life. He does not come into judgment, but has passed from death to life.
The Spirit himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God,and if children, then heirs -- heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ, provided we suffer with him in order that we may also be glorified with him.
He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will abide in the shadow of the Almighty.I will say[1] to the LORD, "My refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust."
And this is eternal life, that they know you the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom you have sent.
So we do not lose heart. Though our outer nature is wasting away, our inner nature is being renewed day by day.For this slight momentary affliction is preparing for us an eternal weight of glory beyond all comparison,as we look not to the things that are seen but to the things that are unseen. For the things that are seen are transient, but the things that are unseen are eternal.
Consequently, he is able to save to the uttermost[2] those who draw near to God through him, since he always lives to make intercession for them.
By this we know that we abide in him and he in us, because he has given us of his Spirit.
What shall I render to the LORD for all his benefits to me?I will lift up the cup of salvation and call on the name of the LORD,
In him you also, when you heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation, and believed in him, were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit,who is the guarantee[4] of our inheritance until we acquire possession of it,[5] to the praise of his glory.
Light is sown[1] for the righteous, and joy for the upright in heart.Rejoice in the LORD, O you righteous, and give thanks to his holy name!
"For you shall go out in joy and be led forth in peace; the mountains and the hills before you shall break forth into singing, and all the trees of the field shall clap their hands.
As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Abide in my love.If you keep my commandments, you will abide in my love, just as I have kept my Father's commandments and abide in his love.These things I have spoken to you, that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be full.

And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good,[7] for those who are called according to his purpose.
O LORD, you are my God; I will exalt you; I will praise your name, for you have done wonderful things, plans formed of old, faithful and sure.
But now thus says the LORD, he who created you, O Jacob, he who formed you, O Israel: "Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name, you are mine.When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overwhelm you; when you walk through fire you shall not be burned, and the flame shall not consume you.For I am the LORD your God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior. I give Egypt as your ransom, Cush and Seba in exchange for you.
And the angel said to them, "Fear not, for behold, I bring you good news of a great joy that will be for all the people.For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.
For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us.
Make a joyful noise to the LORD, all the earth; break forth into joyous song and sing praises!Sing praises to the LORD with the lyre, with the lyre and the sound of melody!
Let us hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering, for he who promised is faithful.
But to all who did receive him, who believed in his name, he gave the right to become children of God,who were born, not of blood nor of the will of the flesh nor of the will of man, but of God.
The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you,[1] not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.
Light dawns in the darkness for the upright; he is gracious, merciful, and righteous.It is well with the man who deals generously and lends; who conducts his affairs with justice.For the righteous will never be moved; he will be remembered forever.He is not afraid of bad news; his heart is firm, trusting in the LORD.
who saved us and called us to[1] a holy calling, not because of our works but because of his own purpose and grace, which he gave us in Christ Jesus before the ages began,[2]
And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.
Oh come, let us sing to the LORD; let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation!Let us come into his presence with thanksgiving; let us make a joyful noise to him with songs of praise!
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Our soul waits for the LORD; he is our help and our shield.For our heart is glad in him, because we trust in his holy name.Let your steadfast love, O LORD, be upon us, even as we hope in you.
who by God's power are being guarded through faith for a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.
Sing to God, sing praises to his name; lift up a song to him who rides through the deserts; his name is the LORD; exult before him!Father of the fatherless and protector of widows is God in his holy habitation.God settles the solitary in a home; he leads out the prisoners to prosperity, but the rebellious dwell in a parched land.
and hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.
See what kind of love the Father has given to us, that we should be called children of God; and so we are. The reason why the world does not know us is that it did not know him.Beloved, we are God's children now, and what we will be has not yet appeared; but we know that when he appears[1] we shall be like him, because we shall see him as he is.
I will sing of the steadfast love of the LORD, forever; with my mouth I will make known your faithfulness to all generations.
And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved."
He delivered us from such a deadly peril, and he will deliver us. On him we have set our hope that he will deliver us again.
Therefore, my beloved, as you have always obeyed, so now, not only as in my presence but much more in my absence, work out your own salvation with fear and trembling,for it is God who works in you, both to will and to work for his good pleasure.
For whatever was written in former days was written for our instruction, that through endurance and through the encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope.
For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government shall be upon[4] his shoulder, and his name shall be called[5] Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.Of the increase of his government and of peace there will be no end, on the throne of David and over his kingdom, to establish it and to uphold it with justice and with righteousness from this time forth and forevermore. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will do this.
