By terrible things thou wilt answer us in righteousness, O God of our salvation; Thou that art the confidence of all the ends of the earth, And of them that are afar off upon the sea:
And he shall judge the world in righteousness, He shall minister judgement to the peoples in uprightness.
For though thy people Israel be as the sand of the sea, only a remnant of them shall return: a consumption is determined, overflowing with righteousness.
For a consummation, and that determined, shall the Lord, the LORD of hosts, make in the midst of all the earth.
Now therefore be ye not scorners, lest your bands be made strong: for a consummation, and that determined, have I heard from the Lord, the LORD of hosts, upon the whole earth.
but the LORD of hosts is exalted in judgement, and God the Holy One is sanctified in righteousness.
for then shall be great tribulation, such as hath not been from the beginning of the world until now, no, nor ever shall be.
inasmuch as he hath appointed a day, in the which he will judge the world in righteousness by the man whom he hath ordained; whereof he hath given assurance unto all men, in that he hath raised him from the dead.
And I saw the heaven opened; and behold, a white horse, and he that sat thereon, called Faithful and True; and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.
