Deliver those taken to death, And hold back those stumbling to the kill,

If thou forbear to deliver them that are drawn unto death, And those that are ready to be slain;

Deliver those who are drawn away to death, and those who totter to the slaughter, hold them back [from their doom].

Deliver them that are carried away unto death, And those that are ready to be slain see that thou hold back.

Rescue those being taken off to death; and from those staggering to the slaughter, don’t hold back.

Rescue those who are led away to death. And do not cease from delivering those who are dragged away to a violent death.

Deliver them that are led to death: and those that are drawn to death forbear not to deliver.
