Kiss the son, lest he be angry, and ye perish in the way, For his wrath will soon be kindled. Blessed are all they that put their trust in him.


So shall the king desire thy beauty: For he is thy Lord; and worship thou him.


Verily I say unto you, There be some of them that stand here, which shall in no wise taste of death, till they see the Son of man coming in his kingdom.


And behold, Jesus met them, saying, All hail. And they came and took hold of his feet, and worshipped him.


And they, when they heard that he was alive, and had been seen of her, disbelieved.


And they went away and told it unto the rest: neither believed they them.


And afterward he was manifested unto the eleven themselves as they sat at meat; and he upbraided them with their unbelief and hardness of heart, because they believed not them which had seen him after he was risen.


that all may honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which sent him.


To whom he also shewed himself alive after his passion by many proofs, appearing unto them by the space of forty days, and speaking the things concerning the kingdom of God:


then he appeared to above five hundred brethren at once, of whom the greater part remain until now, but some are fallen asleep;
