A good wife is the crown of her husband, but she who brings shame is like rottenness in his bones.

Her children rise up and call her happy; her husband, too, and he praises her:

Charm is deceitful and beauty is vain, but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised.

so as to present the church to himself in splendor, without a spot or wrinkle or anything of the kind, so that she may be holy and without blemish.

And now, my daughter, do not be afraid, I will do for you all that you ask, for all the assembly of my people know that you are a worthy woman.
