Jesus said to them, “Because of your unbelief. For truly I say to you, if you have faith like a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.


But this kind does not go out except by prayer and fasting.”


Now when Jesus came into the house, his disciples asked him privately, “Why could we not cast it out?”


Then they went away from there and passed through Galilee, but Jesus did not want anyone to know it.

And when they had appointed elders for them in every church, with prayer and fasting they entrusted them to the Lord in whom they had come to believe.


but I discipline my body and make it my slave, lest somehow after preaching to others I myself should be disqualified.


I have endured labor and hardship, many sleepless nights, and hunger and thirst. I have often gone without food and have been cold due to a lack of sufficient clothing.


Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me.


in beatings, in imprisonments, in riots, in labors, in sleepless nights, in hunger,


Pray in the Spirit at all times, with every prayer and supplication, and to this end, stay alert and be persistent in praying for all the saints.


The prayer of faith will save the one who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. And if he has committed sins, he will be forgiven.
