Whether it be for correction, or for his land, Or for mercy, that he cause it to come


He watereth the mountains from his chambers: The earth is satisfied with the fruit of thy works.


He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, And herb for the service of man; That he may bring forth food out of the earth:


He turneth a wilderness into a pool of water, And a dry land into watersprings.


Who covereth the heaven with clouds, Who prepareth rain for the earth, Who maketh grass to grow upon the mountains.


They drop upon the pastures of the wilderness: And the hills are girded with joy.
