I've been thinking about how blessed I am to have such wonderful people in my life. They pour love and support into me, cheering me on as I navigate my faith journey. They lift my spirits and offer comfort when I'm struggling. Through thick and thin, they've been there.
These folks have been such a gift, and I want them to know how much they mean to me. The Bible has so many beautiful verses that perfectly capture my gratitude. One of my favorites is, "The Lord bless you and keep you; the Lord make his face shine on you and be gracious to you; the Lord turn his face toward you and give you peace" (Numbers 6:24-26).
It's so important to remember to be thankful for the people God places in our lives. I'm truly grateful for every single one of them.
“The Lord bless you and protect you;The Lord make his face to shine upon you, and be gracious to you;The Lord lift up his countenance upon you and give you peace.”’
You must serve the Lord your God, and he will bless your bread and your water, and I will remove sickness from your midst.
May the Lord bless you from Zion, that you might see Jerusalem prosper all the days of your life,
Then you will take delight in the Lord, and he will answer your prayers. The Lord helps them and rescues them; he rescues them from evil men and delivers them, for they seek his protection.Commit your future to the Lord! Trust in him, and he will act on your behalf.
May the Lord bless you from Zion, that you might see Jerusalem prosper all the days of your life, and that you might see your grandchildren. May Israel experience peace!
Dear friend, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, just as it is well with your soul.
I thank my God every time I remember you.since you are encountering the same conflict that you saw me face and now hear that I am facing.I always pray with joy in my every prayer for all of you
Indeed, may the Lord, the God of your ancestors, make you a thousand times more numerous than you are now, blessing you just as he said he would!
For this reason, because I have heard of your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all the saints,I do not cease to give thanks for you when I remember you in my prayers.
And my God will supply your every need according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus.
Do not return evil for evil or insult for insult, but instead bless others because you were called to inherit a blessing.
Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you believe in him, so that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.
A generous person will be enriched, and the one who provides water for others will himself be satisfied.
For I know what I have planned for you,’ says the Lord. ‘I have plans to prosper you, not to harm you. I have plans to give you a future filled with hope.
You must let no unwholesome word come out of your mouth, but only what is beneficial for the building up of the one in need, that it may give grace to those who hear.
But those who wait for the Lord’s help find renewed strength; they rise up as if they had eagles’ wings, they run without growing weary, they walk without getting tired.
And do not neglect to do good and to share what you have, for God is pleased with such sacrifices.
So then, whenever we have an opportunity, let us do good to all people, and especially to those who belong to the family of faith.
And God is able to make all grace overflow to you so that because you have enough of everything in every way at all times, you will overflow in every good work.
Each of you should be concerned not only about your own interests, but about the interests of others as well.
Therefore encourage one another and build up each other, just as you are in fact doing.
By all these things, I have shown you that by working in this way we must help the weak, and remember the words of the Lord Jesus that he himself said, ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’”
And whoever gives only a cup of cold water to one of these little ones in the name of a disciple, I tell you the truth, he will never lose his reward.”
Therefore, as the elect of God, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with a heart of mercy, kindness, humility, gentleness, and patience, bearing with one another and forgiving one another, if someone happens to have a complaint against anyone else. Just as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also forgive others.
But whoever has the world’s possessions and sees his fellow Christian in need and shuts off his compassion against him, how can the love of God reside in such a person?
And the king will answer them, ‘I tell you the truth, just as you did it for one of the least of these brothers or sisters of mine, you did it for me.’
You must actively help the hungry and feed the oppressed. Then your light will dispel the darkness, and your darkness will be transformed into noonday.
The one who is gracious to the poor lends to the Lord, and the Lord will repay him for his good deed.
John answered them, “The person who has two tunics must share with the person who has none, and the person who has food must do likewise.”
Tell them to do good, to be rich in good deeds, to be generous givers, sharing with others.
Finally, brothers and sisters, rejoice, set things right, be encouraged, agree with one another, live in peace, and the God of love and peace will be with you.
Therefore, be imitators of God as dearly loved childrentrying to learn what is pleasing to the Lord.Do not participate in the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but rather expose them. For the things they do in secret are shameful even to mention. But all things being exposed by the light are made evident. For everything made evident is light, and for this reason it says: “Awake, O sleeper! Rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you!”Therefore be very careful how you live – not as unwise but as wise, taking advantage of every opportunity, because the days are evil. For this reason do not be foolish, but be wise by understanding what the Lord’s will is.And do not get drunk with wine, which is debauchery, but be filled by the Spirit, speaking to one another in psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs, singing and making music in your hearts to the Lord, and live in love, just as Christ also loved us and gave himself for us, a sacrificial and fragrant offering to God.
In everything, treat others as you would want them to treat you, for this fulfills the law and the prophets.
And may the Lord cause you to increase and abound in love for one another and for all, just as we do for you,
because you know that each person, whether slave or free, if he does something good, this will be rewarded by the Lord.
If your enemy is hungry, give him food to eat, and if he is thirsty, give him water to drink,
Dear friends, let us love one another, because love is from God, and everyone who loves has been fathered by God and knows God.The person who does not love does not know God, because God is love.
Blessed is the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles so that we may be able to comfort those experiencing any trouble with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.
For you were called to freedom, brothers and sisters; only do not use your freedom as an opportunity to indulge your flesh, but through love serve one another.
How blessed is the one who treats the poor properly! When trouble comes, the Lord delivers him.
For God is not unjust so as to forget your work and the love you have demonstrated for his name, in having served and continuing to serve the saints.
Instead, be kind to one another, compassionate, forgiving one another, just as God in Christ also forgave you.
If a brother or sister is poorly clothed and lacks daily food, and one of you says to them, “Go in peace, keep warm and eat well,” but you do not give them what the body needs, what good is it?
and they began selling their property and possessions and distributing the proceeds to everyone, as anyone had need.
