they will perish forever like their own dung; those who have seen them will say, ‘Where are they?’


as long as my breath is in me and the spirit of God is in my nostrils,


they return no more to their houses, nor do their places know them any more.


The eye that beholds me will see me no more; while your eyes are upon me, I shall be gone.


If they are destroyed from their place, then it will deny them, saying, ‘I have never seen you.’


Yet a little while, and the wicked will be no more; though you look diligently for their place, they will not be there.


Again I passed by, and they were no more; though I sought them, they could not be found.
