You know, the greatest blessing we have is God's presence in our lives. It's the source of everything good. The blessings of the Gospel bring a real, lasting joy—the kind that doesn't fade or leave you feeling empty. It enriches your life, giving you peace, strength, and eternal life.
Proverbs 10:2222 talks about how God's blessing enriches without adding sorrow. That really hits home, doesn't it? It reminds me that only what comes from God can truly satisfy my heart.
His Gospel is all about gain and liberation, especially for those who feel weighed down. When you confess your sins and follow Christ, you open yourself up to His favor and overflowing blessings. Walking in Jesus's footsteps, obeying His words, commandments, and principles—it's incredibly beneficial. It allows you to live a blessed life in everything you do because you've chosen truth and turned away from the darkness of the world.
God's blessings contribute so much to your spiritual and even material growth. It's important to understand that the Gospel offers complete blessing—financial health, physical health, and most importantly, spiritual health. It's the whole package.
And I am sure that when I come to you, I shall come in the fullness of the blessing of the gospel of Christ.
There is therefore now no condemnation to them who are in Christ Jesus, who walk not according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.
For whoever will save his life, shall lose it; but whoever shall lose his life for my sake and the gospel's, the same shall save it.
To which he called you by our gospel, to the obtaining of the glory of our Lord Jesus Christ.
The spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the broken-hearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,
Moreover, brethren, I declare to you the gospel which I preached to you, which also ye have received, and in which ye stand;By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached to you, unless ye have believed in vain.
For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God to salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
For by grace are ye saved, through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:Not by works, lest any man should boast.
But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear to myself, so that I may finish my course with joy, and the ministry which I have received from the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.
For so hath the Lord commanded us, saying, I have set thee to be a light of the Gentiles, that thou shouldst be for salvation to the ends of the earth.
But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.
But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should show forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvelous light:
In this is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.
For we are laborers together with God: ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building.
And daily in the temple, and in every house, they ceased not to teach and preach Jesus Christ.
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.
But to them who are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.
For I delivered to you first of all, that which I also received, that Christ died for our sins, according to the scriptures;
Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt hath lost its savor, with what shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot by men.
This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.
But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God, and not from us.
For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith, all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted who did put all things under him.
Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father.
For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish, foolishness; but to us who are saved, it is the power of God.
All things are delivered to me by my Father: and no man knoweth who the Son is, but the Father; and who the Father is, but the Son, and he to whom the Son will reveal him.
But I certify you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached by me is not according to man.For I neither received it from man, neither was I taught it, but by the revelation of Jesus Christ.
For the hope which is laid up for you in heaven, of which ye have heard before in the word of the truth of the gospel;Which is come to you, as it is in all the world; and bringeth forth fruit, as it doth also in you, since the day ye heard of it, and knew the grace of God in truth:
But he was wounded for our transgression, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
In whom ye also trusted, after ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, to the praise of his glory.
For our gospel came not to you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Spirit, and in much assurance; as ye know what manner of men we were among you for your sake.
Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is no other name under heaven given among men, by which we must be saved.
How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things?
And when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad, and glorified the word of the Lord: and as many as were ordained to eternal life, believed.
For this cause also we thank God without ceasing, because, when ye received the word of God which ye heard from us, ye received it not as the word of men, but (as it is in truth) the word of God, which effectually worketh also in you that believe.
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thy heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth to righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made to salvation.
Be not thou therefore ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of me his prisoner: but be thou partaker of the afflictions of the gospel according to the power of God;Who hath saved us, and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given to us in Christ Jesus before the world began; But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Savior Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel:
Only let your manner of life be as it becometh the gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel; And in nothing terrified by your adversaries: which is to them an evident token of perdition, but to you of salvation, and that from God.
Therefore, if any man is in Christ, he is a new creature: old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.
Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless, I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh, I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.
But ye shall receive power after the Holy Spirit is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses to me, both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and to the uttermost part of the earth.
For the word of God is living, and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
Blotting out the hand-writing of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; And having despoiled principalities and powers, he made a show of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet perhaps for a good man some would even dare to die.But God commendeth his love towards us, in that while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;Being justified freely by his grace, through the redemption that is in Jesus Christ:
And all things are from God, who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the ministry of reconciliation; To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world to himself, not imputing their trespasses to them; and hath committed to us the word of reconciliation.
For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,Teaching us, that denying ungodliness, and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and piously, in this present world;
And this is the testimony, that God hath given to us eternal life: and this life is in his Son.He that hath the Son, hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God, hath not life.
Go ye therefore and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.Teaching them to observe all things whatever I have commanded you: and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the world. Amen.
And it shall come to pass, that whoever shall call on the name of the Lord, shall be saved.
For our conversation is in heaven; from whence also we look for the Savior, the Lord Jesus Christ:
But in all these things we are more than conquerors, through him that loved us.For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,Nor hight, nor depth, nor any other creature, will be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
For I will not dare to speak of any of those things which Christ hath not wrought by me, to make the Gentiles obedient, by word and deed,Through mighty signs and wonders, by the power of the Spirit of God; so that from Jerusalem, and around to Illyricum, I have fully preached the gospel of Christ.
If ye then be raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God.Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.
Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.
Stand fast therefore in the liberty with which Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.
To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them who are sanctified by faith that is in me.
But when the kindness and love of God our Savior towards man appeared,Not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to his mercy he saved us, by the washing of regeneration, and renewing of the Holy Spirit;Which he shed on us abundantly, through Jesus Christ our Savior; That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.
The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is long-suffering toward us, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only-begotten Son, that whoever believeth in him, should not perish, but have everlasting life.
For whatever things were written formerly, were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.
Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hid.Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a close vessel, but on a candlestick: and it giveth light to all that are in the house.Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.
Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world.
Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.Put on the whole armor of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
