96 Verses about the Promise of the Kingdom of God

Do not fear, little flock, because your Father is well pleased to give to you the kingdom.

And as you go, preach, saying, 'The kingdom of heaven is at hand.'

His government shall be great, and of His peace there is no end; it shall be upon the throne of David, and upon His kingdom, to establish it, and to support it with judgment and with righteousness, from this time forward and forevermore. The zeal of the Lord of hosts shall perform this.

Now this I say, brothers, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; nor can corruption inherit incorruption.

"The kingdom of heaven is like a certain king who arranged a wedding for his son,

When anyone hears the word of the kingdom, and does not understand, then the evil one comes and snatches away what was sown in his heart. This is the seed being sown beside the road.

Now it came to pass afterward, that He was traveling through every city and village, preaching and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom of God, and the twelve were with Him,

And the field is the world, and the good seed, these are the sons of the kingdom, but the tares are the sons of the evil one.

For in the last days the mountain of the Lord shall be glorious, and the house of God shall be on the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall come to it.And many nations shall go and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and He will tell us His way, and we will walk in it; for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the Lord out of Jerusalem.

But seek the kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added to you.

And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was given to them, and the souls of those who had been beheaded on account of the testimony of Jesus, and on account of the word of God, and those who had not worshipped the Beast or his image, and they did not receive the mark on their forehead or on their hand. And they came to life and reigned with Christ for the thousand years.

And the kingdom and the power and the greatness of the kings that are under the whole heaven were given to the saints of the Most High; and His kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all powers shall serve and obey Him.

And I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. And there was no more sea.Then I saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, having been prepared like a bride having been adorned for her husband.

And He said to them, "Unto you it has been given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God; but to those who are outside, all things come to be spoken in parables,

Then I heard a loud voice in heaven saying, "Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of His Christ, because the accuser of our brothers, the one who accused them before our God day and night, has been thrown out of heaven.

Then Jesus said to His disciples, "Assuredly I say to you, that with difficulty a rich man shall enter the kingdom of heaven.And again I say to you, it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God."

Then He said to them, "Therefore every scribe having become a disciple in the kingdom of heaven is like a householder who brings out of his treasure new and old things."

And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and violent men seize it.

Then He lifted up His eyes toward His disciples, and said: "Blessed are you who are poor, for yours is the kingdom of God.

"Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

And I bestow upon you a kingdom, just as My Father bestowed one upon Me,so that you may eat and drink at My table in My kingdom, and you will sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel."

Assuredly, I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God as a little child will by no means enter it."

to whom He also presented Himself alive after His suffering by many convincing proofs, appearing to them during forty days and speaking of the things concerning the kingdom of God.

for I say to you, that no longer will I eat of it until it is fulfilled in the kingdom of God."

But when they believed Philip as he preached the good news of the things concerning the kingdom of God and the name of Jesus Christ, they were baptized, both men and women.

The Son of Man will send forth His angels, and they will gather out of His kingdom all things that offend, and those who work iniquity,

Your kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and Your dominion endures throughout all generations. The Lord is faithful in His words, and holy in all His works.

And the Lord shall be king over all the earth. In that day there shall be one Lord, and His name one,

Then the righteous will shine forth like the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears to hear, let him hear!"

For as the new heaven and the new earth, which I make, remain before Me, says the Lord, so shall your seed and your name continue.

He that overcomes, I will grant to him to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.

Ask of Me, and I shall give You the nations for Your inheritance, and the ends of the earth for Your possession.

And He shall reign over the house of Jacob forever, and of His kingdom there shall be no end."

Therefore pray in this manner: Our Father in heaven, hallowed be Your name.Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

But when the crowds found out, they followed Him; and He welcomed them, and was speaking to them about the kingdom of God, and He cured those who needed healing.

Then will be the end, when He hands over the kingdom to God, even the Father, when He abolishes every ruler and every authority and power.

"And behold, I am coming quickly, and My reward is with Me, to render to each one according to his work.

So Jesus said to them, "Assuredly I say to you, that in the Regeneration, when the Son of Man sits on His glorious throne, you who have followed Me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

For there shall be a new heaven and a new earth; and they shall not at all remember the former, neither shall they at all come into their mind.

and saying, "Repent, for the kingdom of heaven is at hand!"

And night shall not exist. and there shall not be a need of a lamp and of light, because the Lord God shall illuminate them. And they shall reign forever and ever.

And to Him was given the dominion, and the honor, and the kingdom; and all nations, tribes, and languages, shall serve Him. His dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and His kingdom shall not be destroyed.

"But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the angels of heaven, but My Father only.

Assuredly I say to you, whoever does not receive the kingdom of God as a little child will by no means enter into it."

And they shall not be hurt, nor shall they be able to destroy anyone on My holy mountain; for the whole world is filled with the knowledge of the Lord, as much water covers the seas.

