Each day, I see new glimpses of the Lord's mercy in my life, and it's because of His incredible love that I'm even here. I want to remember to be thankful for this new day and trust in God's faithfulness.
It's so important to start the day by putting God first and holding onto His Word. It's what keeps me grounded, no matter what comes my way.
I know there are plenty of mornings when it's tough to even get out of bed. Sometimes, it's the uncertainty of what the day holds, or maybe I'm already stressing about how I'm going to handle certain problems. But with God's grace and favor, renewed every single morning, I know I can get through anything.
Let's try to start our days by focusing on all the good things we have. It really can change how we see the challenges that lie ahead.
These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.
Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth.
Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he it is that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.
And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.
But thou, O LORD, art a shield for me; My glory, and the lifter up of mine head.I cried unto the LORD with my voice, And he heard me out of his holy hill. Selah.I laid me down and slept; I awaked; for the LORD sustained me.I will not be afraid of ten thousands of people, That have set themselves against me round about.
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:not of works, lest any man should boast.
It is of the LORD's mercies that we are not consumed, Because his compassions fail not. They are new every morning: Great is thy faithfulness.
Then he said unto them, Go your way, eat the fat, and drink the sweet, and send portions unto them for whom nothing is prepared: for this day is holy unto our Lord: neither be ye sorry; for the joy of the LORD is your strength.
Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, Nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the LORD; And in his law doth he meditate day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, That bringeth forth his fruit in his season; His leaf also shall not wither; And whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.
teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
My flesh and my heart faileth: But God is the strength of my heart, and my portion for ever.
but they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
Let the words of my mouth, and the meditation of my heart, be acceptable in thy sight, O LORD, my strength, and my redeemer.
Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; And lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, And he shall direct thy paths.
My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O LORD; In the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up.
Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.
But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Cause me to hear thy lovingkindness in the morning; For in thee do I trust: Cause me to know the way wherein I should walk; For I lift up my soul unto thee.
Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.
How precious also are thy thoughts unto me, O God! How great is the sum of them!If I should count them, they are more in number than the sand: When I awake, I am still with thee.
For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
He that dwelleth in the secret place of the Most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: My God; in him will I trust.
Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.
I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, From whence cometh my help.My help cometh from the LORD, Which made heaven and earth.
and let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.
And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.
When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.
Blessed be the Lord, Who daily loadeth us with benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah.
Rejoice evermore.Pray without ceasing. In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
The LORD is on my side; I will not fear: What can man do unto me?The LORD taketh my part with them that help me: Therefore shall I see my desire upon them that hate me.
I waited patiently for the LORD; And he inclined unto me, and heard my cry.He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, And set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings. And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: Many shall see it, and fear, And shall trust in the LORD.
being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:
For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.
Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.
For the LORD God is a sun and shield: The LORD will give grace and glory: No good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly.
and the LORD shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.
And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:
All the days of the afflicted are evil: But he that is of a merry heart hath a continual feast.
The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: And he delighteth in his way.Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: For the LORD upholdeth him with his hand.
He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.
For thou hast delivered my soul from death: wilt not thou deliver my feet from falling, That I may walk before God in the light of the living?
But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.
Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment?Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they?Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature?
The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want.He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: He leadeth me beside the still waters. He restoreth my soul: He leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom: A good understanding have all they that do his commandments: His praise endureth for ever.
The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: The testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.
Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.
Do all things without murmurings and disputings:that ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;
But I trusted in thee, O LORD: I said, Thou art my God.My times are in thy hand: Deliver me from the hand of mine enemies, and from them that persecute me.
For whether we live, we live unto the Lord; and whether we die, we die unto the Lord: whether we live therefore, or die, we are the Lord's.
Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.
Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.Trust ye in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength:
And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.
The LORD shall preserve thee from all evil: He shall preserve thy soul. The LORD shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in From this time forth, and even for evermore.
Since thou wast precious in my sight, thou hast been honourable, and I have loved thee: therefore will I give men for thee, and people for thy life.
For thou, LORD, wilt bless the righteous; With favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield.
Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
And the Lord make you to increase and abound in love one toward another, and toward all men, even as we do toward you:to the end he may stablish your hearts unblameable in holiness before God, even our Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints.
O God, my heart is fixed; I will sing and give praise, even with my glory.Awake, psaltery and harp: I myself will awake early.
For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; And plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee.
So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear What man shall do unto me.
