And he made for the altar a grating, a network of bronze, under its ledge, extending halfway down.

He made a grate for the altar of copper mesh underneath its bottom edge and extending halfway up to the middle of the altar.

And he made its grating of brass, in the manner of a net, and under it, in the midst of the altar, its base,

And he made the grate thereof of brass, in manner of a net: and under it in the midst of the altar a hearth,

You shall also make for it a grating, a network of bronze; and upon the net you shall make four bronze rings at its four corners.

And you shall set it under the ledge of the altar so that the net shall extend halfway down the altar.

And he made all the utensils of the altar, the pots, the shovels, the basins, the forks, and the firepans; all its utensils he made of bronze.

He cast four rings on the four corners of the bronze grating as holders for the poles;
