“For if you forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.But if you don’t forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses.
And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Messiah forgave you.
bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Messiah forgave you, so you also do.
Don’t judge, and you won’t be judged. Don’t condemn, and you won’t be condemned. Set free, and you will be set free.
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Then Peter came and said to him, “Lord, how often shall my brother sin against me, and I forgive him? Until seven times?”Yeshua said to him, “I don’t tell you until seven times, but, until seventy times seven.
“If therefore you are offering your gift at the altar, and there remember that your brother has anything against you, leave your gift there before the altar, and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift.
Whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone; so that your Father, who is in heaven, may also forgive you your transgressions.
But if any has caused sorrow, he has caused sorrow not to me, but in part (that I not press too heavily) to you all. This punishment which was inflicted by the many is sufficient for such a one;so that, on the contrary, you should rather forgive him and comfort him, lest by any means such a one should be swallowed up with his excessive sorrow. Therefore I beg you to confirm your love toward him.
He who covers an offense promotes love; but he who repeats a matter separates best friends.
For you, Lord, are good, and ready to forgive, abundant in loving kindness to all those who call on you.
So my heavenly Father will also do to you, if you don’t each forgive your brother from your hearts for his misdeeds.”
Be careful. If your brother sins against you, rebuke him. If he repents, forgive him.It will be the same way in the day that the Son of Man is revealed. In that day, he who will be on the housetop and his goods in the house, let him not go down to take them away. Let him who is in the field likewise not turn back.Remember Lot’s wife!Whoever seeks to save his life loses it, but whoever loses his life preserves it.I tell you, in that night there will be two people in one bed. One will be taken and the other will be left. There will be two grinding grain together. One will be taken and the other will be left.”They, answering, asked him, “Where, Lord?” He said to them, “Where the body is, there the vultures will also be gathered together.”If he sins against you seven times in the day, and seven times returns, saying, ‘I repent,’ you shall forgive him.”
Confess your sins to one another and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective.
In him we have our redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace
Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, “Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.”
for this is my blood of the new covenant, which is poured out for many for the remission of sins.
doesn’t behave itself inappropriately, doesn’t seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil;
Yeshua said, “Father, forgive them, for they don’t know what they are doing.” Dividing his garments among them, they cast lots.
not rendering evil for evil or insult for insult; but instead blessing, knowing that you were called to this, that you may inherit a blessing.
If you forgive anyone’s sins, they have been forgiven them. If you retain anyone’s sins, they have been retained.”
If your enemy is hungry, give him food to eat. If he is thirsty, give him water to drink;for you will heap coals of fire on his head, and the LORD will reward you.
“Come now, and let’s reason together,” says the LORD: “Though your sins are as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow. Though they are red like crimson, they shall be as wool.
For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness. I will remember their sins and lawless deeds no more.”
If you, LORD, kept a record of sins, Lord, who could stand? But there is forgiveness with you, therefore you are feared.
Who is a God like you, who pardons iniquity, and passes over the disobedience of the remnant of his heritage? He doesn’t retain his anger forever, because he delights in loving kindness. He will again have compassion on us. He will tread our iniquities under foot. You will cast all their sins into the depths of the sea.
He who conceals his sins doesn’t prosper, but whoever confesses and renounces them finds mercy.
But God commends his own love toward us, in that while we were yet sinners, Messiah died for us.
Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice.
Therefore, whatever you desire for men to do to you, you shall also do to them; for this is the Torah and the Prophets.
And above all things be earnest in your love among yourselves, for love covers a multitude of sins.
Love is patient and is kind. Love doesn’t envy. Love doesn’t brag, is not proud, doesn’t behave itself inappropriately, doesn’t seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil;doesn’t rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth;bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, and endures all things.
Have mercy on me, God, according to your loving kindness. According to the multitude of your tender mercies, blot out my transgressions.Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a right spirit within me.Don’t throw me from your presence, and don’t take your Holy Spirit from me.Restore to me the joy of your salvation. Uphold me with a willing spirit. Then I will teach transgressors your ways. Sinners will be converted to you.Deliver me from the guilt of bloodshed, O God, the God of my salvation. My tongue will sing aloud of your righteousness.Lord, open my lips. My mouth will declare your praise. For you don’t delight in sacrifice, or else I would give it. You have no pleasure in burnt offering. The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit. O God, you will not despise a broken and contrite heart.Do well in your good pleasure to Zion. Build the walls of Jerusalem. Then you will delight in the sacrifices of righteousness, in burnt offerings and in whole burnt offerings. Then they will offer bulls on your altar.Wash me thoroughly from my iniquity. Cleanse me from my sin.
The discretion of a man makes him slow to anger. It is his glory to overlook an offense.
For judgment is without mercy to him who has shown no mercy. Mercy triumphs over judgment.
He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. You were healed by his wounds.
But you go and learn what this means: ‘I desire mercy, and not sacrifice,’ for I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.”
who delivered us out of the power of darkness, and translated us into the Kingdom of the Son of his love,in whom we have our redemption, the forgiveness of our sins.
for by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,not of works, that no one would boast.
