He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed.


A scorner seeketh wisdom, and findeth it not: but knowledge is easy unto him that understandeth.


Cease, my son, to hear the instruction that causeth to err from the words of knowledge.


Speak not in the ears of a fool: for he will despise the wisdom of thy words.


Forsake the foolish, and live; and go in the way of understanding.


And Hanani´ah spake in the presence of all the people, saying, Thus saith the Lord; Even so will I break the yoke of Nebuchadnez´zar king of Babylon from the neck of all nations within the space of two full years. And the prophet Jeremiah went his way.


But now I have written unto you not to keep company, if any man that is called a brother be a fornicator, or covetous, or an idolater, or a railer, or a drunkard, or an extortioner; with such a one, no, not to eat.


And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.
