Through Christ's blood, you are justified. There's no condemnation for you when you come to God with a repentant heart. Believe that when you ask Jesus for forgiveness, you receive His mercy, and your soul is freed from the final punishment meant for those who don't turn away from their wrongdoings.
It's important to remember that the devil will constantly try to bring up your past to keep you from moving forward. He'll bring back thoughts of things God has already forgiven, just to make you feel guilty.
Nothing you do earns God's love. He's so good that His love isn't based on your actions. He loved you before the creation of the world and sent His Son to die for you, pulling you out of darkness through His blood and establishing a relationship with you.
So, whenever Satan tries to intimidate you and pull you away from God's presence, stand firm. Declare that through Jesus' sacrifice, you are justified before the Father. The sin that's been haunting you is removed, making you righteous. The shame that tormented you is forgotten, and you are repositioned with Christ in heavenly places.
Romans 5:1 reminds us that, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ.
and whom he foreordained, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.\par
for by grace have ye been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, {\i it is} the gift of God;not of works, that no man should glory.
even the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ unto all them that believe; for there is no distinction;
So that the law is become our tutor {\i to bring us} unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.
and by him every one that believeth is justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the law of Moses.
{\b But my righteous one shall live by faith:\par\tab And if he shrink back, my soul hath no pleasure in him.}
But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is reckoned for righteousness.
Now that no man is justified by the law before God, is evident: for, {\b The righteous shall live by faith};
and be found in him, not having a righteousness of mine own, {\i even} that which is of the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith:
I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I that live, but Christ liveth in me: and that {\i life} which I now live in the flesh I live in faith, {\i the faith} which is in the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself up for me.
Ye are severed from Christ, ye who would be justified by the law; ye are fallen away from grace.
For therein is revealed a righteousness of God from faith unto faith: as it is written, {\b But the righteous shall live by faith.}\par
if so be that God is one, and he shall justify the circumcision by faith, and the uncircumcision through faith.\par
but for our sake also, unto whom it shall be reckoned, who believe on him that raised Jesus our Lord from the dead,who was delivered up for our trespasses, and was raised for our justification.\par
yet knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law but through faith in Jesus Christ, even we believed on Christ Jesus, that we might be justified by faith in Christ, and not by the works of the law: because by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified.
because if thou shalt confess with thy mouth Jesus {\i as} Lord, and shalt believe in thy heart that God raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved:for with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
And such were some of you: but ye were washed, but ye were sanctified, but ye were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, and in the Spirit of our God.\par
So then as through one trespass {\i the judgment came} unto all men to condemnation; even so through one act of righteousness {\i the free gift came} unto all men to justification of life.
who his own self bare our sins in his body upon the tree, that we, having died unto sins, might live unto righteousness; by whose stripes ye were healed.
But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who was made unto us wisdom from God, and righteousness and sanctification, and redemption:
And you, being in time past alienated and enemies in your mind in your evil works,yet now hath he reconciled in the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and without blemish and unreproveable before him:
and without faith it is impossible to be well-pleasing {\i unto him}; for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and {\i that} he is a rewarder of them that seek after him.
Much more then, being now justified by his blood, shall we be saved from the wrath {\i of God} through him.
He is near that justifieth me; who will contend with me? let us stand up together: who is mine adversary? let him come near to me.Behold, the Lord Jehovah will help me; who is he that shall condemn me? behold, all they shall wax old as a garment, the moth shall eat them up.\par
No weapon that is formed against thee shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against thee in judgment thou shalt condemn. This is the heritage of the servants of Jehovah, and their righteousness which is of me, saith Jehovah.\par
And enter not into judgment with thy servant;\par\tab For in thy sight no man living is righteous.
He shall see of the travail of his soul, {\i and} shall be satisfied: by the knowledge of himself shall my righteous servant justify many; and he shall bear their iniquities.
that, being justified by his grace, we might be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.
