And as the ark of the covenant of the Lord came to the city of David, Michal the daughter of Saul looked out of the window, and saw King David dancing and making merry; and she despised him in her heart.


Be exalted, O Lord, in thy strength! We will sing and praise thy power.


My vows to thee I must perform, O God; I will render thank offerings to thee.


For God alone my soul waits in silence; from him comes my salvation.


Make your vows to the Lord your God, and perform them; let all around him bring gifts to him who is to be feared,


His abode has been established in Salem, his dwelling place in Zion.