Then he said to Jesus, "Lord, remember me when You come in Your kingdom."And Jesus said to him, "Assuredly I say to you, today you shall be with Me in Paradise."

But if I cast out demons by the Spirit of God, surely the kingdom of God has come upon you.

which shall be taken away; and the saints of the Most High shall take the kingdom, and possess it forever and ever.

Jesus answered and said to him, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless someone is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God."

But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

For the kingdom of God is not in word, but in power.

But Jesus said, "Allow the little children to come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven."

Therefore, since we are receiving an unshakable kingdom, let us have grace, through which we serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear.

Listen, my beloved brothers. Did God not choose the poor of the world to be rich in faith, and heirs of the kingdom which He promised to those that love Him?

And in the days of those kings the God of heaven shall set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed; and His kingdom shall not be left to another people, but it shall beat to pieces and grind to powder all other kingdoms, and it shall stand forever.

And heal the sick there, and say to them, 'The kingdom of God has drawn near to you.'

"Again, the kingdom of heaven is like a dragnet having been cast into the sea, and gathering some of every kind,

But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God's own possession, that you may proclaim the excellent virtues of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;

Another parable He set before them, saying: "The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and sowed in his field,which indeed is smaller than all the seeds; but whenever it is grown, it is greater than the garden vegetables and becomes a tree, so that the birds of the air come and nest in its branches."

Now when He was asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God was coming, He answered them and said, "The kingdom of God does not come with observation;neither will they say, 'Look here!' or 'Look, there it is!' For behold, the kingdom of God is among you."

He has delivered us from the dominion of darkness and transferred us into the kingdom of the Son of His love,

Then the King will say to those on His right hand, 'Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world:

Blessed are those who have been persecuted for righteousness' sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

"Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father who is in heaven.

"Again, the kingdom of heaven is like treasure having been hidden in a field, which a man found and hid; and for joy over it, he went and sold everything he had, and bought that field."

For the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.

and saying, "The time has been fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel."

Jesus answered, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless someone is born of water and of Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.

and said, "Assuredly I say to you, unless you are converted and become as little children, you shall by no means enter the kingdom of heaven.

Or do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites,nor covetous, nor thieves, nor drunkards, nor abusive people, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.

Then the seventh angel sounded his trumpet, and there were great voices in heaven, saying, "The kingdom of this world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of His Christ, and He shall reign forever and ever!"

and He made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be the glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.

Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

preaching the kingdom of God and teaching the things concerning the Lord Jesus Christ with all boldness, without hindrance.

"For the kingdom of heaven is like a certain landowner who went out early in the morning to hire workers for his vineyard.

And the Lord shall deliver me from every evil work and preserve me for His heavenly kingdom. To Him be glory forever and ever. Amen!

Now when one of those who sat at the table with Him heard these things, he said to Him, "Blessed is he who shall eat dinner in the kingdom of God!"

The Lord has prepared His throne in the heaven; and His kingdom rules over all.

But Jesus said to him, "No one, having put his hand to the plow, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God."

And Jesus was going about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every illness and every disease among the people.

And He said to them, "Assuredly, I say to you that there are some standing here who will by no means taste death till they see the kingdom of God actually come in power."

The law and the prophets were until John. Since that time the kingdom of God has been preached, and everyone enters forcibly into it.

So He said to them, "Assuredly I say to you, there is no one who has left house or parents or brothers or wife or children, for the sake of the kingdom of God,who shall not receive many times more in this present time, and in the age to come eternal life."

And He said, "Thus is the kingdom of God as if a man should cast the seed on the ground,and should sleep by night and rise by day, and the seed should sprout and should grow, he himself does not know how.For the earth produces fruit of itself: first a shoot, then a head of grain, then full wheat in the head of grain.But whenever the fruit permits, immediately he sends forth the sickle, because the harvest has come."

But to the Son He says: "Your throne, O God, is forever and ever; a scepter of righteousness is the scepter of Your Kingdom.

So He said to them, "Whenever you pray, say: Our Father in the heavens, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

For in this way the entrance will be supplied to you richly into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Another parable He spoke to them: "The kingdom of heaven is like leaven, which a woman took and mixed in with three measures of meal, until the whole was leavened."

And He sent them to preach the kingdom of God and to heal the sick.

that you would make your walk worthy of God who calls you into His own kingdom and glory.

"Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, who having taken their lamps, went out to meet the bridegroom.

And if children, then heirs--heirs of God and joint heirs with Christ, if indeed we suffer together, so that we may also be glorified together.

Jesus answered, "My kingdom is not of this world. If My kingdom were of this world, My servants would fight, so that I might not be delivered to the Jews; but now My kingdom is not from here."

and have made them kings and priests to our God; and they will reign on the earth."

And this good news of the kingdom will be proclaimed in all the world for a testimony to all the nations, and then the end will come.

He answered and said to them, "To you it has been given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given.
