5 Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day of thy creation, until iniquity was found in thee.


4 But in the days of those kingdoms the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that shall never be destroyed, and his kingdom shall not be delivered up to another people, and it shall break in pieces, and shall consume all these kingdoms, and itself shall stand for ever.


5 According as thou sawest that the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and broke in pieces, the clay, and the iron, and the brass, and the silver, and the gold, the great God hath shewn the king what shall come to pass hereafter, and the dream is true, and the interpretation thereof is faithful.


And said to king Nabuchodonosor: O king, live for ever:


And the king cried out aloud to bring in the wise men, the Chaldeans, and the soothsayers. And the king spoke, and said to the wise men of Babylon: Whosoever shall read this writing, and shall make known to me the interpretation thereof, shall be clothed with purple, and shall have a golden chain on his neck, and shall be the third man in my kingdom.


5 He lifted up all them with his hook, he drew them in his drag, and gathered them into his net: for this he will be glad and rejoice.


6 The people that sat in darkness, hath seen great light: and to them that sat in the region of the shadow of death, light is sprung up.


3 And all the temptation being ended, the devil departed from him for a time.
