You're blessed with the purpose of blessing everyone around you. Think about it: God teaches us in His Word to do good all the time, no questions asked. No second-guessing.
All family unity comes from God. He created those unbreakable bonds that should be celebrated in good times and offer support during tough times. So, don't harden your heart against your family. Always try to do good in their lives, and you'll be putting a smile on God's face.
And it's not just about your relatives. It's about everyone who's now your sibling through the blood of Jesus. They were bought with a price and given the spirit of adoption. We all have the same Father. That’s pretty amazing when you stop to think about it.
Because of that, we should share the gifts and blessings the Lord has provided. Serving your neighbor is a good thing to do, absolutely, but blessing your brothers and sisters in Christ is even better (Galatians 6:10). It’s like taking it to the next level.
So, let's make a real effort to do good to everyone whenever we get the chance, especially those in the family of faith.
