And she said, Let Ab´ishag the Shu´nammite be given to Adoni´jah thy brother to wife.

She said, Give Abishag the Shunammite to Adonijah your brother to be his wife.

And she said, Let Abishag the Shunammite be given to Adonijah thy brother to wife.

“Let Abishag from Shunem be married to your brother Adonijah,” she said.

And she said, "Let Abishag the Shunammite be given to Adonijah, your brother, as wife."

And she said: Let Abisag the Sunamitess be given to Adonias thy brother to wife.

So they sought for a fair damsel throughout all the coasts of Israel, and found Ab´ishag a Shu´nammite, and brought her to the king.

And the damsel was very fair, and cherished the king, and ministered to him: but the king knew her not.
