And I said, Hear, I pray you, ye heads of Jacob, and rulers of the house of Israel: is it not for you to know judgement?

AND I [Micah] said, Hear, I pray you, you heads of Jacob and rulers of the house of Israel! Is it not for you to know justice?–

But I said: Hear, leaders of Jacob, rulers of the house of Israel! Isn’t it your job to know justice?—

And I said: Listen, leaders of Jacob and chiefs of the house of Israel. Does it not belong to you to know judgment,
