He that separateth himself seeketh his own desire, And rageth against all sound wisdom.


He that getteth wisdom loveth his own soul: He that keepeth understanding shall find good.


He layeth up sound wisdom for the upright, He is a shield to them that walk in integrity;


Let them not depart from thine eyes; Keep them in the midst of thine heart.


Forsake her not, and she shall preserve thee; Love her, and she shall keep thee.


That thou mayest preserve discretion, And that thy lips may keep knowledge.


Counsel is mine, and sound knowledge: I am understanding; I have might.


Jesus therefore said to those Jews which had believed him, If ye abide in my word, then are ye truly my disciples;


Only take heed to thyself, and keep thy soul diligently, lest thou forget the things which thine eyes saw, and lest they depart from thy heart all the days of thy life; but make them known unto thy children and thy children's children;


This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth, but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.


As for you, let that abide in you which ye heard from the beginning. If that which ye heard from the beginning abide in you, ye also shall abide in the Son, and in the Father.


And as for you, the anointing which ye received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any one teach you; but as his anointing teacheth you concerning all things, and is true, and is no lie, and even as it taught you, ye abide in him.
