If we confesse our sinnes, hee is faithfull, & iust to forgiue vs our sinnes, and to cleanse vs from all vnrighteousnesse.
And bee ye kinde one to another. tender hearted, forgiuing one another, euen as God for Christs sake hath forgiuen you.
Come now and let vs reason together, saith the Lord: though your sinnes be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimsin, they shall be as wooll.
As farre as the East is from the West: so farre hath hee remooued our transgressions from vs.
Who is a God like vnto thee, that pardoneth iniquitie, and passeth by the transgression of the remnant of his heritage? hee retaineth not his anger for euer, because he delighteth in mercy.He wil turne againe, he will haue compassion vpon vs: he will subdue our iniquities, and thou wilt cast all their sinnes into the depths of the Sea.
I, euen I am hee that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine owne sake, and will not remember thy sinnes.
Therfore if any man be in Christ, hee is a new creature: old things are past away, behold, al things are become new.
For I will be mercifull to their vnrighteousnes, and their sins & their iniquities will I remember no more.
There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Iesus, who walke not after the flesh, but after the spirit.
Forbearing one another, and forgiuing one another, if any man haue a quarrell against any: euen as Christ forgaue you, so also doe yee.
I acknowledged my sin vnto thee, and mine iniquitie haue I not hid: I said, I will confesse my transgressions vnto the Lord; and thou forgauest the iniquitie of my sinne. Selah.
But God commendeth his loue towards vs, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for vs.
He that couereth his sinnes, shall not prosper: but who so confesseth and forsaketh them, shall haue mercie.
For thou Lord art good, and ready to forgiue: and plenteous in mercie vnto all them that call vpon thee.
Iudge not, and ye shall not bee iudged: condemne not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgiue, and ye shall be forgiuen.
Let the wicked forsake his way, & the vnrighteous man his thoughts: and let him returne vnto the Lord, and he will haue mercie vpon him, and to our God, for hee will abundantly pardon.
If thou, Lord, shouldest marke iniquities: O Lord, who shal stand?But there is forgiuenesse with thee: that thou mayest be feared.
For, if yee forgiue men their trespasses, your heauenly father will also forgiue you.But, if yee forgiue not men their trespasses, neither will your father forgiue your trespasses.
For God sent not his Sonne into the world to condemne the world: but that the world through him might be saued.
And he said vnto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weaknes. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest vpon me.

A Psalme of Dauid, when Nathan the Prophet came vnto him, after hee had gone in to Bath-sheba.] Haue mercie vpon mee, O God, according to thy louing kindnesse: according vnto the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions.Wash mee throughly from mine iniquitie, and clense me from my sinne.
For all haue sinned, and come short of the glory of God,Being iustified freely by his grace, through the redemption that is in Iesus Christ:
In whom wee haue redemption through his blood, the forgiuenesse of sinnes, according to the riches of his grace,
The Lord redeemech the soule of his seruants: and none of them that trust in him, shalbe desolate.
Wherefore, I say vnto thee, her sinnes, which are many, are forgiuen, for she loued much: but to whom litle is forgiuen, the same loueth litle.
For sinne shall not haue dominion ouer you, for yee are not vnder the Law, but vnder Grace.
And they shall teach no more euery man his neighbour, and euery man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for they shall all know mee, from the least of them vnto the greatest of them, saith the Lord; for I will forgiue their iniquitie, and I will remember their sinne no more.
Remember not the sinnes of my youth, nor my transgressions: according to thy mercie remember thou me, for thy goodnesse sake, O Lord.
This is a faithfull saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Iesus came into the world to saue sinners, of whom I am chiefe.
And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are iustified in the Name of the Lord Iesus, and by the Spirit of our God.
But now thus sayeth the Lord that created thee, O Iacob, and hee that formed thee, O Israel; Feare not: for I haue redeemed thee, I haue called thee by thy name, thou art mine.
And bee not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renuing of your minde, that ye may proue what is that good, that acceptable and perfect will of God.
How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit, offered himselfe without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead workes, to serue the liuing God?
Then said Iesus, Father, forgiue them, for they know not what they doe: And they parted his raiment, and cast lots.
My little children, these things write I vnto you, that ye sinne not. And if any man sinne, we haue an Aduocate with the Father, Iesus Christ the righteous:
The Lord is not slacke cocerning his promise (as some men count slacknesse) but is long-suffring to vs-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
Let vs therefore come boldly vnto the throne of grace, that wee may obtaine mercy, and finde grace to helpe in time of need.
Though hee fall, he shall not be vtterly cast downe: for the Lord vpholdeth him with his hand.
For by grace are ye saued, through faith, and that not of your selues: it is the gift of God:
I haue blotted out, as a thicke cloude, thy transgressions, and as a a cloud, thy sinnes: returne vnto me, for I haue redeemed thee.
For I am perswaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shalbe able to separate vs from the loue of God, which is in Christ Iesus our Lord.
I am crucified with Christ. Neuertheles, I liue, yet not I, but Christ liueth in me, and the life which I now liue in the flesh, I liue by the faith of the sonne of God, who loued mee, and gaue himselfe for me.
Then came Peter to him, and said, Lord, how oft shall my brother sinne against mee, and I forgiue him? till seuen times?Iesus saith vnto him, I say not vnto thee, Untill seuen times: but, Untill seuentie times seuen.
And aboue all things haue feruent charitie among your selues: for charity shall couer the multitude of sinnes.
But vnto euery one of vs is giuen grace, according to the measure of the gift of Christ.
Brethren, I count not my selfe to haue apprehended: but this one thing I doe, forgetting those things which are behinde, and reaching forth vnto those things which are before,I presse toward the marke, for the price of the high calling of God in Christ Iesus.
But the saluation of the righteous is of the Lord: he is their strength in the time of trouble.
For with the heart man beleeueth vnto righteousnesse, and with the mouth confession is made vnto saluation.
There is no feare in loue, but perfect loue casteth out feare: because feare hath torment: hee that feareth, is not made perfect in loue.
The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit: a broken and a contrite heart, O God, thou wilt not despise.
And all things are of God, who hath reconciled vs to himselfe by Iesus Christ, and hath giuen to vs the ministery of reconciliation,
Who his owne selfe bare our sinnes in his owne body on the tree, that wee being dead to sinnes, should liue vnto righteousnesse, by whose stripes ye were healed.
To the praise of the glorie of his grace, wherein he hath made vs accepted in the beloued:In whom wee haue redemption through his blood, the forgiuenesse of sinnes, according to the riches of his grace,
For ye haue not receiued the spirit of bondage againe to feare: but ye haue receiued the spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, father.
For he hath made him to be sinne for vs, who knewe no sinne, that wee might bee made the righteousnesse of God in him.
For in that he himselfe hath suffered, being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted.
Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the bodie of sinne might bee destroyed, that hencefoorth we should not serue sinne.
Nowe the God of hope fill you with all ioy and peace in beleeuing, that yee may abound in hope through the power of the holy Ghost.
But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed vpon me, was not in vaine: But I laboured more abundantly then they all, yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me:
Uerily, verily I say vnto you, Hee that heareth my word, & beleeueth on him that sent mee, hath euerlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation: but is passed from death vnto life.

Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you, will performe it vntil the day of Iesus Christ:
And hope maketh not ashamed, because the loue of God is shed abroad in our hearts, by the holy Ghost, which is giuen vnto vs.
That he would grant you according to the riches of his glory, to bee strengthened with might, by his Spirit in the inner man,
For God hath not giuen vs the spirit of feare, but of power, of loue, and of a sound minde.
Now the God of patience and consolation graunt you to be like minded one towards another, according to Christ Iesus:
Wherefore, seeing wee also are compassed about with so great a cloude of witnesses, let vs lay aside euery weight, & the sinne which doth so easily beset vs, and let vs runne with patience vnto the race that is set before vs,
But the God of all grace who hath called vs into his eternall glory by Christ Iesus, after that ye haue suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.
Cast thy burden vpon the Lord, and he shall sustaine thee: hee shall neuer suffer the righteous to bee moued.
But they that waite vpon the Lord, shall renew their strength: they shall mount vp with wings as Eagles, they shal runne and not be weary, and they shall walke, and not faint.
I will praise thee, for I am fearefully and wonderfully made, marueilous are thy works: and that my soule knoweth right well.
Blessed be God, euen the Father of our Lord Iesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort,Who comforteth vs in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort, wherewith we our selues are comforted of God.
Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and leaue not vnto thine owne vnderstanding.In all thy wayes acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy pathes.

Wherefore, comfort your selues together, and edifie one another, euen as also ye doe.
For whatsoeuer things were written aforetime, were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the Scriptures might haue hope.
[A Psalme of Dauid.] The Lord is my light, and my saluation, whome shal I feare? the Lord is the strength of my life, of who shall I be afraid?
Take my yoke vpon you, and learne of me, for I am meeke and lowly in heart: and yee shall find rest vnto your soules.
Finally, brethren, whatsoeuer things are true, whatsoeuer things are honest, whatsoeuer things are iust, whatsoeuer things are pure, whatsoeuer things are louely, whatsoeuer things are of good report: if there bee any vertue, and if there bee any praise, thinke on these things:
But we had the sentence of death in our selues, that we should not trust in our selues, but in God which raiseth the dead.
Saying, Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiuen, and whose sinnes are couered.Blessed is the man to whome the Lord will not impute sinne.
Feare thou not, for I am with thee: be not dismaied, for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee, yea I will helpe thee, yea I will vphold thee with the right hand of my righteousnesse.
And wee know that all things worke together for good, to them that loue God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.
Let vs drawe neere with a true heart in full assurance of faith, hauing our hearts sprinkled from an euill conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.
Wherefore gird vp the loynes of your minde, bee sober, and hope to the end, for the grace that is to bee brought vnto you at the reuelation of Iesus Christ:
