And Sovereign Shelomoh made an offering of twenty-two thousand bulls and one hundred and twenty thousand sheep. Thus the sovereign and all the people dedicated the House of Elohim.
And on the eighth day they held an assembly, for they performed the dedication of the altar seven days, and the festival seven days.
And at the dedication of the wall of Yerushalayim they sought out the Lĕ
And on that day they brought great offerings and rejoiced, for Elohim had made them rejoice with great joy. And the women and the children also rejoiced, so that the joy of Yerushalayim was heard far away.
I exalt You, O יהוה, for You have drawn me up, And have not let my enemies rejoice over me.
And it came to be, when Mosheh finished setting up the Dwelling Place, that he anointed it and set it apart and all its furnishings, as well as the altar and all its utensils. Thus he anointed them and set them apart.
And יהוה said to Mosheh, “Let them bring their offering, one leader each day, for the dedication of the altar.”
And all the cattle for the peace offerings were twenty-four bulls, the rams sixty, the male goats sixty, the lambs a year old sixty. This was the dedication of the altar after it was anointed.
“And the officers shall speak to the people, saying, ‘Who is the man who has built a new house and has not dedicated it? Let him go and return to his house, lest he die in the battle and another man dedicate it.
