Who can number the clouds by wisdom? Or who can pour out the bottles of heaven,
When I made the cloud the garment thereof, And thick darkness a swaddlingband for it,
He causeth the vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth; He maketh lightnings for the rain; He bringeth forth the wind out of his treasuries.
Who covereth the heaven with clouds, Who prepareth rain for the earth, Who maketh grass to grow upon the mountains.
Who hath ascended up into heaven, and descended? Who hath gathered the wind in his fists? Who hath bound the waters in his garment? Who hath established all the ends of the earth? What is his name, and what is his son's name, if thou knowest?
When he made firm the sides above: When the fountains of the deep became strong:
