God will take care of all your needs according to his glorious riches in Christ Jesus. Knowing God will bring you security in life. Having the certainty that he is your Father will give you the confidence to wait for his help in times of need.
Remember, God knows everything you need. So when you ask in faith, he will provide. He'll give you what you truly need out of his love for you.
Seek first to satisfy your spiritual needs with God, and everything else will follow. Trust that God cares about every aspect of your being.
His provision goes way beyond anything you can grasp, so don't get down if you don't get what you want right away. Let God provide according to his will, and you'll see his glory in your life.
Trust in his goodness and care. He can do so much more than you could ever do on your own. If you let him be your source, you'll experience his overflowing abundance and have a full spirit, a free soul, and a well-cared-for body.
“Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.
The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger, but those who seek the LORD shall not lack any good thing.
Abraham called the name of that place “The LORD Will Provide”. As it is said to this day, “On the LORD’s mountain, it will be provided.”
Even to old age I am he, and even to grey hairs I will carry you. I have made, and I will bear. Yes, I will carry, and will deliver.
“Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you. For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened.
I have been young, and now am old, yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his children begging for bread.
The eyes of all wait for you. You give them their food in due season. You open your hand, and satisfy the desire of every living thing.
For the LORD your God has blessed you in all the work of your hands. He has known your walking through this great wilderness. These forty years, the LORD your God has been with you. You have lacked nothing.
“Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things.
If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him!
He who didn’t spare his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how would he not also with him freely give us all things?
Both riches and honour come from you, and you rule over all! In your hand is power and might! It is in your hand to make great, and to give strength to all!
Be free from the love of money, content with such things as you have, for he has said, “I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.”
and the LORD will guide you continually, satisfy your soul in dry places, and make your bones strong. You will be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water whose waters don’t fail.
Trust in the LORD, and do good. Dwell in the land, and enjoy safe pasture. The mouth of the righteous talks of wisdom. His tongue speaks justice. The law of his God is in his heart. None of his steps shall slide. The wicked watch the righteous, and seek to kill him. The LORD will not leave him in his hand, nor condemn him when he is judged. Wait for the LORD, and keep his way, and he will exalt you to inherit the land. When the wicked are cut off, you shall see it. I have seen the wicked in great power, spreading himself like a green tree in its native soil. But he passed away, and behold, he was not. Yes, I sought him, but he could not be found. Mark the perfect man, and see the upright, for there is a future for the man of peace. As for transgressors, they shall be destroyed together. The future of the wicked shall be cut off. But the salvation of the righteous is from the LORD. He is their stronghold in the time of trouble. Also delight yourself in the LORD, and he will give you the desires of your heart.
These all wait for you, that you may give them their food in due season. You give to them; they gather. You open your hand; they are satisfied with good.
Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.
For I know the thoughts that I think towards you,” says the LORD, “thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future.
I will lift up my eyes to the hills. Where does my help come from? My help comes from the LORD, who made heaven and earth.
For the LORD, the God of Israel, says, ‘The jar of meal will not run out, and the jar of oil will not fail, until the day that the LORD sends rain on the earth.’”
“Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, will be given to you. For with the same measure you measure it will be measured back to you.”
“Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you.
You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil. My cup runs over.
Now to him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us,
Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.
But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.
For however many are the promises of God, in him is the “Yes.” Therefore also through him is the “Amen”, to the glory of God through us.
The humble shall eat and be satisfied. They shall praise the LORD who seek after him. Let your hearts live forever.
who executes justice for the oppressed; who gives food to the hungry. The LORD frees the prisoners.
Those who know your name will put their trust in you, for you, LORD, have not forsaken those who seek you.
When you pass through the waters, I will be with you, and through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burnt, and flame will not scorch you.
Be free from the love of money, content with such things as you have, for he has said, “I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.” So that with good courage we say, “The Lord is my helper. I will not fear. What can man do to me?”
It is well with the man who deals graciously and lends. He will maintain his cause in judgement.
He commanded the multitudes to sit down on the grass; and he took the five loaves and the two fish, and looking up to heaven, he blessed, broke and gave the loaves to the disciples; and the disciples gave to the multitudes. and said to his servants, “This is John the Baptiser. He is risen from the dead. That is why these powers work in him.” They all ate and were filled. They took up twelve baskets full of that which remained left over from the broken pieces. Those who ate were about five thousand men, in addition to women and children.
