3 For passing by, and seeing your idols, I found an altar also, on which was written: To the unknown God. What therefore you worship, without knowing it, that I preach to you:
4 God, who made the world, and all things therein; he, being Lord of heaven and earth, dwelleth not in temples made with hands;
But when some were hardened, and believed not, speaking evil of the way of the Lord, before the multitude, departing from them, he separated the disciples, disputing daily in the school of one Tyrannus.
1 For it hath been signified unto me, my brethren, of you, by them that are of the house of Chloe, that there are contentions among you.

Wherefore, I beseech you, that you would confirm your charity towards him.
