in whose eyes the wicked are despised but who honor those who fear the Lord; who stand by their oath even to their hurt;
Why do you boast, O mighty one, of mischief done against the godly? All day long
Excess speech is not becoming to a fool; still less is false speech to a ruler.
It is not fitting for a fool to live in luxury, much less for a slave to rule over princes.
A whip for the horse, a bridle for the donkey, and a rod for the back of fools.
