96 Verses about the Promise of the Kingdom of God

Fear not, little flock; for it is your Father’s good pleasure to give you the kingdom.

And as you go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand.

Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from this time forwards even for ever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.

Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; nor does corruption inherit incorruption.

The kingdom of heaven is like a certain king, who held a marriage for his son,

When anyone hears the word of the kingdom, and does not understand it, then comes the wicked one, and catches away that which was sown in his heart. This is he who received seed by the way side.

And it came to pass afterward, that he went throughout every city and village, preaching and announcing the glad tidings of the kingdom of God: and the twelve were with him,

The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;

And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the LORD’S house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow to it.And many people shall go and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths: for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.

But rather seek the kingdom of God; and all these things shall be added to you.

And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given to them: and I saw the souls of those who were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and who had not worshiped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him.

And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away; and there was no more sea.And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

And he said to them, To you it is given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God: but to those who are outside, all these things are done in parables:

And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now have come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is thrown down, who accused them before our God day and night.

Then said Jesus to his disciples, Truly I say to you, That a rich man shall with difficulty enter into the kingdom of heaven.And again I say to you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God.

Then said he to them, Therefore every scribe who is instructed for the kingdom of heaven is like a man who is a head of a household, who brings forth out of his treasure things new and old.

And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force.

And he lifted up his eyes on his disciples, and said, Blessed be you poor: for yours is the kingdom of God.

Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

And I appoint to you a kingdom, as my Father has appointed to me;That you may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

Truly I say to you, Whoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child, he shall not enter therein.

To whom also he showed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen by them forty days, and speaking of the things concerning the kingdom of God:

For I say to you, I will not any more eat thereof, until it be fulfilled in the kingdom of God.

But when they believed Philip preaching the things concerning the kingdom of God, and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women.

The Son of man shall send out his angels, and they shall gather out of his kingdom all things that offend, and those who do iniquity;

Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and your dominion endures throughout all generations.

And the LORD shall be king over all the earth: in that day shall there be one LORD, and his name one.

Then shall the righteous shine out like the sun in the kingdom of their Father. Who has ears to hear, let him hear.

For as the new heavens and the new earth, which I will make, shall remain before me, says the LORD, so shall your descendents and your name remain.

To him who overcomes will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am seated with my Father in his throne.

Ask of me, and I shall give you the heathen for your inheritance, and the farthest parts of the earth for your possession.

And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.

In this way you shall pray: Our Father who art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name.Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven.

And the people, when they knew it, followed him: and he received them, and spoke to them of the kingdom of God, and healed those who had need of healing.

Then comes the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.

And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every person according as his work shall be.

And Jesus said to them, Truly I say to you, That you who have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit on the throne of his glory, you also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.

And saying, Repent: for the kingdom of heaven is at hand.

And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God gives them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.

And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all peoples, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.

But of that day and hour knows no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.

Truly I say to you, Whoever shall not receive the kingdom of God as a little child shall by no means enter therein.

They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain: for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea.

And he said to Jesus, Lord, remember me when you come into your kingdom.And Jesus said to him, Truly I say to you, today, you shall be with me in paradise.

But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God has come to you.

But the saints of the most High shall receive the kingdom, and possess the kingdom for ever, even for ever and ever.

Jesus answered and said to him, Truly, truly, I say to you, Unless a man is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added to you.

For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power.

But Jesus said, Let little children come to me, and do not forbid them: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.

Therefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us hold fast to grace, by which we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:

Listen, my beloved brethren, Has not God chosen the poor of this world rich in faith, and heirs of the kingdom which he has promised to those who love him?

And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.

And heal the sick that are therein, and say to them, The kingdom of God has come near to you.

Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a net, that was thrown into the sea, and gathered of every kind:

But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s own people; that you should show forth the praises of him who has called you out of darkness into his marvelous light:

Another parable put he forth to them, saying, The kingdom of heaven is like a grain of mustard seed, which a man took, and sowed in his field:Which indeed is the least of all seeds: but when it is grown, it is the greatest among vegetables, and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and lodge in its branches.

And when he was asked by the Pharisees, when the kingdom of God should come, he answered them and said, The kingdom of God does not come to be seen outwardly:Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! For, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

Who has delivered us from the power of darkness, and has transferred us into the kingdom of his dear Son:

Then shall the King say to those on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:

Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Not every one who says to me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.

Again, the kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field; which when a man has found, he hides, and for joy thereof goes and sells all that he has, and buys that field.

For the kingdom of God is not food and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit.

And saying, The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: repent, and believe the gospel.

Jesus answered, Truly, truly, I say to you, Unless a man is born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.

And said, Truly I say to you, Unless you are converted, and become like little children, you shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.

Do you not know that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind,Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.

And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world have become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.

And has made us kings and priests to God and his Father; to him be glory and power for ever and ever. Amen.

Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven.

Preaching the kingdom of God, and teaching those things which concern the Lord Jesus Christ, with all confidence, no man forbidding him.

For the kingdom of heaven is like a man who is the head of a household, who went out early in the morning to hire laborers into his vineyard.

And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work, and will preserve me for his heavenly kingdom: to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

And when one of those who sat at dinner with him heard these things, he said to him, Blessed is he that shall eat bread in the kingdom of God.

The LORD has prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom rules over all.

And Jesus said to him, No one, having put his hand to the plow, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.

And Jesus went around in all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people.

And he said to them, Truly I say to you, That there are some of them that stand here, who shall not taste of death, till they have seen the kingdom of God come with power.

The law and the prophets were until John: since that time the kingdom of God is preached, and every man presses into it.

And he said to them, Truly I say to you, There is no one who has left house, or parents, or brothers, or wife, or children, for the kingdom of God’s sake,Who shall not receive manifold more in this present time, and in the world to come life everlasting.

And he said, So is the kingdom of God, as if a man should scatter seed into the ground;And should sleep, and rise night and day, and the seed should spring and grow up, he knows not how.For the earth brings forth fruit of itself; first the blade, then the ear, after that the full grain in the ear.But when the fruit is brought forth, immediately he puts in the sickle, because the harvest has come.

But to the Son he says, Thy throne, O God, is for ever and ever: a scepter of righteousness is the scepter of thy kingdom.

And he said to them, When you pray, say, Our Father who art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done, as in heaven, so on earth.

For so an entrance shall be provided for you abundantly into the everlasting kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Another parable spoke he to them; The kingdom of heaven is like leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened.

And he sent them to preach the kingdom of God, and to heal the sick.

That you would walk worthy of God, who has called you to his kingdom and glory.

Then shall the kingdom of heaven be compared to ten virgins, who took their lamps, and went out to meet the bridegroom.

And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ, if we suffer with him that we may be also glorified together.

Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from here.

And have made us kings and priests to our God: and we shall reign on the earth.

And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness to all nations; and then shall the end come.

He answered and said to them, Because it is given to you to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it is not given.