Brothers, even if a man is caught in some fault, you who are spiritual must restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness, looking to yourself so that you also aren’t tempted.
looking carefully lest there be any man who falls short of the grace of God, lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you and many be defiled by it,
“Don’t judge, so that you won’t be judged.Or if he asks for a fish, who will give him a serpent? If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him! Therefore, whatever you desire for men to do to you, you shall also do to them; for this is the Torah and the Prophets.“Enter in by the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter in by it.How narrow is the gate and the way is restricted that leads to life! There are few who find it. “Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly are ravening wolves.By their fruits you will know them. Do you gather grapes from thorns or figs from thistles?Even so, every good tree produces good fruit, but the corrupt tree produces evil fruit.A good tree can’t produce evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree produce good fruit.Every tree that doesn’t grow good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. For with whatever judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with whatever measure you measure, it will be measured to you.
But all things are of God, who reconciled us to himself through Yeshua the Messiah, and gave to us the ministry of reconciliation;namely, that God was in Messiah reconciling the world to himself, not reckoning to them their trespasses, and having committed to us the word of reconciliation.
Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report: if there is any virtue and if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things.
There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Messiah Yeshua, who don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.
The Lord’s servant must not quarrel, but be gentle toward all, able to teach, patient,in gentleness correcting those who oppose him. Perhaps God may give them repentance leading to a full knowledge of the truth,
My little children, I write these things to you so that you may not sin. If anyone sins, we have a Counselor with the Father, Yeshua the Messiah, the righteous. He who loves his brother remains in the light, and there is no occasion for stumbling in him.But he who hates his brother is in the darkness, and walks in the darkness, and doesn’t know where he is going, because the darkness has blinded his eyes.I write to you, little children, because your sins are forgiven you for his name’s sake.I write to you, fathers, because you know him who is from the beginning. I write to you, young men, because you have overcome the evil one. I write to you, little children, because you know the Father.I have written to you, fathers, because you know him who is from the beginning. I have written to you, young men, because you are strong, and the word of God remains in you, and you have overcome the evil one.Don’t love the world or the things that are in the world. If anyone loves the world, the Father’s love isn’t in him.For all that is in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—isn’t the Father’s, but is the world’s.The world is passing away with its lusts, but he who does God’s will remains forever.Little children, these are the end times, and as you heard that the Anti-messiah is coming, even now many anti-messiahs have arisen. By this we know that it is the final hour. They went out from us, but they didn’t belong to us; for if they had belonged to us, they would have continued with us. But they left, that they might be revealed that none of them belong to us.And he is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not for ours only, but also for the whole world.
Therefore I tell you, her sins, which are many, are forgiven, for she loved much. But one to whom little is forgiven, loves little.”
The LORD is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit.
By mercy and truth iniquity is atoned for. By the fear of the LORD men depart from evil.
I have gone astray like a lost sheep. Seek your servant, for I don’t forget your commandments.
A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also love one another.By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”
Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts. Let him return to the LORD, and he will have mercy on him, to our God, for he will freely pardon.
Therefore it is already altogether a defect in you that you have lawsuits one with another. Why not rather be wronged? Why not rather be defrauded?
Now I also forgive whomever you forgive anything. For if indeed I have forgiven anything, I have forgiven that one for your sakes in the presence of Messiah, that no advantage may be gained over us by Satan, for we are not ignorant of his schemes.
See that no one returns evil for evil to anyone, but always follow after that which is good for one another and for all.
doing nothing through rivalry or through conceit, but in humility, each counting others better than himself;because for the work of Messiah he came near to death, risking his life to supply that which was lacking in your service toward me.each of you not just looking to his own things, but each of you also to the things of others.
I, even I, am he who blots out your transgressions for my own sake; and I will not remember your sins.
for all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God;being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Messiah Yeshua,
Be therefore imitators of God, as beloved children.proving what is well pleasing to the Lord.Have no fellowship with the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather even reprove them. For it is a shame even to speak of the things which are done by them in secret. But all things, when they are reproved, are revealed by the light, for everything that reveals is light. Therefore he says, “Awake, you who sleep, and arise from the dead, and Messiah will shine on you.”Therefore watch carefully how you walk, not as unwise, but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Therefore, don’t be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is.Don’t be drunken with wine, in which is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit, speaking to one another in psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs; singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;Walk in love, even as Messiah also loved us and gave himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling fragrance.
Then his lord called him in and said to him, ‘You wicked servant! I forgave you all that debt because you begged me.Shouldn’t you also have had mercy on your fellow servant, even as I had mercy on you?’
For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places.
Forgive us our sins, for we ourselves also forgive everyone who is indebted to us. Bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one.’”
Therefore “If your enemy is hungry, feed him. If he is thirsty, give him a drink; for in doing so, you will heap coals of fire on his head.” Don’t be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
According to the Torah, nearly everything is cleansed with blood, and apart from shedding of blood there is no remission.