Being therefore justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ;through whom also we have had our access by faith into this grace wherein we stand; and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
in whom we have our redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of his grace,
If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
{\b {\i A Psalm} of David.\par\tab Maschil.}\par\par\tab Blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven,\par\tab Whose sin is covered.Blessed is the man unto whom Jehovah imputeth not iniquity,\par\tab And in whose spirit there is no guile.
Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holy place by the blood of Jesus,by the way which he dedicated for us, a new and living way, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh;and {\i having} a great priest over the house of God;let us draw near with a true heart in fulness of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience: and having our body washed with pure water,
being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Jesus Christ:
And you, being dead through your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, you, {\i I say}, did he make alive together with him, having forgiven us all our trespasses;having blotted out the bond written in ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us: and he hath taken it out of the way, nailing it to the cross;
For if, while we were enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, shall we be saved by his life;
who saved us, and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before times eternal,
that he might redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons.
Let us therefore draw near with boldness unto the throne of grace, that we may receive mercy, and may find grace to help {\i us} in time of need.\par
There is therefore now no condemnation to them that are in Christ Jesus.For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus made thee free from the law of sin and of death.
I do not make void the grace of God: for if righteousness is through the law, then Christ died for nought.\par
But not as the trespass, so also {\i is} the free gift. For if by the trespass of the one the many died, much more did the grace of God, and the gift by the grace of the one man, Jesus Christ, abound unto the many.
Wherefore if any man is in Christ, {\i he is} a new creature: the old things are passed away; behold, the new is come.
There is therefore now no condemnation to them that are in Christ Jesus.For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus made thee free from the law of sin and of death.For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God, sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:that the ordinance of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
Because Christ also suffered for sins once, the righteous for the unrighteous, that he might bring you to God; being put to death in the flesh, but made alive in the spirit;
For the wages of sin is death; but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.\par
What shall we say then? That the Gentiles, who followed not after righteousness, attained to righteousness, even the righteousness which is of faith:
For freedom did Christ set us free: stand fast therefore, and be not entangled again in a yoke of bondage.\par
My little children, these things write I unto you that ye may not sin. And if any man sin, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous:
But God commendeth his own love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.
I acknowledged my sin unto thee,\par\tab And mine iniquity did I not hide:\par\tab I said, I will confess my transgressions unto Jehovah;\par\tab And thou forgavest the iniquity of my sin. {\i Selah
For what saith the scripture? {\b And Abraham believed God, and it was reckoned unto him for righteousness.}
yet now hath he reconciled in the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and without blemish and unreproveable before him:
For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision availeth anything, nor uncircumcision; but faith working through love.
{\b For the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David; when Nathan the prophet came unto him, after he had gone in to Bath-sheba.}\par\par\tab Have mercy upon me, O God, according to thy lovingkindness:\par\tab According to the multitude of thy tender mercies blot out my transgressions.Wash me thoroughly from mine iniquity,\par\tab And cleanse me from my sin.
because by the works of the law shall no flesh be justified in his sight; for through the law {\i cometh} the knowledge of sin.\parBut now apart from the law a righteousness of God hath been manifested, being witnessed by the law and the prophets;even the righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ unto all them that believe; for there is no distinction;
For there is one God, one mediator also between God and men, {\i himself} man, Christ Jesus,
but God, being rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,even when we were dead through our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace have ye been saved),
Blessed {\i be} the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who according to his great mercy begat us again unto a living hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,unto an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,who by the power of God are guarded through faith unto a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.
who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a people for his own possession, zealous of good works.\par
Then stood up Phinehas, and executed judgment;\par\tab And so the plague was stayed.And that was reckoned unto him for righteousness,\par\tab Unto all generations for evermore.
For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers,nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.\par
But the scripture shut up all things under sin, that the promise by faith in Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe.\par
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, {\i which is} your spiritual service.And be not fashioned according to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is the good and acceptable and perfect will of God.\par
But the salvation of the righteous is of Jehovah;\par\tab He is their stronghold in the time of trouble.And Jehovah helpeth them, and rescueth them;\par\tab He rescueth them from the wicked, and saveth them,\par\tab Because they have taken refuge in him.\par
For how many soever be the promises of God, in him is the yea: wherefore also through him is the Amen, unto the glory of God through us.