Therefore I urge you, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service. In love of the brothers be tenderly affectionate to one another; in honour prefer one another, not lagging in diligence, fervent in spirit, serving the Lord, rejoicing in hope, enduring in troubles, continuing steadfastly in prayer, contributing to the needs of the saints, and given to hospitality. Bless those who persecute you; bless, and don’t curse. Rejoice with those who rejoice. Weep with those who weep. Be of the same mind one towards another. Don’t set your mind on high things, but associate with the humble. Don’t be wise in your own conceits. Repay no one evil for evil. Respect what is honourable in the sight of all men. If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men. Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, “Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.” Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God.
Not that I speak because of lack, for I have learnt in whatever state I am, to be content in it. I know how to be humbled, and I also know how to abound. In any and all circumstances I have learnt the secret both to be filled and to be hungry, both to abound and to be in need.
Better is a little that the righteous has, than the abundance of many wicked. For the arms of the wicked shall be broken, but the LORD upholds the righteous.
For his anger is but for a moment. His favour is for a lifetime. Weeping may stay for the night, but joy comes in the morning.
Then the LORD said to Moses, “Behold, I will rain bread from the sky for you, and the people shall go out and gather a day’s portion every day, that I may test them, whether they will walk in my law or not.
They shall not be disappointed in the time of evil. In the days of famine they shall be satisfied.
Therefore I tell you, don’t be anxious for your life: what you will eat, or what you will drink; nor yet for your body, what you will wear. Isn’t life more than food, and the body more than clothing? See the birds of the sky, that they don’t sow, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns. Your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren’t you of much more value than they?
Blessed be the Lord, who daily bears our burdens, even the God who is our salvation. Selah.
For you have been a stronghold to the poor, a stronghold to the needy in his distress, a refuge from the storm, a shade from the heat, when the blast of the dreaded ones is like a storm against the wall.
For the LORD God is a sun and a shield. The LORD will give grace and glory. He withholds no good thing from those who walk blamelessly.
There I will provide for you; for there are yet five years of famine; lest you come to poverty, you, and your household, and all that you have.”’
But he answered, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceeds out of God’s mouth.’”
Charge those who are rich in this present age that they not be arrogant, nor have their hope set on the uncertainty of riches, but on the living God, who richly provides us with everything to enjoy;
One who gives to the poor has no lack; but one who closes his eyes will have many curses.
Cast your burden on the LORD and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved.
In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
The jar of meal didn’t run out and the jar of oil didn’t fail, according to the LORD’s word, which he spoke by Elijah.
Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good, for his loving kindness endures forever. to him who struck down the Egyptian firstborn, for his loving kindness endures forever; and brought out Israel from amongst them, for his loving kindness endures forever; with a strong hand, and with an outstretched arm, for his loving kindness endures forever; to him who divided the Red Sea apart, for his loving kindness endures forever; and made Israel to pass through the middle of it, for his loving kindness endures forever; but overthrew Pharaoh and his army in the Red Sea, for his loving kindness endures forever; to him who led his people through the wilderness, for his loving kindness endures forever; to him who struck great kings, for his loving kindness endures forever; and killed mighty kings, for his loving kindness endures forever; Sihon king of the Amorites, for his loving kindness endures forever; Give thanks to the God of gods, for his loving kindness endures forever. Og king of Bashan, for his loving kindness endures forever; and gave their land as an inheritance, for his loving kindness endures forever; even a heritage to Israel his servant, for his loving kindness endures forever; who remembered us in our low estate, for his loving kindness endures forever; and has delivered us from our adversaries, for his loving kindness endures forever; who gives food to every creature, for his loving kindness endures forever. Oh give thanks to the God of heaven, for his loving kindness endures forever. Give thanks to the Lord of lords, for his loving kindness endures forever;
Jacob served seven years for Rachel. They seemed to him but a few days, for the love he had for her.
Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope in the power of the Holy Spirit.
he will dwell on high. His place of defence will be the fortress of rocks. His bread will be supplied. His waters will be sure.
Oh how great is your goodness, which you have laid up for those who fear you, which you have worked for those who take refuge in you, before the sons of men!
Now may he who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food, supply and multiply your seed for sowing, and increase the fruits of your righteousness, you being enriched in everything for all generosity, which produces thanksgiving to God through us.
