Psalm 73:16
10 Krydshenvisninger

Thy righteousness is like the mountains of God; Thy judgements are a great deep: O LORD, thou preservest man and beast.

Surely every man walketh in a vain shew: Surely they are disquieted in vain: He heapeth up riches, and knoweth not who shall gather them.

Thy way was in the sea, And thy paths in the great waters, And thy footsteps were not known.

Clouds and darkness are round about him: Righteousness and judgement are the foundation of his throne.

And I applied my heart to know wisdom, and to know madness and folly: I perceived that this also was a striving after wind.

then I beheld all the work of God, that man cannot find out the work that is done under the sun: because however much a man labour to seek it out, yet he shall not find it; yea moreover, though a wise man think to know it, yet shall he not be able to find it.

O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and the knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgements, and his ways past tracing out!