For God didn’t send his Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world should be saved through him.
But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Yeshua the Messiah.
But he was pierced for our transgressions. He was crushed for our iniquities. The punishment that brought our peace was on him; and by his wounds we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray. Everyone has turned to his own way; and the LORD has laid on him the iniquity of us all.
Therefore I tell you, every sin and blasphemy will be forgiven men, but the blasphemy against the Spirit will not be forgiven men.
who forgives all your sins, who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies,
So, then, my beloved brothers, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, and slow to anger;
Put on therefore, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved, a heart of compassion, kindness, lowliness, humility, and perseverance;
Therefore let’s not judge one another any more, but judge this rather, that no man put a stumbling block in his brother’s way, or an occasion for falling.
But God, being rich in mercy, for his great love with which he loved us,even when we were dead through our trespasses, made us alive together with Messiah—by grace you have been saved—
But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,
Beloved, let’s love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God.He who doesn’t love doesn’t know God, for God is love.
For we know him who said, “Vengeance belongs to me. I will repay,” says the Lord. Again, “The Lord will judge his people.”It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
He answered, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your strength, and with all your mind; and your neighbor as yourself.”
Don’t rejoice when your enemy falls. Don’t let your heart be glad when he is overthrown, lest the LORD see it, and it displease him, and he turn away his wrath from him.
But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceful, gentle, reasonable, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy.
For the mountains may depart, and the hills be removed, but my loving kindness will not depart from you, and my covenant of peace will not be removed,” says the LORD who has mercy on you.
that he would grant you, according to the riches of his glory, that you may be strengthened with power through his Spirit in the inner person, that Messiah may dwell in your hearts through faith, to the end that you, being rooted and grounded in love,
You were dead through your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh. He made you alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses, wiping out the handwriting in ordinances which was against us. He has taken it out of the way, nailing it to the cross.
For as the heavens are high above the earth, so great is his loving kindness toward those who fear him.As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us.
But as many as received him, to them he gave the right to become God’s children, to those who believe in his name:
The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit. O God, you will not despise a broken and contrite heart.
“Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven, whose sins are covered.Blessed is the man whom the Lord will by no means charge with sin.”
He took the cup, gave thanks, and gave to them, saying, “All of you drink it,for this is my blood of the new covenant, which is poured out for many for the remission of sins.
For we don’t have a high priest who can’t be touched with the feeling of our infirmities, but one who has been in all points tempted like we are, yet without sin.Let’s therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and may find grace for help in time of need.
The merciful man does good to his own soul, but he who is cruel troubles his own flesh.
Being therefore justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Yeshua the Messiah;
The lord of that servant, being moved with compassion, released him and forgave him the debt.
Don’t grieve the Holy Spirit of God, in whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be put away from you, with all malice.
Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one.
For I say through the grace that was given me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of yourself more highly than you ought to think; but to think reasonably, as God has apportioned to each person a measure of faith.
Bring us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. For yours is the Kingdom, the power, and the glory forever. Amen.’
But the tax collector, standing far away, wouldn’t even lift up his eyes to heaven, but beat his chest, saying, ‘God, be merciful to me, a sinner!’
Now the God of perseverance and of encouragement grant you to be of the same mind with one another according to Messiah Yeshua,
I acknowledged my sin to you. I didn’t hide my iniquity. I said, I will confess my transgressions to the LORD, and you forgave the iniquity of my sin. Selah.
But that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins—” (then he said to the paralytic), “Get up, and take up your mat, and go to your house.”
For whatever things were written before were written for our learning, that through perseverance and through encouragement of the Scriptures we might have hope.
Even so, I tell you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner repenting.”
Therefore “‘Come out from among them, and be separate,’ says the Lord. ‘Touch no unclean thing. I will receive you.
“If your brother sins against you, go, show him his fault between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained back your brother.
I have been crucified with Messiah, and it is no longer I who live, but Messiah lives in me. That life which I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself up for me.
Be of the same mind one toward another. Don’t set your mind on high things, but associate with the humble. Don’t be wise in your own conceits.
I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, your transgressions, and, as a cloud, your sins. Return to me, for I have redeemed you.
Even so, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven.
and through him to reconcile all things to himself by him, whether things on the earth or things in the heavens, having made peace through the blood of his cross. You, being in past times alienated and enemies in your mind in your evil deeds, yet now he has reconciled in the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and without defect and blameless before him,
For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Messiah Yeshua our Lord.
The thief only comes to steal, kill, and destroy. I came that they may have life, and may have it abundantly.
let’s draw near with a true heart in fullness of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience and having our body washed with pure water,
Don’t withhold your tender mercies from me, LORD. Let your loving kindness and your truth continually preserve me.
Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah, who according to his great mercy caused us to be born again to a living hope through the resurrection of Yeshua the Messiah from the dead,to an incorruptible and undefiled inheritance that doesn’t fade away, reserved in Heaven for you,