If then ye were raised together with Christ, seek the things that are above, where Christ is, seated on the right hand of God.Set your mind on the things that are above, not on the things that are upon the earth.For ye died, and your life is hid with Christ in God.
Even as David also pronounceth blessing upon the man, unto whom God reckoneth righteousness apart from works,{\i saying},\par\tab {\b Blessed are they whose iniquities are forgiven,\par\tab And whose sins are covered.}{\b Blessed is the man to whom the Lord will not reckon sin.}
how much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without blemish unto God, cleanse our conscience from dead works to serve the living God?
He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not also with him freely give us all things?
Jehovah redeemeth the soul of his servants;\par\tab And none of them that take refuge in him shall be condemned.\par
Wherefore also God highly exalted him, and gave unto him the name which is above every name;that in the name of Jesus {\b every knee should bow,} of {\i things} in heaven and {\i things} on earth and {\i things} under the earth,and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.\par
not by works {\i done} in righteousness, which we did ourselves, but according to his mercy he saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit,
whereby he hath granted unto us his precious and exceeding great promises; that through these ye may become partakers of the divine nature, having escaped from the corruption that is in the world by lust.\par
through whom also we have had our access by faith into this grace wherein we stand; and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God.
For I make known to you, brethren, as touching the gospel which was preached by me, that it is not after man.For neither did I receive it from man, nor was I taught it, but {\i it came to me} through revelation of Jesus Christ.
for the showing, {\i I say}, of his righteousness at this present season: that he might himself be just, and the justifier of him that hath faith in Jesus.
For Jehovah loveth justice,\par\tab And forsaketh not his saints;\par\tab They are preserved for ever:\par\tab But the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.
Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:for every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.
For whatsoever is begotten of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that hath overcome the world, {\i even} our faith.And who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God?
Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, in the power of the Holy Spirit.\par
{\b VAV.}\par\par\tab Let thy lovingkindnesses also come unto me, O Jehovah,\par\tab Even thy salvation, according to thy word.
Wherefore? Because {\i they sought it} not by faith, but as it were by works. They stumbled at the stone of stumbling;even as it is written,\par\tab {\b Behold, I lay in Zion a stone of stumbling and a rock of offence:\par\tab And he that believeth on him shall not be put to shame.}\par
And Peter {\i said} unto them, Repent ye, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ unto the remission of your sins; and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
which we have as an anchor of the soul, {\i a hope} both sure and stedfast and entering into that which is within the veil;whither as a forerunner Jesus entered for us, having become a high priest for ever after the order of Melchizedek.\par
Being therefore justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ;through whom also we have had our access by faith into this grace wherein we stand; and we rejoice in hope of the glory of God.And not only so, but we also rejoice in our tribulations: knowing that tribulation worketh stedfastness;and stedfastness, approvedness; and approvedness, hope:and hope putteth not to shame; because the love of God hath been shed abroad in our hearts through the Holy Spirit which was given unto us.
For Jehovah knoweth the way of the righteous;\par\tab But the way of the wicked shall perish.\par
For thou wilt bless the righteous;\par\tab O Jehovah, thou wilt compass him with favor as with a shield.\par
for all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God;being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:whom God set forth {\i to be} a propitiation, through faith, in his blood, to show his righteousness because of the passing over of the sins done aforetime, in the forbearance of God;for the showing, {\i I say}, of his righteousness at this present season: that he might himself be just, and the justifier of him that hath faith in Jesus.
Now to him that worketh, the reward is not reckoned as of grace, but as of debt.But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is reckoned for righteousness.
Who shall lay anything to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth;who is he that condemneth? It is Christ Jesus that died, yea rather, that was raised from the dead, who is at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us.
Him who knew no sin he made {\i to be} sin on our behalf; that we might become the righteousness of God in him.\par