Show me a sign of your goodness, that those who hate me may see it, and be shamed, because you, LORD, have helped me, and comforted me.
but those who wait for the LORD will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint.
He sends springs into the valleys. They run amongst the mountains. They give drink to every animal of the field. The wild donkeys quench their thirst. The birds of the sky nest by them. They sing amongst the branches.
But you shall remember the LORD your God, for it is he who gives you power to get wealth, that he may establish his covenant which he swore to your fathers, as it is today.
I love the LORD, because he listens to my voice, and my cries for mercy. I believed, therefore I said, “I was greatly afflicted.” I said in my haste, “All people are liars.” What will I give to the LORD for all his benefits towards me? I will take the cup of salvation, and call on the LORD’s name. I will pay my vows to the LORD, yes, in the presence of all his people. Precious in the LORD’s sight is the death of his saints. LORD, truly I am your servant. I am your servant, the son of your servant girl. You have freed me from my chains. I will offer to you the sacrifice of thanksgiving, and will call on the LORD’s name. I will pay my vows to the LORD, yes, in the presence of all his people, in the courts of the LORD’s house, in the middle of you, Jerusalem. Praise the LORD! Because he has turned his ear to me, therefore I will call on him as long as I live.
But when the fullness of the time came, God sent out his Son, born to a woman, born under the law, that he might redeem those who were under the law, that we might receive the adoption as children.
A faithful man is rich with blessings; but one who is eager to be rich will not go unpunished.
For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, and is rich to all who call on him.
The LORD will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. The LORD will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forever more.
Let’s therefore draw near with boldness to the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy and may find grace for help in time of need.
Those who sow in tears will reap in joy. He who goes out weeping, carrying seed for sowing, will certainly come again with joy, carrying his sheaves.
But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, that you may proclaim the excellence of him who called you out of darkness into his marvellous light.
I waited patiently for the LORD. He turned to me, and heard my cry. I have not hidden your righteousness within my heart. I have declared your faithfulness and your salvation. I have not concealed your loving kindness and your truth from the great assembly. Don’t withhold your tender mercies from me, LORD. Let your loving kindness and your truth continually preserve me. For innumerable evils have surrounded me. My iniquities have overtaken me, so that I am not able to look up. They are more than the hairs of my head. My heart has failed me. Be pleased, LORD, to deliver me. Hurry to help me, LORD. Let them be disappointed and confounded together who seek after my soul to destroy it. Let them be turned backward and brought to dishonour who delight in my hurt. Let them be desolate by reason of their shame that tell me, “Aha! Aha!” Let all those who seek you rejoice and be glad in you. Let such as love your salvation say continually, “Let the LORD be exalted!” But I am poor and needy. May the Lord think about me. You are my help and my deliverer. Don’t delay, my God. He brought me up also out of a horrible pit, out of the miry clay. He set my feet on a rock, and gave me a firm place to stand.
Then you will call, and the LORD will answer. You will cry for help, and he will say, ‘Here I am.’ “If you take away from amongst you the yoke, finger pointing, and speaking wickedly;
“Come to me, all you who labour and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart; and you will find rest for your souls. and said to him, “Are you he who comes, or should we look for another?” For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.”
Let them praise the LORD for his loving kindness, for his wonderful deeds to the children of men! For he satisfies the longing soul. He fills the hungry soul with good.
Whether therefore you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.
I will make of you a great nation. I will bless you and make your name great. You will be a blessing. Pharaoh commanded men concerning him, and they escorted him away with his wife and all that he had. I will bless those who bless you, and I will curse him who treats you with contempt. All the families of the earth will be blessed through you.”
The earth has yielded its increase. God, even our own God, will bless us. God will bless us. All the ends of the earth shall fear him.
Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise. Give thanks to him, and bless his name. For the LORD is good. His loving kindness endures forever, his faithfulness to all generations.
let’s hold fast the confession of our hope without wavering; for he who promised is faithful.
We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose.
The poor and needy seek water, and there is none. Their tongue fails for thirst. I, the LORD, will answer them. I, the God of Israel, will not forsake them.
The LORD will not allow the soul of the righteous to go hungry, but he thrusts away the desire of the wicked.
And God is able to make all grace abound to you, that you, always having all sufficiency in everything, may abound to every good work.
My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.
