Then spake Solomon, The Lord said that he would dwell in the thick darkness.


Thick clouds are a covering to him, that he seeth not; and he walketh in the circuit of heaven.


He spread a cloud for a covering; and fire to give light in the night.


Clouds and darkness are round about him: righteousness and judgment are the habitation of his throne.


And the people stood afar off, and Moses drew near unto the thick darkness where God was.


And no man shall come up with thee, neither let any man be seen throughout all the mount; neither let the flocks nor herds feed before that mount.


who only hath immortality, dwelling in the light which no man can approach unto; whom no man hath seen, nor can see: to whom be honor and power everlasting. Amen.
