If you forgive others for the wrongs they do to you, your Father in heaven will forgive you.But if you don't forgive others, your Father will not forgive your sins.

Instead, be kind and merciful, and forgive others, just as God forgave you because of Christ.

Put up with each other, and forgive anyone who does you wrong, just as Christ has forgiven you.

Jesus said: Don't judge others, and God won't judge you. Don't be hard on others, and God won't be hard on you. Forgive others, and God will forgive you.

But if we confess our sins to God, he can always be trusted to forgive us and take our sins away.

Peter came up to the Lord and asked, "How many times should I forgive someone who does something wrong to me? Is seven times enough?"Jesus answered: Not just seven times, but seventy-seven times!

So if you are about to place your gift on the altar and remember that someone is angry with you,leave your gift there in front of the altar. Make peace with that person, then come back and offer your gift to God.

Whenever you stand up to pray, you must forgive what others have done to you. Then your Father in heaven will forgive your sins.

I don't want to be hard on you. But if one of you has made someone feel bad, I am not really the one who has been made to feel bad. Some of you are the ones.Most of you have already pointed out the wrong that person did, and that is punishment enough for what was done.When people sin, you should forgive and comfort them, so they won't give up in despair.You should make them sure of your love for them.

You will keep your friends if you forgive them, but you will lose your friends if you keep talking about what they did wrong.

and do your best to live at peace with everyone.

You willingly forgive, and your love is always there for those who pray to you.

That is how my Father in heaven will treat you, if you don't forgive each of my followers with all your heart.

So be careful what you do. Correct any followers of mine who sin, and forgive the ones who say they are sorry.Even if one of them mistreats you seven times in one day and says, "I am sorry," you should still forgive that person.

If you have sinned, you should tell each other what you have done. Then you can pray for one another and be healed. The prayer of an innocent person is powerful, and it can help a lot.

Forgive us for doing wrong, as we forgive others.

Christ sacrificed his life's blood to set us free, which means that our sins are now forgiven. Christ did this because God was so kind to us. God has great wisdom and understanding,

How far has the LORD taken our sins from us? Farther than the distance from east to west!

Dear friends, don't try to get even. Let God take revenge. In the Scriptures the Lord says, "I am the one to take revenge and pay them back."

This is my blood, and with it God makes his agreement with you. It will be poured out, so that many people will have their sins forgiven.

Don't be hateful and insult people just because they are hateful and insult you. Instead, treat everyone with kindness. You are God's chosen ones, and he will bless you. The Scriptures say,

Ask God to bless everyone who mistreats you. Ask him to bless them and not to curse them.

If your enemies are hungry, give them something to eat. And if they are thirsty, give them something to drink.This will be the same as piling burning coals on their heads. And the LORD will reward you.

I, the LORD, invite you to come and talk it over. Your sins are scarlet red, but they will be whiter than snow or wool.

If you kept record of our sins, no one could last long.But you forgive us, and so we will worship you.

Our God, no one is like you. We are all that is left of your chosen people, and you freely forgive our sin and guilt. You don't stay angry forever; you're glad to have pityand pleased to be merciful. You will trample on our sins and throw them in the sea.

If you don't confess your sins, you will be a failure. But God will be merciful if you confess your sins and give them up.

But God showed how much he loved us by having Christ die for us, even though we were sinful.

Stop being bitter and angry and mad at others. Don't yell at one another or curse each other or ever be rude.

Treat others as you want them to treat you. This is what the Law and the Prophets are all about.

Most important of all, you must sincerely love each other, because love wipes away many sins.

Love is kind and patient, never jealous, boastful, proud, orrude. Love isn't selfish or quick tempered. It doesn't keep a record of wrongs that others do.Love rejoices in the truth, but not in evil.Love is always supportive, loyal, hopeful, and trusting.

Honor God by accepting each other, as Christ has accepted you.

God blesses those people who are merciful. They will be treated with mercy!

It's wise to be patient and show what you are like by forgiving others.

Do this, because on the day of judgment there will be no pity for those who have not had pity on others. But even in judgment, God is merciful!

Christ carried the burden of our sins. He was nailed to the cross, so that we would stop sinning and start living right. By his cuts and bruises you are healed.

Go and learn what the Scriptures mean when they say, 'Instead of offering sacrifices to me, I want you to be merciful to others.' I didn't come to invite good people to be my followers. I came to invite sinners."

My friends, you are spiritual. So if someone is trapped in sin, you should gently lead that person back to the right path. But watch out, and don't be tempted yourself.

Make sure that no one misses out on God's wonderful kindness. Don't let anyone become bitter and cause trouble for the rest of you.

Don't condemn others, and God won't condemn you.God will be as hard on you as you are on others! He will treat you exactly as you treat them.

God has done it all! He sent Christ to make peace between himself and us, and he has given us the work of making peace between himself and others.What we mean is that God was in Christ, offering peace and forgiveness to the people of this world. And he has given us the work of sharing his message about peace.

Finally, my friends, keep your minds on whatever is true, pure, right, holy, friendly, and proper. Don't ever stop thinking about what is truly worthwhile and worthy of praise.

If you belong to Christ Jesus, you won't be punished.

and God's servants must not be troublemakers. They must be kind to everyone, and they must be good teachers and very patient.Be humble when you correct people who oppose you. Maybe God will lead them to turn to him and learn the truth.

Create pure thoughts in me and make me faithful again.

God did not send his Son into the world to condemn its people. He sent him to save them!

But thank God for letting our Lord Jesus Christ give us the victory!

He was wounded and crushed because of our sins; by taking our punishment, he made us completely well.All of us were like sheep that had wandered off. We had each gone our own way, but the LORD gave him the punishment we deserved.

I tell you that any sinful thing you do or say can be forgiven. Even if you speak against the Son of Man, you can be forgiven. But if you speak against the Holy Spirit, you can never be forgiven, either in this life or in the life to come.

The LORD forgives our sins, heals us when we are sick,and protects us from death. His kindness and love are a crown on our heads.

My dear friends, you should be quick to listen and slow to speak or to get angry.

God loves you and has chosen you as his own special people. So be gentle, kind, humble, meek, and patient.

We must stop judging others. We must also make up our minds not to upset anyone's faith.

But God was merciful! We were dead because of our sins, but God loved us so much that he made us alive with Christ, and God's wonderful kindness is what saves you.(SEE 2:4)

But I tell you to love your enemies and pray for anyone who mistreats you.

My dear friends, we must love each other. Love comes from God, and when we love each other, it shows that we have been given new life. We are now God's children, and we know him.God is love, and anyone who doesn't love others has never known him.

We know that God has said he will punish and take revenge. We also know that the Scriptures say the Lord will judge his people.It is a terrible thing to fall into the hands of the living God!

The man replied, "The Scriptures say, 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, strength, and mind.' They also say, 'Love your neighbors as much as you love yourself.' "

Don't be happy to see your enemies trip and fall down.The LORD will find out and be unhappy. Then he will stop being angry with them.

But the wisdom that comes from above leads us to be pure, friendly, gentle, sensible, kind, helpful, genuine, and sincere.

Don't be angry or furious. Anger can lead to sin.

For now there are faith, hope, and love. But of these three, the greatest is love.

Every mountain and hill may disappear. But I will always be kind and merciful to you; I won't break my agreement to give your nation peace.

God is wonderful and glorious. I pray that his Spirit will make you become strong followersand that Christ will live in your hearts because of your faith. Stand firm and be deeply rooted in his love.

You were dead, because you were sinful and were not God's people. But God let Christ make you alive, when he forgave all our sins.God wiped out the charges that were against us for disobeying the Law of Moses. He took them away and nailed them to the cross.

Jesus picked up a cup of wine and gave thanks to God. He then gave it to his disciples and said, "Take this and drink it.This is my blood, and with it God makes his agreement with you. It will be poured out, so that many people will have their sins forgiven.

Jesus understands every weakness of ours, because he was tempted in every way that we are. But he did not sin!So whenever we are in need, we should come bravely before the throne of our merciful God. There we will be treated with undeserved kindness, and we will find help.

Kindness is rewarded-- but if you are cruel, you hurt yourself.

By faith we have been made acceptable to God. And now, because of our Lord Jesus Christ, we live at peace with God.

The king felt sorry for him and let him go free. He even told the official that he did not have to pay back the money.

Don't make God's Spirit sad. The Spirit makes you sure that someday you will be free from your sins.Stop being bitter and angry and mad at others. Don't yell at one another or curse each other or ever be rude.

Be pleasant and hold their interest when you speak the message. Choose your words carefully and be ready to give answers to anyone who asks questions.

But you forgive us, and so we will worship you.

I realize how kind God has been to me, and so I tell each of you not to think you are better than you really are. Use good sense and measure yourself by the amount of faith that God has given you.

Keep us from being tempted and protect us from evil.

The tax collector stood off at a distance and did not think he was good enough even to look up toward heaven. He was so sorry for what he had done that he pounded his chest and prayed, "God, have pity on me! I am such a sinner."

God is the one who makes us patient and cheerful. I pray that he will help you live at peace with each other, as you follow Christ.

The Lord also says, "Leave them and stay away! Don't touch anything that isn't clean. Then I will welcome you

If one of my followers sins against you, go and point out what was wrong. But do it in private, just between the two of you. If that person listens, you have won back a follower.

I have died, but Christ lives in me. And I now live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave his life for me.

You are kind, LORD, so good and merciful.

Be friendly with everyone. Don't be proud and feel that you are smarter than others. Make friends with ordinary people.

Turn back to me! I have rescued you and swept away your sins as though they were clouds.

Make your light shine, so that others will see the good that you do and will praise your Father in heaven.

And God was pleased for him to make peace by sacrificing his blood on the cross, so that all beings in heaven and on earth would be brought back to God.You used to be far from God. Your thoughts made you his enemies, and you did evil things.But his Son became a human and died. So God made peace with you, and now he lets you stand in his presence as people who are holy and faultless and innocent.

God cares for you, so turn all your worries over to him.

Sin pays off with death. But God's gift is eternal life given by Jesus Christ our Lord.

A thief comes only to rob, kill, and destroy. I came so that everyone would have life, and have it in its fullest.

So let's come near God with pure hearts and a confidence that comes from having faith. Let's keep our hearts pure, our consciences free from evil, and our bodies washed with clean water.

You, LORD, never fail to have pity on me; your love and faithfulness always keep me secure.

Praise God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. God is so good, and by raising Jesus from death, he has given us new life and a hope that lives on.God has something stored up for you in heaven, where it will never decay or be ruined or disappear.
